Seychelles is conveniently located within walking distance of St. Andrews State Park and only moments from the Marina, where you can enjoy excursions to Shell Island. This one king master bedroom, Queen Sleeper and bunks with two full-baths condo with nine-foot ceilings is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home. Hardwood floors, Custom decorated and inviting, this AWESOME Condo on the 5th floor has an open floor plan, incredible ocean views, and a large private balcony. And, inside you’ll find that we spared no expense to make your stay relaxing and convenient.

Comfortable accommodations for up to six guests. Ideal for families, couples, and girls' trips. For your convenience, a washer and dryer is inside the condo for your personal use throughout the duration of your stay.

Seychelles Beach Resort provides guests a fully-equipped fitness center free of charge to our guests, two beach-side pools (one heated) and hot tub, high-speed elevators, covered and secure parking and conference rooms for large gatherings and events. This beachfront resort is within steps of the beautiful white-sand beaches and the clear emerald waters of Panama City Beach.

The Seychelles Resort is situated on the quiet east end of Panama City Beach, with endless beach activities from snorkeling to sailing, surfing, and para-sailing. Jet-ski rental and tow-able water sports available right at the Seychelles Beach. Also, we are within walking distance to area restaurants with the ever-popular Schooner's right at our doorstep. Or, take a stroll and walk to the beautiful St. Andrews State Park. The Seychelles Resort is just a short drive from the new International Airport, area Marinas, retail shops, convention center, churches, museums, amusement parks and several golf courses. Be sure to visit the pedestrian-friendly Pier Park Center, a beautiful outdoor shopping and dining experience with hundreds of shops and restaurants.

FREE BEACH SERVICE ( March to October ) Our beautiful beach front condo includes free beach service from March until the end of October. Enjoy two complimentary padded wooden beach chairs and large umbrella. These chairs typically rent for $30+ per day, but are included when you stay with us! They are reserved exclusively for your use during your entire stay. Most Seychelles VRBO listings do not include complimentary beach service.

Overall, this was one of the nicer condos that I've stayed at. The inclusion of the beach chairs and umbrella rental is a huge plus. The bed is a little on the firm side for me. But this is a personal preference. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The location on the 5th floor is perfect resulting in very little wait time on the elevators. The unit is wonderfully decorated and very clean and updated. But best of all, the Owner was incredibly responsive and helpful and intent on making our stay the best it could be. Highly recommend this condo and this Owner. We will 100% be back!

What a delightful “home” away from home! Beautifully maintained with all the amenities we needed to enjoy our week at the beach, including two beach chair setups with umbrella next to the ocean. Located directly on the beach where we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Very short distance to St. Andrews State Park. shopping, and great seafood!

The unit was very clean, well decorated! The added benefits such as beach service, 5th floor, additional outlet plugs, Direct TV all made the stay that much more enjoyable. Keish was excellent to deal with! Thank you!

Had a great spring break. One disappointing thing was the boardwalk was closed that takes you from the pool to the ocean. There were people working on it all week so I’m sure it will be fixed soon. Until than you have to walk around schooners to get to the ocean. It’s still super close. We loved the sunsets off the balcony. Definitely a wonderful location away from the very busy area of Panama City beach. I would stay here again.

Booked this unit for a short stay with my daughter for spring break. I was VERY surprised when we walked in and saw the unit had been renovated! For a one bedroom, the unit was very spacious, and the views from the balcony were amazing. The VERY short walk to the beach chairs was one of my favorite parts as were the very fast elevators. Having Schooners right next door was perfect as we didn't have to leave the condo to eat out! Working with Kiesh was absolutely amazing! He was very responsive to texts and calls. He really wanted to make sure we had an wonderful trip. I 100% recommend booking his condo. We will definitely be back!

My family visited over a long weekend during the kids’ Spring Break. We had everything we needed to enjoy the beach, swim at the heated pool when the weather changed, cook meals when we felt like it, and close by restaurants when we didn’t, and comfortably sleep all four of us. The owner was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this property.

5th floor is super convenient to beach and parking! Room was clean and everything worked as it should. Property owner was super nice and responsive to any questions. Check in and out is a breeze and I love not having to carry a key. Would stay again!! :)

This condo was amazing! It had everything we needed. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and it was perfect fit for us. The boys loved the bunk beds and the master bed was very comfortable. We truly had a wonderful time.

The condo was so clean and it was very nice, it had everything you would need( shampoo and conditioner, blow dryer, etc. I enjoyed staying there for 14 days and Kash was very helpful too, he gave me all the information I needed to get into the parking garage and the room. I will be going back to stay there in the near future!

I’m 76 years old- been trying to get to Florida since September. I broke my leg & had to go with a walker. The condo was perfect for me. Thanks for having the foot stool - I could not have been able to get on bed with out it!! My entire family was there for Christmas. I hope to get to go again- great condo.

Enjoyed cleanliness of room, bunk beds with TV for bottom bed, which is nice if you are planning on bringing children. Next door to Schooners and just minutes from several other of our favorite places to eat! Manager/owner was very friendly and helpful with check in process and we checked in late. Will stay again.

The manager of the property was awesome to work with. If I needed anything, he tried to accommodate. They were pressure washing the building when we were checking in, so we were getting wet while checking in, not the property manager's fault, though. I would definitely stay here again!
