Beautifully decorated family second home/townhome on West Creekside Drive, in the heart of Frisco, secluded deck over looks North Fork of Ten Mile Creek, sit on deck and listen to the babbling brook, in comfy Adirondack chairs. Short walk to Main Street Frisco where you'll find fun and tasty, restaurants, coffee shops, gifts, bakeries, liquor stores, market and historic park, with free fun activities and events. Enjoy spa treatments too!

Enjoy looking at the North Fork of Ten Mile Creek, and Indian Chief Mountain. Kitchen/front balcony has beautiful views of Buffalo Mountain. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare delicious meals when there. Kitchen includes; paper products, spices, condiments, and upper end small appliances, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot. All rooms have been newly painted and have nice lush berber carpet and hard wood floors, Furnished with Flat Rock hand made mountain furniture and attractive art work. Sit on large comfortable sectional in front of a roaring natural wood fireplace and enjoy reading art/photography books, novels, and current home decorating and outdoor magazines or select and play a variety of board and novelty games, and or watch your favorite TV show or a free movie. The master bedroom features a comfy King size tempurpedic king bed with adjacent private bath and flat screen tv, second bedroom has queen bed, fun decor, and flat screen tv. We wanted to try out Copper Mountain, so this was the best location for an off resort stay. Colleen's place was one of the most well stocked places we have ever experienced. The kitchen had ample stock for any meal prep. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was perfection. Frisco is a cute town with everything you would need for your vacation. We experienced no issues during our stay, but for my random questions, Colleen was prompt to respond. Highly recommend this place!

Awesome streamside condo
This condo was exactly what our family of 4 wanted. Great location, layout and decor with a relaxing patio in back to sit and listen to the stream and other sounds of nature. We loved our time here and Colleen was very responsive. If you want a peaceful retreat where you can still walk to main street this is perfect.

Good Vibes
Colleen's condo was a nice, comfortable place to stay during our ski trip. Having a hot tub was a great addition too. The location is perfect for any sort of walks or just going downtown to have dinner and walk home.

This place was perfect for our needs. The location was superb for visiting multiple ski resorts (we skied at four different mountains in 5 days). It was only a short walk into downtown Frisco, which has great shops and restaurants. The condo itself was huge for only four of us, we didn’t even use the third bedroom. The decor of the condo was so cute and really added to the mountain house experience. But the best part is that the place had EVERYTHING we needed. Linens, paper products, soap, garbage bags, keurig, etc etc etc. The last few rentals we have had have been very disappointing when it comes to providing the essentials so you can really tell when a place is used by the owners because they know what you need when you’re on vacation. Overall, just a wonderful place, would absolutely love to rent again!

Cozy and Conveniently Located
Colleen was an excellent host with a great condo. I was just my fiance and I but we felt like the place would be perfect for at least one more couple (or small children). The location cannot be beat for getting to Main Street, but also the slopes. We did Breckenridge & Keystone during our stay and both were so easy to get from the house. Definitely recommend.

Charming condo with plenty of room, comfort and amenities to make it easy and fun. Also, it is an easy drive to so many ski areas and the town of Frisco is super cute and walkable from the condo. Great place!

Frisco is such a cute town and the shops and restaurants are walking distance from the property. The heated garage was fantastic to store and dry out our ski gear at the end of the day. We loved having a hot tub right in the unit. And Colleen, the owner, was extremely helpful with details and information on the area!We would definitely stay here again!

Great Ski House
The house was a great base for a ski weekend. Frisco is centrally located to many of the Summit County Ski Resorts (we skied Breck, Vail and Keystone). The house is clean, comfortable and extremely well furnished. The beds and linens were some top notch hotel quality. Colleen was great to work with. We'll be back !

This is in our top 3 favorite places we've ever stayed in Frisco over many years. It is all so well thought out, from available amenities and comforts to the beautiful art. Great location, super clean and modern, lots of windows with trees from every view, comfy beds. Especially appreciated the indoor hot tub, nightly fires in the fireplace and heated garage! Helpful owners answered all questions promptly. Really, well done, Guys!

Great place for us to coordinate a winter multi-activity week away. Lots of room, very comfortable. Feels like you are staying at your own family’s retreat. Owners could not have been more helpful, even remotely via text.

I would happily stay here again. The property was wonderful and very well stocked. The location was amazing. We were so close the slopes and the one day I stayed home from skiing, I was able to easily walk to Frisco, which had several small shops and restaurants to enjoy!! I would highly recommend this place!!

Perfect in many ways.
This place is absolutely perfect. It truly feels like you are staying at a home, not a rental. We went there for our skiing trip to Copper and the location was great. The trip to Copper from the condo is easy. Just hop on the interstate and boom you are there. The location from Frisco was an easy and actually very pretty walk. You pass over the creek and the view and sound of that creek is wonderful.
I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to have our very own hot tub. Not having to get in your suit, get into the car, and sitting in a hot tub with a bunch of strangers. Loved this!!! I do wish it was big enough for our family to sit in it together but we just took turns.
The beds are comfortable and the owner is responsive and very friendly. I really like that there is a "mud room" area to leave your shoes, ski boots, jackets, etc..
We will definitely stay here again.
