The open-concept dining area and fully furnished living space also leads directly onto the deck, which is also accessible from the master bedroom to it's own private deck.
CHILDREN FRIENDLY! We have a number of features that make our unit very child friendly - including beach toys, toddler toys, pac-n-play crib, stroller, all outlets plugged, umbrella's, wind tents, beach mat, float devices, etc.
The first master bedroom, with private deck, is furnished with a Posturepedic, cooling memory foam king-size bed, walk-in closet, and newly remodeled private bathroom.
The second bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed and a full sized pull-out sleeper sofa.
The third bedroom (also a master suite) is also newly renovated, has a brand new Posturepedic king size bed, and a sliding door opening directly to the deck.

Everything was a described. My 6 yr old grandson loved being able to swim in the pool or the gulf. He also loved having the toys and games. We drove to go to restaurants but you could easily walk. There was construction happening while we were there and Brad was good about updating us on the progress. He kept in touch most days checking to make sure we were having fun or needed anything. I would highly recommend staying here!

This unit did not disappoint! This was our first time staying in a three bedroom at the Somerset. Brad was wonderful to work with and very accommodating in every way. We so appreciated the convenient check-in process as well as the many amenities that were available for use. This was our families first time experiencing the Somerset, And they absolutely loved it as well!

This Somerset condo is beautiful, well furnished, bright, and so comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and everything was in pristine condition. There are plenty of beach towels, bathroom, and kitchen towels. The storage locker has everything you could possibly want for the beach. The view from the balcony is amazing. We watched dolphins frolicking in the shallow water. Sunsets were breathtaking. We will definitely be back.

What a great condo! We have stayed at Somerset multiple times but never in this condo or with this host. Condo was recently redone and it was great! Clean, plenty of kitchen items, beach gear, pickleball equipment and plenty of beach towels.
We will for sure be back and would recommend this condo to all! (And I’m picky!)

The property was beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed the location, the supply of beach toys, umbrellas, chairs and bikes. The condo was stocked with board games that gathered the family after sunset. The kitchen was stocked well with equipment and the space was laid out comfortably.

We had an incredible stay in your home away from home! The condo was very clean and beautiful. The owner takes great pride in his unit and it shows throughout. It has EVERYTHING you need! The added bonus for us was all the baby things (pack n play, highchair, toys). There was also a jogging stroller in the unit for use. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and toys were great! The owner was very attentive with any questions I had and always responded very quickly. The pool and beach are beautiful. Sunsets are incredible from the balcony. The unit and balcony were very spacious and fit our family perfectly. Thank you so much for a wonderful and memorable vacation!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners were very accommodating, the condo was very clean and presented as described, and the views of the beach were beyond comparison. Another big selling point is that this building is located on a quieter and narrower section of the beach, thereby limiting long walks to get near the water. Last, the Somerset is well situated to great restaurants, all within walking distance. We would definitely return to this property.

This unit is absolutely stunning and well appointed. The views from the balconies can’t be beat to watch the sunsets. Well equipped for every beach activity including bicycles (which we sadly didn’t use!) sand chairs are provided which you take to the beach yourself.
The grounds are meticulous and gorgeous. Loved the location and was able to walk to many restaurants, stores and mini-golf. The onsite pickle ball courts was a hit and a few of us used the gym overlooking the gulf.
There is extremely high security so we felt very safe at all times. However, due to always needing a key and or fob to get to the beach, gym or even leave the property for a walk, it took a lot of coordination between 5 adults sharing 3 sets of keys. (And for the first 3 days, we only had two sets because the previous renter lost a set. Being Xmas week, no one was in the office the first three days)
The owner was very communicative and buzzed us in when we’d call at the front gate, to ask up any difficulties.
Definitely don’t miss the farmers market on Wednesday. The JW Marriott was close by, but closed to outside guests from x-mas to New Years.

We had SUCH a wonderful trip and time! We’ve stayed on Marco Island more times than we can count but this was our first time at the Somerset. It didn’t disappoint! We loved everything about our stay. Property is wonderful, location is awesome, and our specific unit was amazingly comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for more! Also, Brad was the most caring and thoughtful host we’ve ever had. He obviously and genuinely cares about his guests. We are so very grateful!

We had a beautiful week in Brad and Anita’s corner 4th-story condo at Somerset. The condo was very clean, had spectacular views of the gulf, and all the amenities you need for a week-long stay. The facilities there are also very nice and quiet. Brad and Anita were great hosts, and made us feel most welcomed. Transactions and communication with them was timely and easy. We hope to get to visit Marco Island again, and we hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Everything about the vacation was incredible. We can't say enough good things. This condo's location is ideal. It is spacious, beachy, well-furnished and maintained, and very clean. The 4th floor elevation is the perfect mix, and the wrap around patio with the full 180 degree gulf view is simply stunning! In comparison to neighboring properties, there is not an overwhelming number of units in the building, so you will not be tripping over (or most of the time even see) other guests, we guess depending on the season. The pool isn't expansive, but is also not busy, is kept very clean and comfortably warm (It does have some fairly restrictive city/condo rules though so think relaxing more than fun for energetic kids). The beach was beautiful, clean, completely weed and algae free, and shockingly empty the entire week we were there. Brad was an excellent host providing information and island tips before-hand, and keeping in contact before, during, and after the trip. This is a well-run 5-star property all-around! We can't wait to return!

Excellent family vacation getaway
Unit could not have been better! There was everything that we could have needed for 5 adults, a teenager and a 1 year old. The storage bin had a beach wagon, way more than enough chairs, umbrellas and toys. In the condo, there were so many great perks for the 1 year old.. riding toys, building blocks, booster seat and best of all a jogging stroller for the beach! This made nap time on the beach super easy! (There was also a pack n play, but we had brought our own). The area of the beach was never crowded and many times we had the pool to ourselves. We had an amazing week with great weather! Brad was in constant communication which was extremely nice! Thanks Brad for letting us enjoy this great condo!

Excelllent experience! Great location, near lots of restaurants! Wonderful patio with perfect view of sunsets and dolphins swimming in the morning. Condo is beautiful. Beds are comfortable! Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a beach wagon! Brad was excellent at keeping in touch to make sure everything was perfect! He even sent a list item back to us! We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a great location, close to lots of great restaurants. We were able to walk to dinner most nights. The beach was huge, not crowded at all, and absolutely beautiful. The view from the condo’s wrap around porch is amazing!! Brad was an excellent host, quick to respond and great to work with.

They Thought of Absolutely Everything
The communication from the time I booked this condo through our entire stay was excellent. Brad made time to answer any question I had. We have stayed in Marco at the Somerset many times. This end unit was so spacious and the cool colors and beautiful updated furniture, tile, bathrooms made us feel like we were staying in actual paradise.

This condo is amazing... the beach is divine... and the owners are awesome! Constant communication... condo provides everything that you need for your stay and on the beach! The owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect even providing restaurant and excursion recommendations. My only hesitation in leaving this glowing review is that other people will find this gem and book it before I can again! Your expectations will be exceeded!!

Great Condo on the Beach in Marco
There was nothing not to like about this place. The property was great. Brad the owner was extremely friendly and proactively communicated everything. He also had many excellent recommendations for the island. The condo felt larger to me than the pictures showed, our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out. There is a very large wrap around balcony where we spent a lot of time when not actually on the beach. The balcony had very nice "high-end" furniture that was comfortable to sit in for hours while looking at the view or reading a book. The beach itself here was not very crowded, access was very easy, the sand was soft, and the water was warm. Marco is a small island, so access to everything we needed from shops to restaurants to groceries was all within a few minutes drive.
Inside the condo was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home a few nights. The furniture inside and all beds were very comfortable and clean, and there is a huge flat-screen in the living room where the kids were able to stream movies when they wanted to get out of the sun. There is high speed wifi that was able to handle all of my kids bandwidth needs.
We will definitely come back to stay in the future. It was one of our favorite beach vacations to date, and we take many.
