About this house rental
Our home has beautiful water views from the dining area, living room, family room, master bedroom and ~2,000 square feet of indoor living space with a bright, and a large screened lanai that offers complete privacy to the heated pool and hot tub with western exposure, plenty of sun! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in the TigerTail beach oasis area!
Some of the features included are standard-sized pool (billiard) table, double sinks with granite top and walk-in closet in the master bathroom, hot tub (5 seating positions, 18 jets), high-powered pool heater, and 2 staircases access to the dock. The kitchen is facing the water with 4-seating countertop bar to allow your family more space to cook and enjoy preparing food together.
The house includes cable, free Wi-Fi (wireless internet) high-speed access, and DVD player, one 55" TV in the family room, one 55" TV in the living room, and three 32" flat screen TVs in each bedroom, sleeper-sofa, 3 sofas, allowing for plenty of fun, family memories. We have 5 bikes (with helmets, should be fun for the entire family), beach chairs, a beach trolley, beach umbrella, tennis rackets, a wheeled cooler, poolside chaise lounges, outdoor BBQ grill, etc.
You can also enjoy the convenience of having a private water access dock to tie up the boat you may rent from the local marina on the island for fishing or cruising the inland waterways into the Everglades, up to Naples, or for picnicking on the Gulf beaches.
Just relax, sit back, and enjoy the sun, spa, and heated pool at the lanai!

Our family had a great stay for a week in Marco. The house was very clean and well equipped. We spent most of our time in lanai and pool area. The pool was comfortably heated and had a great view of the canal. We enjoyed the quiet location that was walkable to Tigertail beach. The property manager was very accessible and helpful. Definitely recommend this property

We stay in a lot of vacation homes and this was one of the best. Norman was communicative and clear with check-in and out instructions without being bothersome. We literally had to do nothing when we left, other than start the DW. We did do a light clean of the sand and take the trash out, as we normally would.
This house is within easy walking distance of the beach and the lagoon over to Tigertail Beach. The neighborhood is eerily quiet during off-season, which we loved! The lanai/pool/hot tub were wonderful and we used nearly every day. Norman also has stocked his kitchen well, including spices, so you shouldn't have issues if you like to cook.
Only downsides for us: I never did find a pillow I liked, but I am very picky. I also found the MBR bed to be harder than I like, but again, I am picky. One random day, the pool FILLED with no seeums. Like 1000 or more. No idea how or why, but it only happened the one day? We used the pool net to get them out, but it seemed like they just kept coming. I guess something about us that day was calling them to us, haha!
Overall, we had a wonderful time and would return asap!

Norm, the property owner is absolutely the best VRBO host we have dealt with. (have rented in SW Florida 8/9 times). My wife and I rented for a month and had Grandkids visit for about 10 days. Property cleaning was exceptional as was the property location. Near Tiger Tail beach, restaurants, shopping etc. We had some questions early up that Norm and his "maintenance person" handled immediately. Pool area is the focal point of the property and is well appointed and maintained. Pool is service twice a week and heating was perfect. Excellent internet for multiple devices and comcast is available on two large TVs as well as each Bdrm TV. Would have stayed again next year but someone scooped me?! Thanks Norm!

This place is awesome! Great location. Super close to the beach. 10 minutes walk. By the canal which is very convenient for boat users like us. Great pool and hot tub. Our kids had a lot of fun! We’ve been here in July 2022 for 2 weeks. Very nice area of Marco Island. House is a good place to stay with everything you may want from place like that. Good quality pool and jacuzzi. Maybe only BBQ needs a bit of an upgrade as it doesn’t look as new :), however still does the job ;)..

Once again an amazing stay
This is our second time here and we love it. Perfect location quiet on the water with an amazing pool. There were four of us adults and we all feel like it’s home away from home. Plenty of amenities. Very clean and close to everything. Our adult daughter and her best friend walked to Tigertail beach to watch the sunset. We all took evening walks with our pups around the neighborhood. Couldn’t ask for a more enjoyable stay.

Our best VRBO experience ever
From beginning to end, this was the best experience we've ever had renting a home. Communication was swift and clear. Check in and check out processes were simple. Most of all, the house and the amenities were perfect! We used the pool, the dock for rental boats/boards, the pool table, the bicycles, the beach chairs and trolley, and the fishing gear, and they all were great. We could walk to the lagoon and a little further to Tigertail Beach. Getting around the area is very easy. The multiple living areas in the house were also nice when we wanted to spread out. TV's in every room are a great touch too. We loved the island and the entire trip. The only problem is that I expect this to cost much more, now that we want to buy a place on the island for ourselves.

OK place, very dated, needed some repair, lanai screen broke, hand rails broke, tile grout coming out, some of the property is very updated, but a lot seems very much in need of TLC.

Wonderful stay near Tigertail Beach!
We really enjoyed everything about this property - the proximity to Tigertail beach, the quiet neighborhood, the layout of the bedrooms and kitchen. The house was exceptionally clean. We loved hanging out/dining on the lanai and enjoying the pool every day (water temperature was great). I didn't think we'd use the hot tub in late April, but ended using it every morning and in the early evenings. We also enjoyed many games on the pool table - it was nice to have it on the same floor as the living space. We also rented a pontoon boot for a few days...it was a bonus to have a dock so that we could come back around 7 pm instead of rushing to get it back to the marina. We needed to get in touch with the property owner during our stay. . he responded quickly and was very attentive to our question. We'd stay again!

Great vacation home
This home is lovely and our family was very comfortable here. I liked the separation of the bedrooms and the kids really enjoyed both the pool and the hot tub. It was also nice to have beach towels, pool toys, and bikes available for us. I would definitely rent this property again!

2 months in paradise
This home is located in Tigertail neighborhood making it very convenient to the beach. Attention to detail in regards to maintenance & pool/hot tub cleaning (twice per week) is excellent. Pool temperature was always consistent. Norman was very prompt when needed & enjoyable to communicate with.

Great Stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at Tiger Tail Beach. There were 6 adults. The house was exactly as stated in the listing. The home is very spacious, well supplied with towels, kitchen ware, etc. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and rented a pontoon boat for 2 days and it was very nice to tie up on the dock right outside of the home. The owners were very prompt in getting back with questions. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed at this house for 3 weeks. The location was wonderful, close to the beach and to grocery stores. It was clean and well cared for. The owner was amazing in responding to any questions we had. We never had to wait for an answer and that was so appreciated. Overall a wonderful home!

Clean well equipped house with pool, hot tub on canal!
Everything was as advertised, easy, owner extremely attentive, clean, in a beautiful setting with private pool, hottub dock and canal ( a lovely unique feature of Marco island to help immerse in island lifestyle) just a short 7 minute walk to Tiger Tail beach! I would 100% stay here again as I come often to visit my dad but it is so great to have my own space!

Perfect Family getaway
2 adults, 4 children (15, 13, 10, 7) had a wonderful week in Marco. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed - lots of extra towels (for the beach also), kitchen utensils, toys/chairs for beach, bikes to ride around quiet neighborhood, great location and lots of space. 3 kids took zoom classes for school and I was able to work remotely - great wifi and plenty of space in house. Also able to dock a pontoon boat behind house overnight. Will plan to go back. Thank you!

Fantastic time but….
Had a great time. Fantastic location. Easy walk to the beach. Tons of beach accessories that came with the house. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful house. Awesome neighbors. Great communication with owner. Only down point was the master bed mattress is in dire need of replacement. Coils were sticking out, making for a terrible nights sleep. Other beds were great. Would consider to stay again if mattress is replaced.
