Amazing value for money.

The location is perfect, the beach is 5-7 min to go. Batu Bolong beach which is perfect for begginer surfers is walkable distance ~15 min on foot. Around the property there are many great eating place and convenience stores. The staff was super kind. There is fridge and kettle in the room. The room is small, but well maintained.

We didn’t use the pool, because it is under the roof and quite cold. The rooftop is nice, but the jacuzzie’s are not working.

Great location at an incredible price.

I love the location, central and convenient with a nice spa across the street, plenty of restaurants and shops for basic needs. The staff was super sweet and attentive. The room was kinda narrow and small but the lighting was great! Plenty of free coffee. Fridge and teapot in the room. Space to hang clothing, comfy bed. Super diligent with cleaning. I would definitely stay here again. Super good value for the price.Laundry also right next door. Beach just a few minute's walk. I love the spot! They also have a pool table and every time I played, as a solo traveler, I met someone new.

Honestly nothing, it's just the room was very narrow and, having come from a 5 star hotel the previous week, the pool was not impressing me but c'mon, the price is amazing and the pool is ok.

The room was cheap and in a good location. bed and shower were good. staff were friendly and helped us whenever needed.

Wi-Fi was terrible and we had damp in our room. room required renovation

Nice stay for moneys worth

Location was really handy, lose by lots of restaurants and shops but quiet enough from all the hustle and great value for money, very clean house keeping regularly

was a good location it’s a nice pool and nice staff. the rooms were quite dark, and it was incredibly hot with air con that didn’t work. thing was we’re a bit tired and dilapidated but over all fine.

location and scooter rental were fair prices and in a good location.

pool was indoor, bathroom was tiny and smelt like urine. Rooms and hotel layout felt a little like a prison.

The guest house had a lift. Rooms were clean and came with everything needed (except water). The flickering light on floor 3 made me feel like I was in a horror movie which was great. They helpfully accommodated a last minute rescheduling due to a canceled flight.

Shower was difficult to use because the water was usually either boiling hot or cold.

you can find nicer for cheaper

the location is good- lots of restaurants near by. the staff were friendly.our room had a balcony

wifi was poor. the room itself was small and wasn't very clean-window looking outside was filthy. there was a bored missing from the bed frame with nails sticking out(cut my hand on it), and there was a terrible sewage smell in the room sometimes. not the hotels fault- but there was a pack of dog that sleep in the field next to it that would bark all the time!bring ear plugs!
