Exceptional

Loved the location of the caravan just a short stroll to the shops amusements & beach. The caravan was very well equipped & had a lovely enclosed garden space to sit out & enjoy a cup of tea.

Wasn't very happy with the caravan as there was no net curtains up so it was like being in a gold fish bowl everyone looking in at you..woken up all hours of the morning by noisy neighbours not impressed at all if your looking for a relaxing weekend avoid

Great location near the beach

Great location near the beach with dogs (2) accepted. Caravan was clean and fresh and close to facilities like bus route, bar/clubhouse, take aways and local shops for items forgotten from home. A very nice place.

Perfect location, comfortable stay

Excellent location only a minute’s walk from the beach and not far from the leisure park, super comfy beds, lovely patio with furniture!

It was very hot during the afternoons - there were heaters available if it was cold but could definitely benefit from a fan in the summer!

lovely caravan in a lovely area but a few things could have been better

it was in a lovely area in the park and the actual caravan itself were nice

the tap was leaking constantly, the bathroom door would not close without it being closed multiple times, the beds weren’t the most comfortable and the blinds were covered with dust

Small site, with personalised caravans. Garden attached to the caravan, which was perfect for my dog and us to sit in. Able to park next to the caravan. 4 minute walk to the beach. The caravan had everything I needed for our stay, including a few, little extra, which I wasn't expecting, like washing up liquid, teatowel, washing up sponge. The caravan was clean and tidy, but at the same time, felt homely and loved.

Unfortunately the tap on the kitchen was a bit loose and tended to drip a bit. I'm sure this would be an easy fix though. There was nothing else I didn't like.

A piece of paradise

The location. Peace and quiet. Easy access to the beach for our dog. Friendly site. Staff really good in the club

Didn't really have a dislike. The little garden maybe could use a little TLC. Long grass makes poo picking more difficult

Instructions for turning on electric were wrong spent 20 mins trying to sort it. Also there is no WiFi. Without it stating its not there in this day and age I would assume it is.

For a short break from other the dog to walk on the beach it was nice. But the caravan smelt really bad ( body odour).

The location is perfect for beach walks.

The caravan smelt really bad, wouldn’t stay there again. Getting the damage deposit back was really hard work and took numerous messages and phone calls before we got it back.

Really enjoyed by all

The location is perfect for beach access and dog walks. Caravan totally what we expected and acceptable with a very few small issues. Breakers pub and restaurant was excellent with very friendly staff. We totally enjoyed our stay and will book again.

Garden needs tidying up and bramble Bush removed. Unfortunately our dog stood on this when we arrived as the branches were over the patio and had to remove a couple of thorns from foot. The only other small issue was the loose dripping tap in the kitchen.

Not far walk from beach good amount of space pub on site very comfortable simply amazing!

needed more cleaning supplies in the caravan had to ask for some to be delivered to us! Wi-Fi isn’t the greatest but no big deal, can’t really say much else

Only a dustpan &brush to clean with and could do with blinds or nets for privacy. Garden could do with weeding n a tidy up but this was just cosmetic
