Loved this property! Comfy beds, kitchen was stocked to the max and had everything we needed! We had kiddos ranging from 8-18 and everyone had something to do with plenty of games and sleeping room for everyone. Will definitely go again!

We had a group of eight people and this cabin easily met our needs. We liked that the downstairs entry had a nice big area to put all of our snowboard and ski gear which was very convenient. Also liked that the cabin was in a woodsy area that felt very quiet and secluded yet was only a very short drive to the Navajo Steps lift. The road to the cabin was a short dirt road and the driveway was not plowed (which we were expecting since it was very clearly stated in the listing), and we were fine since we had 4x4 trucks/SUVs. Just be sure to take that into consideration if you have a two wheel drive vehicle without any chains. Overall we had a great time at this cabin creating family memories and will gladly rent it again in the future if needed.

We loved our time at the cabin! Great location for Brian Head skiing access. Tucked into the beautiful trees and just a short drive or shuttle ride to the resort. Everyone had comfy beds to rest in, the kids loved the Nintendo and the adults loved the cozy fire to warm up with in the evenings.
We would definitely stay here again in the future if opportunity arises.

The property exceeded my expectations; it was truly amazing. With 10 guests, we found it spacious enough and could have accommodated more without any hassle. Its proximity to Navajo and Giant Steps made accessing the mountains incredibly convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend this cabin for your next snowboard trip.

Great place to enjoy with family and friends. Perfect for families looking to enjoy the snow and slopes.

We love this cabin! We had 2 families and each of us had more than enough space. The "mud" room for skiing stuff is HUGE with plenty of hooks for all the jackets, etc... The kids and adults LOVED sledding down the road just outside the cabin!! My son always builds the cozy fire on the main floor with the firewood provided. The location is just a short 5 min drive to the ski mountains. Snowmobiling at Thunder Mountain Motorsports was so much fun!!! We rent from Georg's Ski Shop and they are always so nice!! When it snows it just absolutely beautiful! Do not hesitate to book this property, we love it! Thank you!

My family and I stayed in the cabin over Christmas and had an amazing white Christmas. The owner placed a small but beautiful Christmas tree in the living room area for us to enjoy. The cabin is well stocked with everything we needed. Its location was perfect! Just a 2 min drive to the Navaho ski resort. We loved this place. Highly recommend it!

I have stayed in many VRBO properties throughout the country and have never felt more deceived than I did with this property in Brian Head. The pictures, property description and price would make you believe it is an upscale cabin "newly renovated" and with large rooms for a big group. Nothing could be further than the truth. In addition, there were many dangerous conditions in the property resulting in both my wife and grand daughter being injured. The advertisement should have read, "partially renovated". The deck railing was only partially complete, creating a very dangerous condition, including sharp edges causing injury to my granddaughter. The entrance to the front door was in disrepair causing my wife and grand son to both fall trying to get to the deck. The furniture on the deck was old and broken, the grill was disgustingly dirty, and even after the owner sent someone to clean it, is was unusable. There was no heat in the basement, and it was cold at night. The main floor room was very small and the couch was very old and uncomfortable. The beds were old and uncomfortable, with foam rubber pads on top resulting in a very uncomfortable sleep. The shower in the main floor bathroom was one of the small ones not providing room to bend over. The cabin is on three levels, making it great if you want to be separated from your other guests, but very inconvenient with all of the stairs. I have to say that the cabin was very clean, and was sufficiently stocked. The very high per night price also made me think the cabin would be very nice, similar to other high end cabins we have stayed in. If you are looking for an old cabin, with old furniture that you don't have to worry about and you are not going to spend much time inside, and don't care about a good night's sleep, you could be fine, but if you want a nice place to relax, do not waste your time on this property.

Wonderful Trip to Utah
The property was well maintained and perfect for our group. We will definitely return to the property in the future. Communication was great and the house was well stocked. If you cook, you may want to bring plastic wrap and foil, but other than that it had everything we needed.

Great stay at the cabin
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous cabin in Brian Head. Fully equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Plenty of room for the kids and adults to spread out. Kitchen was fully stocked. Very close to ski resort to run the teens over and then take a lunch to them at lunch time. The younger kids could sled right out of the cabin in driveway. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. All the hooks for the snow clothes were perfect! We all enjoyed the fire place in the evening while playing games. A perfect cozy cabin in the woods

Even better than the pictures!
This house is RIGHT by the slopes. It is laid out well, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, appliances, spices, etc.—anything you would ever need, really. My group of 10 thoroughly enjoyed their long weekend here.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. There was lots of space for everyone. The kitchen was big and had everything we needed to cook for 7 people. The bigsinig room allowed us towards together and play lots of games. The shower and tub were really nice as well. It was a bit of a challenge to get up to the house, but we eventually made it with snow chains. And then we enjoyed the winter wonderland view while sitting by the fireplace. Chris was very responsive when we had questions. Oh, and an added bonus was the ample firewood available at the house. Thanks, Chris, for everything

Cozy Hideaway
Property was great, very comfortable for our large family. We loved the fireplace and the freshly fallen snow was beautiful. Chris was very responsive and helpful. The advice about needing the 4wd is accurate for sure, as is the promptness of plows coming through. We'd love to come stay again sometime!

Great stay and location!
There was four adults and 3 kids under 12. The location is super close to Navajo and Thunder Mountain snowmobiling. The cabin was super well equipped, we even did steak and lobster for sinner one night. Perfect set up for multiple families with three levels and bathrooms on each floor.

Will come back for sure
Had a great experience in Brian Head at this property. One of the things we really enjoyed about our stay was being in a stand alone cabin but still very very close to the resort. We had plenty of room for all of our people and felt very comfortable the whole time. We love Brian Head and will come back to this place for sure.

Our family had a great time here. This cabin is perfect for large families and close proximity to the lifts is a huge plus.

Cozy and beautiful
We really loved the cabin and location. It was spacious to fit 6 adults. The rooms were average size with comfortable beds. Showers a bit small (for big guys 😉). Heating and fireplace kept everything warm and cozy. There was plenty of Firewood provided and mostly everything in the kitchen you would need, including basic pantry items (ie; salt, pepper etc, utensils). Pots and pans were a bit “overused” but otherwise did the job. Chris, the owner was extremely accessible and responded quickly with answers to all my questions. Wonderful experience!

Perfect Cabin
This cabin was awesome very convenient to both Giant Steps and Navajo Ski lodge. No joke about needing 4WD or AWD with possible chains to get up driveway in the snow.

Perfect weekend snowcation
Perfect cozy cabin! Instructions for fire place would be nice for people not familiar with it. Absolutely loved the fully equipt kitchen and the heaters in all the rooms and living spaces. Bunk beds and loft area were perfect for kids to escape the grown ups in the kitchen and dining areas.

Close to lifts
The proximity of the cabin to the ski lifts/resorts is truly the selling point. It is an added bonus that the cabin is located close to everything, yet it is tucked away...you’ll see what I mean when you stay there. In addition, Chris is prompt with responses and maintained an open communication before, during, and after my stay. Cabin is exactly how I imagined it and more, fully furnished and nice wall accessories, clear instructions on how to care for the place.

Fantastic location - very close to Brian Head and sledding right outside. No need to go anywhere else to sled. 4wd required to get up driveway in winter months. This is not an exaggeration.
Cabin was very clean and kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, crock pots etc.
We had 13 family members in our group, and with 3 main living areas, it did not feel too crowded.
There is a soaker tub which we did look forward to using after long days snowboarding; however, there was not enough hot water to fill it deeper than1 inch before the water was cold.
Also, one of the queen beds sagged in the middle. It appeared, the owner tried to fix that by adding a memory foam topper, but it didn't help.
Bring your own wash cloths. There weren't any in the cabin.
Overall, though we really enjoyed our time there!
