Very clean and good looking rooms.
Really nothing. It could have been in the very Ortigia island, just in case.

The facilities were new, spacious and comfortable. Also pretty clean
They must have had an infestation when we stayed because we found a total of 6 small cockroaches in just one night. It's a shame that this happened because apart from it everything was good

The B&B was really central. Every worthy place to visit was 10 to 15 min walking distance. The host was helpful with indications on where to park the car for free.
The house entrance had a strong smell of mold. The host took some time to open the door for us, even though we let him know when we would arrive.
10.0 / 10.0
Excellent staff and probably having the best location, 3 minutes walk from either Interbus or the train station connecting the CTA airport, and 5 minutes walk from the most visited Ortigia.
Perfectly clean with some of the best hot shower I have tried in a guesthouse.
3.0 / 10.0
The location to the old town was the only good thing about this place. It was an easy walk to see the old city.
As soon as you enter the reception of the B&B, there was a heavy odor of mildew. The beds were like concrete. My friend had bugs in her room. We were booked for 2 nights and ended up staying only one night. The breakfast was very minimal, the breakfast patio had a moldy umbrella.

Nice room, strangely high ceiling. Comfy bed. Breakfast room (self help). The hosts were accommodating for my slightly later arrival (2145). Near to train station.
Overlooks a roundabout, possibly the busiest in Siracusa, so noise could be a problem for some although the windows are pretty good at keeping it down.

Good location close to train and bus station and midway between the archaeological site and Ortigia. Clean, modern with separate kitchen. Everything we needed for an overnight stay. Nice bakery across the street too!
This was made clear in the description but location on a busy roundabout did mean traffic noise.

Very new furniture. A lot of space, even a storage closet/dressing room. Access to kitchen. Even she spoke Italian only, very friendly host
Check in 16:00-19:30 :(( the builing is located in a road fork, so might be a bit noisy

It is like 5 mins walking distance to train station, 10 mins walking to the Ortigia.
Check in was easy, It was clean and room size was good enough.
In the kitchen, there are some free snacks and coffee it was good to see.
Internet was so good.
Room window was looking into inner yard.
Bed was super noisy

Location is great - close to railway and bus stations, 10-15 minutes walk to both Ortigia in one direction and the Greco-Roman section of Siracusa, 3 or 4 supermarkets in 5-10 minutes, super panifacio literally across the road to right and good bar/cafe across to left, ice cream/granita etc stand in little park area opposite. Other food options within 3 or 4 minutes. I had failed to contact him beforehand but after my call, Andrea's Mum arrived in about 15 minutes of my call to let me in and sort the admin. Great. The room was high-ceilinged, simply decorated with large comfortable bed, separate walk-in wardrobe and nicely-appointed shower room etc. A well-equipped and furnished kitchen is available and full self-catering is possible. Simple self-service breakfast/snacks, coffee and fruit juice is provided and there is a communal fridge for your use. Would definitely recommend if you like this kind of accomodation and I would stay here again.

The place was nice and clean, it was well-located.
There was a slight problem in communication since the host did not speak english and talked to us in italian.

Modern facilities and fantastic value to explore Siracusa and surroundings. Everything kept clean, spacious room and bathroom, comfortable stay. The shared kitchen is a plus. They have a coffee maker and kettle to prepare hot drinks, and have provided biscuits, yogurt, water and juice to make a light breakfast. Highly recommended!
The location is outside Ortigia, however, it is conveniently located to the bus and train stations so it is easy to arrive/depart Siracusa.

New nice room, really comfortable bed, equipment in general really nice.
Noisy from the main Street. Sometimes it was really much. But in general I was really satisfied.
8.0 / 10.0
Good accomodation especially if u reach Siracusa by train or bus. Clean and good size bedroom. In the shared kitchen there was bottled water, juices, kettles etc!
15/20 Min walk to the archeological park or u can get on a bus from the close by station, approx same distance to Ortigia.
There are a few steps to get to the entrance of the apartment and no lift.

it was very clean and bed was comfortable.
it was a bit outside. 15 to 20 min walk to the old city.

you do not meet the host. there is a lady in the morning who is friendly though. far away from the station and the harbour. Difficult to reach by public transport

Everything very new. Nicely furnished. Perfectly clean.
Big and nice bathroom.
Good position, close to the old town of Ortigia.
A bit loud and noisy at night because of the big roundabout where my window was.

The owner is nice and provide water from time to time. The house is clean and the room the not small, enough for 3 people to live.
8.0 / 10.0
Very clean rooms and central location
The old lady working there cannot speak one word english, yet, she expected us to understand everything she says. We were told that we can keep the room until 13:00 but it was actually 10-11, (we met another staff in the same morning but he did not inform us about the check-out time either) so when we came back at 12:50 to check-out and empty the room we found the door completely open and our things moved. She then rudely shouted us when we wanted to wash our hands in the room.
