We've been coming to PCB forever. Like, FOREVER. And have stayed at nearly every condo between St Andrew's Pier and Carillon Beach. In the past, pretty much any old place would do. But now that we have small children, we have a whole laundry list of preferences/requirements: First floor unit; easy beach access; easy pool access (but not so easy that a determined toddler can make his way in unannounced); washer/dryer in unit; a family-friendly, non-Spring-Breakish atmosphere; super-extra-ultra-mega-clean; and generally a place where we can settle in feel at home.
Flip Flops on the Moon was that, and more. The owners were so nice and accommodating. The unit was tastefully decorated -- which is astonishingly rare in beach condos, for some reason. (No hideous floor-to-ceiling-wall-to-wall mirrors that force you to admire/criticize yourself at all times; thank you for that!) Kitchen was especially lovely. The entire space was well appointed, and not overrun with knick-knacks that would require frantic babyproofing. What else? Convenient baskets for (what else?) flip flops minimized sand getting into everything. There were TONS of great beach toys for the kids, as well as books and videos.
Flip Flops on the Moon was immaculate. I was 100% comfortable letting my little ones crawl around, and I never once got the germy heebie-jeebies. (Fellow germophobes, you all know what I'm talking about.)
But the best part? Such close proximity to the beach, and the beach chairs. When you have little kids, theres a lot of frequent schlepping to and from, with lots of stuff. In the past, this was always a sweaty chore that usually meant negotiating lots of steep stairs while balancing beach bags and babies. But at FFotM, it was a breeze! Step off the patio and take an easy stroll down the boardwalk. There you are! We loved being so close to St. Andrews State Park, and -- in the other direction -- our favorite beachside restaurant, Schooners.
To sum up, we have found our beach home in Flip Flops on the Moon. I intend for my family to return as often as possible, and to continue making wonderful memories here. Thank you so much to the owners and managers for their generous hospitality!

Loved everything about this condo - fully stocked kitchen, cute design in all of the rooms and bathrooms, and super easy checkin / checkout. Access to the pool and beach from the condo is effortless, truly meaning youāre just steps away from soaking up the sun!

This is a very clean and well kept condo with all kinds of supplies in the kitchen. They were more than enough towels and linens for an extremely comfortable visit. Carrie is very accessible and very welcoming and that is greatly appreciated. When you haven't been here before. We would like to return next year and I'm hoping we will be able to. Definitely recommend this condo. It's location is wonderful. Also, especially you're traveling the children or grandchildren as we did.

This is the best location in the Panama City Beach area. Itās quiet, relaxing & easily accessible to St. Andrewās State Park! You only have a few short steps to the pool & beach! Everything is very clean. Itās just a short drive to the more congested areas for additional fun!

We loved our stay in this condo. We have been to Moonspinners several times & this was our favorite Condo! It was clean & decorated nicely. They provided reserved chairs on the beach along with extra beach chairs & a cooler at the condo. Lots of space in kitchen for our food, etc. They had everything we needed for cooking including a Keurig. The owner, Kerry, was very responsive & just a ray of sunshine!! I would definitely recommend staying in this condo!!

Everything was great- we have stayed at this property many times but never in this particular condo- it was clean and the location is always wonderful. Quiet and less crowded. Plenty of extras for starting out- will definitely stay again as we are in PCB several times a year and this is by far my best experience!

The owner and the complex were both extremely polite and nice. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and helpful in any waypossible. If you're looking for a ground floor Panama City beach condo I would recommend this condo to anyone. it is right directly outside of the pool and the beach access. The room was very nice, clean well put together.

What a great location! Check in a so easy - even got a text saying the condo was ready early. Walk out the sliding door and steps away is the pool and then the ocean. Place was clean and had everything needed for a nice relaxing vacation.

Great vacation!
Overall a great vacation!! I rented the condo for family members and can only review from their comments....The cleanliness could have been better but it was mostly just the floors, it has a well-stocked kitchen and lots of beach toys! Furniture was comfy but they did have to fight with the couch covers constantly but completely understandable why they are used. It's nice to have easy access in and out of the condo (especially with little ones) being on the ground floor and in front of the pool where we spent alot of our time! Owner was wonderful to work with and will definitely rent again!

Girls Trip!
Two of my best friends and I took a girls trip and ran away to the beach. It was an amazing week! We loved being on the ground floor and walking directly out to the pool area and the beach just steps way. Sunsets were incredible and we Loved being on the quieter end of PCB. We already booked our 2nd annual Girls Trip for 2022 at this same place. Do it!! You will love it and the owners are precious as I was able to meet them in person. We will be back!

We had a great trip in this condo. Owner was great to work with, answering all questions we had and giving suggestions of restaurants nearby. Christmas vacation
My husband and I enjoyed staying in the condo for our Christmas vacation. It was so nice to be able to be steps away from the pool and the beach. Communicating with the owner was seamless. The king bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this condo to others!

Awesome condo, awesome owners!
We love Flip Flops on the Moon and the owners are awesome! The condo is very well equipped, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated! The sunsets over the beautiful view of the Gulf are amazing!! It's so convenient to walk out the slider and have the heated pool and hot tub just steps away from the patio! We love being next to the State Park, and it's not unusual to see deer walking across the dune grass in front of the condo in the evening! The beach is beautiful, and the walk to the jetty is particularly peaceful because it lacks commercial and residential structures ...along the shores of the State Park. The condo is also conveniently located to nice restaurants, shopping, and fun things to do. We enjoy cruising the Farmer's Market every Saturday! We've already booked again for next year and are looking forward to our stay!

Flip Flops on the Moon... in Paradise
Our week at Flip Flops on the Moon was awesome. The condo was spacious, comfortable and in the perfect location. The pool and beach was right outside our door. The beach chairs and umbrella setup was so nice. Very family oriented resort. The condo had everything you would want or need for a week at the beach. Sunsets were beautiful right from the patio. The owner, Susan, provided information for area attractions and restaurants. We found Panama Pizzeria to be our favorite for pizza, sandwiches, and other Italian dishes. We also enjoyed Sharkey's, Margaritaville, Whataburger, and other local restaurants. Susan was very accommodating and hospitable. Great location where you can bypass the busy traffic during high season and special events. I highly recommend this beautiful condo. We would definitely stay here again when in Panama City Beach. Wonderful!!!
My husband and I love visiting the Florida Panhandle with our 3 boys. This past March was our first time to stay in PCB for Spring Break. From the very beginning of our search, we knew we wanted to be close to St. Andrews State Park, as we have spent time there before and enjoyed it. With Moonspinner being the closest condo to the State Park, we started looking at the available condos to fit our needs.
Flip Flops on the Moon is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo in the middle of the property on the first floor by the pool. It's updated and had all of the amenities we were seeking. Sharon was very responsive and so helpful with any and all questions that we had. Once we were booked, she kept us up to date on things that were going to be happening in PCB during our visit and had many ideas of ways we could entertain ourselves aside from the beach.
This was by far one of our favorite properties we have ever stayed in.
We really enjoyed the close proximity to the pier and the jetties, which I made a habit of walking to each and every morning. It was also nice to be able to walk to one of our new favorite restaurants, Patches. They have DELICIOUS hamburgers, cold beer and a nice patio. We were also a short drive to Dat Cajun Place, which we visited several times during our week long stay. We rented a pontoon one day at the State Park to take over to Shell Island. Not too far away is Pier Park, where we played games at Dave & Buster's and watched a movie one night. So many things to do and places to eat and not enought time.
We would really love to plan another visit to Flip Flops on the Moon, very soon! It felt like home and we miss it!

Lovely Condo!!
We loved our stay in the Flip Flops on the moon condo. To begin with we got a text letting us know that the condo was ready around 1:00!! We were so excited to get to check in early! The condo is even more beautiful in person. It has a very warm welcoming feel, with a lovely view. It is decorated beautifully, just the way a beach condo should be!! The kitchen is stocked very well , with a lot of things you would have in your own kitchen. There was also a hair dryer in the master bath so no need to pack one. You are very close to the pool area, but no noise at all!! the sliding door is almost soundproof!! The bed in the master is very comfortable, the beds in the front bedroom were a little on the firm side, or they were for my adult children. It was so nice to park so close to the condo, and to go right out the sliding door and be on the beach in a couple of minutes. I love the area the condo is located in. It is not crowded and very quite. We saw dolphins., and two deer right outside the complex one night, and one near the state park on the dunes one morning. To sum things up, Sharon was so helpful with everything, Thank you so much!! I hope we get a chance to stay here in her condo again, We had a wonderful time!! I definitely recommend this condo to anyone you will love it here!!

Best family vacation spot in PCB
We absolutely love staying in this condo! This was our 4th year in a row and we have already booked for next year. The condo is clean, well stocked and convenient. Our children love the accessibility to the pool and to St Andrews park. By far, our favorite vacation spot. We canāt wait until next year
