Relax in our beautifully decorated Seychelles Resort beach condo on the quiet east end of the beach. New living room furniture and appliances. We have FREE beach chairs for your use with two padded chairs and an umbrella. Available March 1 to Oct 31. They would cost you over $50.00 per day. We have breathtaking views from the 11th floor private balcony of the Emerald Coast. Take in the crystal clear turquoise water and pristine white sand. The sunsets are beautiful and unforgettable.

Our premier rated condo is designed with beach resort relaxation in mind. The master bedroom with en-suite, has a king bed, a lot of storage and a TV. Additional sleeping accommodations include bunk beds and a new queen sleeper sofa. The unit includes two full bathrooms with hand held showers.
The large Living Room overlooks the beach with a full wall of windows and has plenty of seating with a queen size sleeper sofa, love seat and a comfortable chair for reading. There is a large TV with Driect TV streaming and a DVD player so you can enjoy your favorite shows or movies.
Eat out next door at Schooners or any of the other excellent resturaunts near by or eat in using the fully equipped kitchen. Sit at the dining room table or just sit at the breakfast bar.

Seychelles features everything you could want on vacation. There are two pools, one heated, and a hot tub. You are right on the beach and have plenty of lounge chairs around pools for sunning. It also has a state-of-the-art fitness center. Both parking and the building are secured with coded entry. Our unit is also personally coded for you so there are no keys to carry around.

Panama City Beach has all your favorite restaurants, shops and entertainment. Pier Park is just a short ride away while Ripley's Believe It or Not and other activities are close by. You can walk to St. Andrews State Park for amazing shells or stop next door at Schooner's for casual food, drink and dancing on the sand. Charter a fishing boat from the marina just a mile away and yes, there are many places to play golf, mini golf and race go-karts.
Right on the beach in front of you, you will find jet ski rentals, banana boat rides and para-sailing available for your enjoyment.

Enjoy your relaxing time here surrounded by sugar white sand beaches, lush tropical landscaping and the areas best shopping, dining and night life.

This was my wife and I first trip to PCB but we will likely end up coming again in the future with some family. If we do we hope to book this same condo. The kitchen was big enough for upgraded appliances, decent sitting area with separate dining room table. Coffee maker and kcup available. The room had plenty of space to be comfortable and then some. The view was awesome and so peaceful from the balcony and balcony had extra seating.The owners were super responsive, even helping me figure out how to track down a misplaced pair of sunglasses. Entire stay top to bottom 10/10.

We came down a few weeks ago and this was our first time staying with Karen & Dave. The check-in process was super simple, their house instructions were there for us to view. They had also left several coupons for us to use. Day 2 Karen had called me directly to check on our stay and also to tell us about St Andrews for red flag days. These owners are super attenitive and we will definitely be staying next year.

We enjoyed our stay at Sychelles. It is a good location for everything we wanted to do this weekend. Condo was clean and owners were easy to get in touch with. Super friendly and provided all the info we needed to check in and out. Will definitely stay there again if it is available.

Everything was perfect. The unit was clean and exactly as described. Check in was at 4 and on the day of they told me it would be ready by 1 and then said it was ready at 11:30! I can’t wait to stay with them again soon! Seychelles is awesome and a great place to stay to avoid the traffic on the west end of the beach.

We loved this property! The location is perfect for those that are not into the typical "touristy" stuff that PCB has to offer. Lots of good food options and things to do in the area without the crowds and traffic. The condo was great! Very clean and comfortable for our family of five. Karen was very friendly and communicated well with me in the days leading up to the trip. The only issue was it was not shared with us that there was tornando damage around the building which including the steps that allowed for direct beach access. While using the public access was not a huge issue, it would have been nice to know before booking. That being said, it looked as though the reconstruction of the steps was near completion when we were leaving. All in all, this was a great trip and we will be booking this condo again if and when we return to PCB.

Property was exceptionally clean, cool and comfortable. We will absolutely look to rent again. Bed was comfortable, kitchen well stocked with necessities i.e. pots, bowls, plates, etc. Karen kept in touch and made sure we had everything we needed- great communication!! Highly recommend this condo and the owners!

Unit is well kept. Fabulous location. Dave and Karen texted on our check-in date with clear instructions and highly responsive. Furniture is comfortable and our stay was perfect. This was our first time at Seychelles and you can't go wrong with this unit and owners. We will be back.

The owners are great and made everything very easy. Check in and out was effortless. The condo was very clean and the water pressure was good. The only small hiccup was with the beach chairs on the first day but it worked out. It was a new employee that gave our chairs to someone else. We did get chairs and on the second day the attendee set us up for the rest of our stay. It may be seasonal but we saw Dolphins swim by the beach every day and the sunset cruise we took was just awesome. We saw probably 50 Dolphins on that two hour cruise and the crew was great. We have been on 7 beach vacations so far and I would put this condo at the top of them all.

Location was amazing! Easy access to parking, condo, pools, beach & beach chairs. Condo had everything we needed, was exceptionally clean & Karen was an amazing host!! Condo is right next door to Schnooers! One of our favorite restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect! The unit is beautifully decorated, very spacious and very clean. The check-in process is so easy, and we even got a text from Karen that we could check in a couple hours sooner since the cleaning company had finished early. This unit also included beach loungers, and that saves you some $$$. We have vacationed at Seychelles for the last 10 years in different units, and this one is truly the best!

This property was perfect for our family of 6! Very clean,, had an amazing view, sand toys for the kids,, and even a snack basket when we arrived! Karen stayed in contact with us the week prior, including providing tips for our stay, places to see and eat! She also checked in day or arrival and mid week just to make sure we didn't have any concerns. 10/10 will definitely book again!

The eleventh floor condo fit our needs of five very well. The dehumidifier was and added plus. Both Karen and Dave provided valuable information and responded to our questions in a timely manner. Thank you for allowing us to spend the week in your condo to rejoin with our oldest daughter and granddaughter from Colorado. We don’t get to see them very often.

Lovely condo, helpful communication with owners. Two bonus details: good water pressure in the showers (not always the case and great for after beach showers). And the coffee maker in the condo can not make a bad pot of coffee! Lovely for morning coffee on beach. Highly recommend this condo.

We've been coming to Seychelles since 2006, and have stayed in dozens of various condos on the property, 1108 was the cleanest and best one yet! Karen was a pleasure to text with and most helpful with all info needed. And even checked in on how we were mid-week. We cannot recommend this specific condo enough! BOOK IT! We love this area of PCB. It is much quieter than other areas. This property is in a perfect location. Condo was a nice size and very clean. Would definitely stay here again. My only minor complaint was you could at times wait a bit for elevators, but that is probably to be expected with complexes of this size.

The owners kept a clear line of communication from the time I made the reservation all the way through my check out. The condo was beautiful, pictures don't do it justice. Thoughtfully they left a snack basket as well as beach toys for the kids. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Should we return to PCB in the future we plan to stay here again. This unit is perfect! Very clean and well kept. The owners went the extra mile even leaving snacks and a birthday card for my companion as I mentioned we were celebrating! They checked on us but were not intrusive at all. The resort itself is beautiful and well located. The beach is pristine and the chairs provided were perfect for a day by the ocean! We have already booked another stay!

Great location !

We had a wonderful one month stay here for our first time at “snow birding”. The complex was excellent, elevators for the most part were excellent just a couple hiccups over the month. Liked having two pools with one being heated especially this time of year. The beach chair service included with this unit is fantastic and in our opinion a must. The unit itself was exactly as pictured. Beautiful decor, really comfy king bed and adequately supplied. Karen was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and quick to respond.
