This is our second visit to Beo’s and definitely not the last. The house is extremely comfortable and has everything a group needs. Lots of space to spread out, a well-stocked kitchen, beautiful deck, comfortable beds. The home is spotless. We loved our visit!

Great place. Owners are good to deal with. They were able to allow us an early check-in. Updated AC was a blessing as we were there during a hot spell. Note that the Cabana card allows you the privilege of paying fees to use BLS pool/lakes. Info found online is wrong. For Summer 2024 fees are $20/person per day allows access to all facilities. May be ok if you have older kids who are going to stay and play all day. We were dealing with old folks and little ones who could only stay for a few hours. Wasn't worth it for us, so did one day only, then went to White Pines Lake for the rest of the trip. No knock on Al & Michelle and this great place to stay. I recommend this place without hesitation, but renter may want to be aware of this cost ahead of time.

We were a family 4 plus grandparents who stayed at the cabin for 3 nights. It was an amazing experience. The house was well equipped with all that we would need for the stay. The checkin and check out experience was seamless. The location was very convenient and close to a lake, shops at Arnold and numerous hiking spots around the big trees state park. The kids had a blast and the rest of the family had a relaxing time.

Al and Michele's house is beautiful - the bedrooms are so colorful and charming, the kitchen is beyond well-appointed, and they make so many fun things available, including snow toys, tons of games, movies, ping pong, the cozy woodfire stove, the list goes on. The deck is huge and the trees surrounding are lovely. Our 7 year old and his 6 year old friend had a ball. They were so excited to sled at the snow parks but equally excited to come back to the house & play.
Al and Michele are amazing hosts, super proactive & very clearly want you to enjoy yourselves. Communication was fantastic, everything was easy.
Thanks so much for sharing your house with us!

We were 3 family of total 9 who stayed here for couple of nights and thoroughly enjoyed the stay and this house. It was very clean with lot of supplies and extra linen, blankets, toiletries etc.
Albert (owner) was awesome with quick responses and even guiding around the area. Our kids (12-15 yrs) also enjoyed this cozy yet big house and wished we stayed longer. The Home theater, Ping pong table were bonus.
This place is quite well located and not too far from market place and also close to Bear valley and other snow parks. Highly recommend this place for big family or group.
Thanks Al for the great hospitality.

This is a great house that easily accommodates 2 families (4 adults and 3 kids). The house is very comfortable and its location is fantastic - an easy drive to Murphys and Bear Valley. We’ll be back!

This cabin is fantastic. The kitchen is well stocked, there are bedrooms for quite a few people, a movie room and ping pong in the garage.

Even though the weather wasn’t as cooperative this weekend, we still enjoyed being inside and enjoying all the amenities, including the warmth of the woodstove.

We really enjoyed staying here. The property is well maintained, and the owners have gone out of their way to make our stay a nice one. Everything was clean and new and worked perfectly. The kitchen was really well appointed, and cooking meals here was a real pleasure. The beds were nice and everyone slept well. The property is in a great location and close to the swimming lake, the town of Arnold, and in the winter it would be easy to get in and out of. Highly recommend!

Loved this property! It was so spacious that we could either be all together or have quiet time apart. Kitchen was beautiful--clean, well appointed, nice appliances. The deck was spacious and inviting--great for morning coffee. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We had a great time on our getaway.

It was very hot and we appreciated the house's effective AC and the access it gave us to the pool and lake area, just a couple minutes drive away. Downstairs movie room was perfect for the kids and the adults loved sitting on the deck off the kitchen. Well laid out house. And we appreciated the little thoughtful things the owners left behind for our use, like hand wipes and sunscreen.

Great place, very well appointed. They’ve thought of everything. Our group of 6 was comfortable and cozy. From tv to games to ping pong to frisbee golf, kids were entertained and happy! First time checking out Bear Valley. We’ll be back!

The property was spacious and even better than pictured. We spent 2nights and loved the cabin feel yet everything was upgrades. Felt like home away from home. We had 5 adults and 4kids. They loved the bit of snow that was in the backyard and all the board games and TV room. The adults enjoyed the kitchen and living room and having coffee out on the patio.

We had an amazing time at this cabin over a stormy few days. Plenty of room for multiple families with kids and so many fun perks like popcorn machine, ping-pong, excellent wood-burning stove, games galore, AND a movie room in the basement. Plus, we had no worries about a power outage during the storm b/c the whole place is on generator backup😉. We will be back!

We have been to different cabins many times, so far, this cabin has most things you will need when you live out. We often need to run to a supermarket to buy something when we live outside, but this time, they have everything, more than what you need.
We especially enjoyed the fancy coffee maker and popcorn maker. The downstairs home theater is a nice plus, especially when the weather gets rainy and you cannot go anywhere.
We had a great time here, and Albert quickly replied to all my messages. And even days ago, before our trip to sent us some nice weather change reminder messages.
Highly recommend it!

Nice house with great layout. A family or group of friends could make this their base of operations for exploring the area. There are games and activities to keep the kids happy. The deck is lovely to sit on and drink your morning coffee (or host your barbecue!). We had a lovely time and would go back again. Would certainly recommend it.

Hospitality Plus
One of two homes selected for our annual family reunion. While I, personally, did not stay at this home, adult children and grandchildren agree the accommodations and hospitality of the place and owner’s equalled or exceeded expectations. Recommend without any reservations.

Great house!
Love the house and all the different options for sleeping! We plan to come back and stay sometime in the winter. During our stay the power went out for about 24 hours but they have an amazing generator that kicked on immediately! Communication with the owner was great as well.

We LOVE this house!
Our trip was a do-over 13th Birthday due to a Covid cancellation and it was excellent! This house held up to 4x 13 year old boys and 1x 9 year old little bro. The downstairs movie room is a total hit which gives them to privacy they crave. This house is roughly 40 minutes from Bear Valley which we did two days of snowboarding. This is a must stay as the house offers all the conveniences and more!

Wonderful stay
My family enjoyed the stay. The house was pretty clean and had plenty of supplies for us. Al & Michele were quick to response when needed. They sent helpful information before we come. The way to their home was easy to drive. Their house had lots of parking space. We stayed there another year and enjoyed wonderful snow, but this time there wasn't snow, so we enjoyed the beautiful weather on the deck. And then drove to the snow park which is 30 mins away. They had many snow sleds for us to borrow and that was a plus. Thank you Al and Michele

Beautiful, peaceful cabin in the trees.
This spotless cabin, in such a great location was great for my husband, myself and 4 teenagers. We came for a weekend of skiing in Bear Valley, went for lunch in Murphys and dinner in Arnold. All are in easy distance. The cabin was very clean, had comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen and beautiful deck surrounded by trees. Perfect place to sit in the morning sun and watch a family of deer wander by. The owners we very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to return soon.

Wonderful Home
We stayed for 3 days over MLK weekend, and it was great. The house has been recently remodeled and it is very comfortable. Great kitchen with new appliances and 4 different coffee maker types ! :), new carpet all around, super comfortable beds, everything nice and clean. The owners also provide a ton of games, TVs (including a media room), toys, books, toiletries, towels, kitchen stuff. It does not feel like a cabin, more of a home actually. The deck is fantastic (even in the Winter), good privacy. And the owners are extremely welcoming and attentive. What more can one ask for?!

Great Place + Great Location = Best Vacation
We booked this location, hoping to find snow during our stay. Fortunately, it snowed just before our arrival. But we would still enjoy our time even if it didn't snow because there were many things to do in the house.
Our host called me the day before our trip. Because of his call, the written instructions, and the arrangements he made before the trip, almost everything went smoothly. He was very friendly that I felt like going to a friend's house.
The house, kitchen items, beddings, etc., all were sparkling clean.
Because there were many things, it took us a couple of days to discover the things/activities in the house. For example, my 5-yo son loved the Atari game console; we enjoyed watching animation movies with snacks in the media room or playing board games in the living room. Also, we played outside in the snow, and kids sledded in the backyard.
The location of the house was perfect for our vacation. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but it is also close to a few restaurants, a coffee shop, and a grocery store (5-10 min). In addition, within 30 minutes drive, there are several sno-parks and state parks where we enjoyed our time with the kids.
One downside is you have to be alert all the time if you have 1-3 years old kid(s) :)
It was our best VRBO vacation, so here is my longest VRBO review. My 5-yo son liked it so much that he said, "I missed our new home" (referring to this vacation home) right after the 3-hour trip back to our home. :D

Fabulous Place for a Winter Wonderland
We have been trying to find some snow for a winter getaway for awhile. Not only did we get snow but we found a fabulous cabin that provided us warmth and many amenities to help us feel like we were at a home away from home. The owners were amazing and communicated better than any other VRBO property. Hope we can come back some day! Make sure in the winter you have four wheel drive or chains!

Very clean, private house in a court
We’ve been coming up to Arnold for 17 yrs and renting. Albert (host) was very accommodating. He was extremely friendly with us about check in, any questions before hand about the property with prompt response. The house has a lot of amenities: kitchen, laundry, TV room for kids, etc. I had a boat and it was easily stored on the street in front of the house with plenty of parking on the driveway. Only complaint was the air conditioning did not reach certain parts of the house ; the master bedroom was really hot. At night we did open the windows and let the cool breeze in so we were able to cool down a bit. Also, there is no master bathroom, had to share with the upstairs bedroom. Overall, it was a very nice house to rent.

We were a group of three families and went during the MLK long weekend. The location is near Arnold , CA and half hour drive to the Bear Valley .We arrived pretty late at night and found the house beautifully covered in snow. Did spend some time finding the key box on the post but as we got in we were greeted by a spacious , beautiful and clean interior . The living and kitchen was on the 1st floor with the kitchen boasting brand new appliances. The rooms upstairs were pretty big and well decorated. There’s a room in the basement which is turned into a home theatre room and the kids really enjoyed that. There were so many board games that the kids had a hard time to choose between them. The patio was beautifully covered in snow and had a wonderful view of the woods. It also has a gas grill which we enjoyed as well. There’s a ping pong table in the garage for those who love it.We did experience a discomfort on the first night of our stay though and that was due to some kind of power failure . It got pretty cold as the heat also stopped . We tried to contact the owner but because of no power and no wifi connection (at&t phones won’t get tower) we couldn’t . Finally we had to wait for few hours before the power came back but we were already late for our morning skiing that day. We had to do it on the next day. The owner contacted and apologized for the incident.Barring that incident our overall stay was fantastic and the kids enjoyed a lot . I would definitely recommend this house foe future travelers.

Bei’s Place is a beautiful, recently remodeled home. The owner is a great communicator and has supplied his home with wonderful comfortable beds and linens, a media room with lots of movies & comfy chairs , wonderful supplies in the kitchen & bathrooms. Everywhere there are signs from the owner welcoming us, great instructions, encouraging us to feel free to use the water & snow toys, the kitchen cabinets were full of items ( popcorn, tea etc) & the signs indicated we were welcome to use these items in the well stocked pantry. Of all the VRBOs I’ve tented, this owner has gone far out of his way to accommodate & welcome guests. Thank you Al & Michelle

Its a beautiful home with everything that you would need for your stay. Kitchen is stocked up with everything. There are a lot of board games and the game room in basement is exceptional. Great family house
We had a great time. The house is really well suited for a large family. Plenty of places to sleep. It is a really clean and well decorated home. We were able to do a lot of things that were all within 10-20 minutes from the property including enjoying the snow! We highly recommend this awesome home. The owners are also very warm and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! Even the heat was on before we arrived.

Great time playing in the snow!!!
We had a great stay at Al & Michele place. They are very nice, caring, and flexible. Since the place was available, it was very kind of them to let us in early. They communicated as quick as the could in responding to our questions.
Their house was nice and clean. There was 1 bed room and bath room on the first floor which was helful for my parents who couldn't walk up and down too much. All beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had enough things to cook basic meal.
We were lucky: there was a lot of snow for the kids to play right in the back yard. We brought our own sleds but having extra and different kind of sleds was a very nice bonus for the kids.
The neighbors are very friendly too.
In short, our family had lots of fun. We highly recommend Al and Michele place to others.
This is my first time in Arnold. While the drive to Arnold wasn't as beautiful as the drive to Tahoe, it was much safer and shorter drive for us coming from SJ. So I would definitely come back.

Great house for families!
We were two families with five kids ranging from 18 months - 6 years, and the house was great. Lots of flexible sleeping arrangements (at that age the kids weren't always willing to sleep by themselves the whole night), and space for everyone to roam. There were games and toys for the various ages too! We all had a wonderful time!

Amazing mountain getaway!
We spent a weekend at this fantastic home in February 2018. We were two families - 4 parents and 5 kids. There was plenty of space, super comfy beds, SO MANY games. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. The owners let us arrive early on check-in day and were super helpful throughout the process. We will be back!!

Clean, nicely decorated, fun
We stayed during the first week of January. Since there was no snow, we spent a lot of time hanging out at the home, playing games, watching movies etc. The house is thoughtfully arranges and was perfect for the allergy sufferers in our crew. It was also very quiet upstairs, for those that want to retire to bed early while others (like teenagers) continue to stay up. There was a note and some drinks waiting for us when we arrived. You can tell the owners enjoy their place and want you to enjoy your stay too!

Even Better Than Expected
