This remodeled 2 bedroom condo is located in the Cross Creek complex, nestled in a quiet neighborhood along Ten Mile Creek. The pristine grounds are well maintained and ideal for a relaxing mountain getaway. The location is perfect just one block off of Main Street within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. It is also only one block away to the free bus shuttle. Just steps away you can enjoy the great clubhouse amenities including an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs ( inside and outside), sauna, pool table and foosball table. There are picnic tables and grills on the property along the creek which you are welcome to enjoy. Ample outdoor parking is available for up to 2 guest vehicles in the parking lot.

This immaculate third floor unit is quiet and safe. The main living area is an open concept with kitchen, dining room and living room. You can relax on the wraparound balcony while viewing stunning Mt Royal and listening to the creek below. The living space features a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD and a top of the line queen plus sized pullout couch. There is WiFi, cable, washer/dryer and a fully stocked kitchen (blender, coffee maker, waffle maker, crockpot) to make you feel at home. The master bedroom has a comfortable brand new king sized bed, flat screen TV and private balcony with beautiful mountain views. The second bedroom and bathroom are located downstairs on the lower level. The bedroom has a bunk bed with a full sized bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. Soft comfortable linens and towels are provided including towels for the pool. The unit is quiet and cozy and comes fully furnished with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Historic Frisco is the perfect place to visit because of its many accessible trails, recreational bike path, tubing hill, nordic center, coffee shops, restaurants, stores and marina. Lake Dillon and downtown Frisco have so much to offer year round. Truely an exceptional condo for rent, you can relax in the cozy interior or take advantage of its close proximity to world-class ski resorts including; Breckenridge and Copper (10 min), Keystone and Araphoe Basin (15 min), Loveland and Vail (25 min) and Beaver Creek (30 min). If you don't feel like driving, you can take the free Summit Stage bus to some of the resorts (stop located 1 block from condo). Silverthorne, also nearby, offers several designer outlets for those who love to shop.

This condo is just the perfect property. It is clean, with plenty of space and gorgeous views of Mt. Royal and Ten Mile Creek. With it being only a block off of Main Street, we were easily able to get to many restaurants and stores. Frisco itself is the perfect spot as there are many things to do all within a short drive. We always love coming back to Frisco!

My family of 5 stayed at Creekside for 4 days/3 nights. We LOVED this condo and plan on returning! We were close enough to downtown Frisco to walk and eat dinner and shop. We spent a lot of time downtown. We fished on lake Dillon, paddle boarded and kayaked, did an escape room in Breck and golfed at Copper. The pool/hot tub at the condo was the perfect ending to a chilly day in lake Dillon. We plan on making this our go to condo every year because we loved it so much! Opening the windows at night and falling asleep to the sound of 10 mile creek was one of our favorite things and that warm cup of coffee in the morning with the crisp mountain air! I can’t say enough! We had the best time and will be returning. Book it if you’re on the fence. You won’t regret it!

Extremely accessible to several resorts. The fireplace is a hit, loved the accommodations, all the cooking gear we needed to eat in several dinners and all breakfasts. Loved the Jacuzzi or walkable, parents smoked the kids two nights straight on the pool table, just sayin’

We had a nice stay. The unit has a great view of the creek and mountains. We were very comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean and nicely stocked. We hit the slopes, enjoyed a fire and found our stay to be very relaxing. I would recommend it.

This is a very lovely condo in Frisco - very clean and cozy. You must climb 2 flights of stairs to get into the unit and 1 flight to access the lower bedroom with bunks so this condo is not for someone with mobility challenges.

We stayed there for 10 days in late September. The location is great - easy walk to walking/biking trails and shops and restaurant. The balcony on two sides of the dining area with good view of Mt. Royal and a creek directly down below was wonderful. The condo was clean, quiet, and had just about everything we needed. A kettle would have been nice since we drink a lot of tea in addition to coffee (a coffee maker and a Keurig machine were there). Also, it would have been nice if the TV was on the network so that we could stream Netflix, etc. The host was very nice and communicative making sure things were going smoothly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Frisco is an amazing Colorado mountain town and this property only enhances the experience! Perfect location with access to the recreation trail for walking and biking, there is mountain hiking right outside the door, an amazing view of Mount Royal topped off with the calming sounds of Ten Mile Creek rushing past the home. It's on the quiet end of town but only a short walk to the heart of Frisco and Lake Dillon. We have enjoyed staying here a couple times and we will most definitely be back!

My family enjoyed this condo. The location is awesome - far enough from town to be quiet, close enough to walk. Being right on the river makes it the best of the Creekside condos. Kids enjoyed the pool table and pool in the clubhouse. The condo itself was great: good Wifi, very clean, all the little things provided like towels and coffee machine and cookware and lots of games. Communication with host was amazing. Only issue was no AC, but it's never that hot in Frisco, so it's tolerable. Overall, just a great experience.

This condo at Cross Creek was absolutely perfect for our annual mountain getaway! We had plenty of room in this well-appointed condo which was very clean, quiet and provided everything we needed and more. The king bed was comfortable, the wraparound deck was perfect, we had plenty of privacy, and the best part was the soothing sound of the creek directly behind us. Highly recommend!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Creekside property. The location in Frisco was centrally located to various ski mountains as well as walkable to the town of Frisco. The condo was spacious, clean, and well appointed with everything you need for a family. The host followed up regularly to make sure that we had everything that we needed and our stay was comfortable. We will definitely plan to try to stay there during our next visit. I'm not sure how James & Rachel did it but they provided an excellent weather week and a great experience for my family and I. 10 out of 10 in our eyes! Mike.

We loved our stay! The owners are very communicative and checked in with us on our first day with a sweet text message. The property is well kept, clean, and easy to find. The pool table/ foosball table building, the swimming pool and the hot tubs are great! The facility is clean and maintained. The location is perfect. The sound of the creek is so calming, and the walk into town is not far. We recommend staying here.

It doesn’t get much better than being right on the creek, views of Mt Royal from the deck, and walking distance to Main St. We biked every day and loved having the garage for easy bike storage. We also swam in the pool every day and enjoyed the spacious and perfectly accommodating condo! Would love to return again.

We loved our stay in Frisco. This condo is updated, clean and well located. Ten mile river is in the backyard and it’s amazingly peaceful. Great place to relax and read with comfy chairs under the trees. Located right off the end of Main Street which was great (walking distance to everything, even the marina). Having a grill on the back deck was great. The deck is perfect for morning coffee and listening to the rushing river. Didn’t use the pool but the hot tub outside was adequate. Played pool a couple of times in the pool house, nice table. Only downside was firm mattresses and no pets allowed.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Frisco! The unit itself was clean and spacious and just perfect for our family. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient to run a few loads of laundry. The kids, especially, liked the indoor/outdoor pool and the clubhouse room with a pool table. We would definitely stay here again!

We spent many mornings drinking coffee on the deck. We love how centrally located it is to downtown Frisco for walking to breakfast or dinner.
