About this apartment rental

Beautiful Brand new studio apartment. Completely private over a detached garage, all appliances and everything else is brand new. Gorgeous view of the mountains from the west facing panoramic window. Spa like bathroom with W&D. Chefs kitchen with large island, 5 burner gas stove, farmhouse sink, dishwasher and all the cooking supplies and utensils. Central air and heating. Queen bed with a pullout twin sleeper sofa for extra sleeping. TV and Wifi, with a smart TV for Netflix etc.

Safe lighted street side parking. No smoking on the property. Key is a code lock. For a video tour search YouTube for "baselinebnb"

Just minutes walk to coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, entertainment and the arts district in Historic old town Lafayette. Very charming old town with lots of mom n' pop stores. 1 block from the community recreation center with a gym, pool and exercise equipment. 1 block from acres of open space with walking trails. Some of the best breweries, restaurants and coffee shops in the region are just a short walk from the apartment.

Didn't remember detail about which one was the entry door, so had a bit of an issue getting in. Other than that, LOVE the town in short walking distance and place was very comfortable, well laid out and supplied. Thank you!

It was modern with touches of vintage furniture pieces. Spacious, clean, light, airy, quite and a bath room with a large walk-in shower. The bonus was the washer & dryer! Very close to restaurants, pubs & and an open space trail. I highly recommend!

Lovely property, just what I needed in the evenings. Could hear the traffic in the mornings so if you are a light sleeper ear defenders might be needed. Overall very happy with my time here and and suited the need of my visit!

This apartment over garage was exactly what we needed, and exactly as described. One of the cleanest VRBOs we have ever stayed in, large bathroom with very good and large shower. Plenty of kitchen/counter space. The bed was very comfortable. Location worked perfectly. A short 15-20 minute ride to the hustle and bustle of Boulder, but quiet and peaceful for overnight accomodations. Would definitely stay again. You do have to walk up stairs, so consider that if mobility using steps is a challenge.

In town to visit our daughter, just my wife and I. The location was just perfect for us, close to coffee and restaurants. Quaint little flat-style apartment with pretty modern appliances and stocked with a lot of the things one needs when away. Furniture could have been a little more comfy, but we were out exploring 95% of the time so this was no biggie to us. Bed was comfy as well. Would stay again if in the area. Mark, the owner, was awesome and responded to every message very promptly. We are pleased!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Is was perfect for my wife and I. The space was the perfect size and very quiet and private. If it’s avaifor our trip next year we’ll definitely book this property again. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was helpful.

Property itself is very nice, but the furniture is quite worn/old except for bed which was very nice and comfortable. Kitchen is great with mostly new/updated appliances, stocked with some basics like condiments, leftover coffee, etc. The immediate area is not the best and it is certainly average. There is a schoolyard next door, and a very busy street just 100 feet away. The noise was not a significant issue however. I would not call this a "historic area" although it is close enough to walk to one. Overall, given the relatively low cost per night, it is good value.

I was staying there to take a sick dog to the animal hospital in Boulder. The place was close enough to be convenient and Lafayette is very safe and charming I could walk to restaurants. The local bookstore was great. And there was nice open space within walking distance. The place itself was spotless and had everything I needed. Mark was very nice and stayed in touch. It was perfect for a single person. It would also work well for a couple or perhaps a family with small children (human or fur).

Our stay was wonderful. Would not only recommend but we would stay here again. As cable subscribers at home, we were challenged by streaming tv. Would suggest some instructions to aid others like us. Not a deal breaker though since we didn't spend much time watching tv.

Adorable carriage house, exactly as advertised. Designed and furnished in a hip, yet understated style, boasting a very comfortable bed and pillows, nice-sized kitchen, and roomy bathroom equipped with a shower with great water pressure, and washer/dryer. Excellent communication with host, Mark, who provided a binder of useful information upon arrival on the kitchen countertop. Just wish I had booked sooner to get a second night out of it.
