Location, Location, Location! One of Charleston's most incredible addresses. This amazing unit is located in one of the most ideal locations in all of Charleston. We are located 100 yards from the newly renovated Charleston City Market dating back to 1804. The Market area offers an abundance of shopping and nationally acclaimed restaurants that will prove to be a culinary delight. This newly updated unit affords easy walking or a simple rickshaw ride to top attractions such as the Gibbes Museum, The Market, The South Carolina Aquarium, The Waterfront Park, The Battery and a whole host of other attractions. Enjoy the beautiful oversized windows with amazing views of the Ravenel Bridge and city rooftops, which many have noted, are the focal point of this pleasant condominium. Newly refinished oak floors gleam throughout the living areas, further enhancing the bright, airy space. This is our third stay at these suites, and we’ve always loved it! The location is perfect, and the suite has always been clean and well stocked, maybe a couple extra towels for a longer stay would’ve been nice, but not a big deal. Loved the addition of the box fan this time 😄 Can’t wait to come back!

Mother/daughter trip. Great location RIGHT DOWNTOWN! Amazing quiet suite. The shower water pressure is great. Directions for TV’s were easy to understand. Good ice maker. Comfortable bedding and pillows. Steamer and iron worked great..We were able to meet the host who was very considerate. We’ll book this suite again!

I highly recommend staying here! The location is second only to the communication and professionalism of Matthew Quinn. He sent extremely detailed instructions and went above and beyond answering all my questions. The location is perfect to walk to shopping, eating, and historical areas. The suite was extremely clean and well kept. It had a fantastic view of the downtown area.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Very comfortable bed and really nice bathroom with a combo spa tub and shower. Nice strong water pressure. Ideally located to walk most places. Walked to Old South Carriage Tour, Nathanial Russell House, Charleston Harbor Tour and Bulldog Haunted Tour. Over the Matador restaurant, not noisy at all. Had some fantastic chicken fajitas. Very short walk to City Market and Hymans Seafood I give this suite 5 ⭐️

Thank you for the perfect stay! We were able to briefly meet the host who was friendly and super responsive when we had trouble opening the door once. Very close to shopping section of King, great restaurants, and French quarter. Clean and safe! We actually liked the shower's water pressure other reviewers commented on and we didn't mind the street noise at all.

The condo was great! Located right in the middle of town and walking distance to most everything. It was very clean and well stocked with most everything. We would definitely stay there again if we were in Charleston.

We really enjoyed the SoHo Suite. The location is excellent! The unit itself is very spacious and comfortable…you’re right downtown so there is some street/people noise which is to be expected. The back main bedroom was very comfortable dark and quiet!! Only downside was that a lot of the dishes were dirty when we went to use them and there were no trash bags and only two rolls of toilet paper for a week long stay. We had to run out and get that stuff which we shouldn’t have to. Otherwise we lived the place and will be back!

The location was excellent. Matt was excellent. We would 100% stay here again. While it is on a busy street the bedroom is in the back away from the noise. The noise didn’t bother us at all. Easy walks to everything! We highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good stay at this BB. Although the owner does make one mention of “dining music” in the listing, this does not accurately reflect my experience staying here for 5 nights. The noise was, simply put, horrendous. 1. The unit is situated at a very busy intersection. The acoustics are such that all street noise rises to the third floor windows. Even conversation and laughter on the street. 2. The restaurant below the unit is a loud texmex/tequila bar called The Matador. The listing states that the restaurant “serves patrons with dining music.” I naively thought this meant sophisticated, chill music. Wrong. The restaurant is open until midnight every day of the week, and the music is upbeat hip hop. 3. On both Tuesday and Friday nights, after midnight, I had to ask restaurant staff to turn down their music, which they were loudly piping through the entire restaurant as they closed down. The unit itself is gorgeous. The location could not be better for access to Meeting and King streets. The unit is spacious with stunning east-facing windows. Gorgeous, big bathroom also. The host is very friendly, too, and was quick to reply after a brief question during check-in. He texted me when the unit was ready early, too. Ultimately I grappled with whether to leave this review, but I honestly feel like the listing and reviews underplay the noise. If you’re a light sleeper or prefer peaceful, quiet nights in, choose another option on a quieter side street.

If you want a super cool place to stay where you can park your car and walk all over Charleston, this is it. Super cool place, very well appointed. It is right in the middle of all the shopping, bars and restaurants. I was a little concerned that with the restaurant on the 1st floor and being right on Meeting Street that it would be too loud, but it definitely was not. I would stay here again for sure.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and enjoyed our long weekend stay in this urban city vibe apartment. A great location and easy access to all the main attractions. The condo had almost everything we needed and the shower was my absolute favorite due to the high pressure it gave off and plenty of hot water. I feel like a few more towels and wash clothes are always better than not enough and the apartment didn’t have any kitchen towels so when I hand washed the few things we used I had to dry them with paper towels. The elevator was as described and thankful for the warning on wait time. The parking garage was excellent and very convenient. Would stay again.

This property is well managed and just as it is described! Perfect location, cozy, and an overall great landing spot for romantic get away in Charleston! We had one minor issue with technology and the property manager promptly responded. I would highly recommend this location!

Perfect in every way! They do have a coffee machine and coffee/creamer/sugar but that's it so make sure to grab some water/drinks before you go to bed the first night. Everything was comfortable! Thank you!

We were in Charleston for our anniversary and the Chris Stapleton concert. This condo was the perfect size and the perfect location for our weekend getaway. Once we parked the car, we walked everywhere and didn't need it again until we were heading home. The view above Meeting Street is fun to people watch and makes you really feel a part of the Historic vibe. We also loved all the exposed brick walls. We hope to be back soon.
