WE HAVE TWIN UNITS IF THIS PROPERTY IS BOOKED GO TO LISTING #605615. DOOR TO DOOR 10 FT APART up private stairs. This unit features 3 bedrooms plus a loft and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. 54' LCD Flat screen TV in living room and 42' LCD Flat screen TV's in each bedroom (for total of 4 TV's), designer furniture, stone/granite bathrooms ( one with double sinks), gourmet granite/stainless steel kitchen, and the list goes on! Completely remodeled, this condo featured vaulted wood beam ceilings throughout, plush A-grade carpeting, rustic wood floors, recessed lighting and a stone fire place with a hassle free, clean burning pellet stove. Other perks include a new HE Washer and Dryer in the unit, wireless internet, majestic mountain views from the balcony, front porch, kitchen, master bedroom and loft, a private secured outdoor storage closet for skies or bikes, prime parking right in front of the unit and central, easy access to the condo swimming pool, jaccuzzi and barbeque areas.

Centrally located, this condo is close to shopping, restaurants, bars, golfing, the movie theatre and the grocery store. The Free Mammoth Mountain Winter Shuttle stop is located right outside near the condo complex and provides free shuttle service to and from the slopes for hassle free skiing. If you prefer your own transportation it is just a short 5 minute drive to Mammoth Village, Canyon Lodge or Eagle Lodge. Our condo is also within walking distance to Mammoth Creek Park which features a playground for children, picnic tables, restrooms and access to beautiful Mammoth Creek wilderness area which is a take off point for numerous outdoor activities such as running, biking or hiking.

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfy, home was equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. The only thing we were not happy about were the floors and the Floors were very dirty.

Great location in a quiet complex. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Close to shopping and in walking distance to good restaurants. Communication with the owner was a breeze. He responded quickly by text. We will book again.

This was a nice convenient Condo to stay at in Mammoth. A little communication with our host or property manager might have helped (e.g. where to find property amenities like hot tub would have been helpful). Noise from the upstairs floor boards was a bit loud down in the bottom bedroom.

This is a nice condo. We enjoyed the pellet wood stove and the video games. The kitchen appliances worked well. The unit is on the second floor so we used the balcony as an extra refrigerator and put our coolers out there. The owner is very responsive and communicates well. It takes 10 min to walk to the shuttle stop (Red Line stop number 4) in our ski boots. The unit actually has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 12 however there are only 2 bathrooms so 8 people max works well.

I came here with 4 friends for a hiking trip on Oct. 2023. The condo was clean, quiet & met our expectations except for some minor issues. The property was in a quiet neighborhood that allowed good sleeping conditions. I would come back here again.

Host was quick to respond when we had questions or issues. The property had everything we needed during our stay. What surprised me was how well insulated the rooms were. I couldn’t hear activity downstairs or the TV in the living space from the bedrooms with the door closed. Lots of extra bedding. Internet worked well when I had to work remotely. Property was very close to the town loop trail which is a paved bike trail. Easy to walk to bike rental shop, pick up bike and hop on the trail. Walkable (10-15 mins) to several well rated restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet enough to leave windows open at night. Loved the arcade gaming machine. My kid was introduced to all the games that I grew up with. Pool and hot tub was just across the parking lot so very easy walk. Was happy with the property.

John’s place is very nicely set up. Easily sleeps 10, was more than enough room for 6 of us. The bedrooms have plenty of space for bags and still have room to move around. Loft was super roomy. Loved having the washer and dryer in the place. The old school arcade video game with lots of different games to play was a total plus! The pool and hot tub are close to the condo which made it super easy to go back and fourth as needed. Only wish there were a couple more large pans available for cooking. Other than that, it’s a great place! Would love to stay again!

This place had plenty of space for 8 people and could have fit 10 easily. There is another unit right next door so we booked both together for our large group. Everything was clean and the host was very responsive. Close to the shuttle stop for getting around town or up to the mountain. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo owned by a great host. He is easy to reach and super accommodating. Location of condo couldn't be better for our range of activities. Retro video game kept dad and teen boys laughing together in the evenings. Beds are all comfy and kitchen is well equipped. Only down sides are limited dining space and could use some additional comfy seating in Living Room.

We came up for a quick weekend ski trip and really enjoyed our stay! The owner was super responsive and helpful when we couldn’t get the fireplace going the first day. Great hot tub and close to the shuttle. Definitely recommend!

The place is a bit run down. We had to replace the shower liner because it was gross. The bunk bed was really bad. Not possible or safe to sleep in. Needs to be repaired. Guest had to sleep on the couch. Both shower heads are uncomfortable and low water flow. All beds are uncomfortable. Small kitchen and smaller dining table. No screen door on the balcony. The place has potential. Just needs some love.

Nice and clean. Place was as described. Only little issue was that the corners of the bed frames in the lower bedroom are stick out. I dont know how many times we hit those things. The kids and us adults loved the video game table. That is a great add.

Nice place for a family

Plenty of space for a big family and enough beds for everyone. I had some light bulbs flickering in the living room but there was no contact information to report so the living room had to remain dark. Video game in the mezzanine was a lot of fun and parking was easy. It helped to have another great trip to Mammoth. Thank you!
