Your tropical tranquil oceanfront vacation home is just feet from the Caribbean waters, and far away from the maddening crowds and the bustle of tourist-saturated areas of the world. While you sunbathe you can enjoy the ocean breeze and be mesmerized by the turquoise Caribbean waters and sapphire surf only feet from your door.
Cayman Brac is a sister island to the highly developed island of Grand Cayman and has managed to remain unspoiled, making it the perfect antidote to the over-programmed resort vacation. Explore the island’s many hidden treasures while relaxing in your own private retreat. Whether rock-climbing, caving, shelling, diving, fishing, snorkeling, bird watching, hiking, walking the shore line or simply relaxing is what you desire, you will have a vacation to remember. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the laid-back island pace in a thoroughly modern and comfortable house that will immediately become your home.
Listen to the never-ending rhythm of the gentle rolling waves and feel the cooling breezes as you enjoy the warm sunshine and stunning sunsets any time of the year. There is plenty of privacy and you'll enjoy the small yellow songbirds and the island's native brown booby and frigate birds that seem to enjoy the lush, tropical surroundings. The visibility in the water is incredible and the coral reefs endless. The low temperature of the water in mid winter is 78F so you can swim all year long. We call Cayman Brac 'detox from life'. The most difficult part of your vacation will be packing your sandals and leaving this absolute tropical paradise and the fine comfortable accommodations of the house.
This oceanfront beach property overlooks the Caribbean and Little Cayman and has access to some of the best diving and snorkeling in the world. Rebuilt and remodeled in the fall and winter of 2009, its 850 square feet offers hardwood floors, all new fixtures, furnishings, and appliances as well as a full kitchen and living room with a large flatscreen television with RGB and HDMI connections, iPod docks, and high speed wireless internet. This unit is equipped with all the amenities one would expect from a finer home.
Stretch out twenty feet from the water on a lounger or hammock in the 360 square foot beach cabana with thatched roof. BYOB.
Swimmers, snorkelers, and scuba divers can take advantage of the outside shower, freshwater rise tank, and dive equipment drying rack.
If you’re vacationing with friends but still want your privacy these units are perfect because you'll be close when you want and still have the privacy when you desire it.
Stores are closed on Sunday. If your arrival is after 6:30 pm on Saturday or on Sunday we'll do your grocery shopping for you - just send us a list, there is no charge for our time.
For your convenience I have also arranged a special deal with a local car rental agency for those who might desire it. For those who will be renting for seven days you will get your seventh day free. Additionally, if you pay with traveler’s checks or cash you will receive a 5% discount.
Bicycles for pleasure use (not as primary transportation) come with the property rental. You can also use the kayaks, snorkeling gear ($50/week) and more.
Outside ring cameras are used for your security on the street side facing the street capturing video of activity such as cars entering the property. There are no cameras inside or outside. The cameras light up (a turning light ring) so you can see easily see where they are located.
There is a full fitness room just minutes away. Inexpensive maid service may be available.

This is the second time we stayed at Secluded Sunsets. We love the property and the house as it is perfect for our needs. It is well equipped and maintained in addition to being in the perfect location on the Island. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!

We had an awesome vacation and highly recommend this property. We rented the upper floor and the view from the deck was incredible, with palm trees, white sand and a myriad of blues in the ocean waters. The sunsets were spectacular and stars were bright with little light pollution. The snorkeling right off the beach was amazing. The water was so clear that it felt like we were swimming in an aquarium. The fish were colorful and plentiful. The food on the island was delicious and we especially liked the Captain's Table. We had fun visiting the caves and sighting the endangered Brown Bobies and endangered Brac Parrot. We went in February and the weather was absolutely perfect! The home was super comfortable and clean. It was stocked with everything you could want. Henry and Sasha were super helpful with everything, even air and car reservations! The property was incredible. It had an 80 degree crystal clear pool, 2 tandem kayaks, life vests and fins in all different sizes. Our neighbors took the kayaks out to the wreck off our beach and said the water was so clear you could see the 60 feet down to the Russian warship. We enjoyed relaxing in the two person hammocks under the tiki hut. It was an incredible place to relax, unwind and enjoy. We hope we have the opportunity to return to this home--it is truly a slice of paradise!

Exceeded expectations
Advertised well, and this was better than advertised. Only issue is the beach is not sandy at the waters edge, but rocky. Other than that everything was wonderful. Sasha and Henry were perfect hosts.

Paradise
Secluded Sunset is a perfect name for this property. It was everything we expected plus more. Our "island girl" Sasha was amazing. She cooked us a fabulous dinner and always made sure see had everything we needed. Ten stars for this vacation

Just what we were looking for—wonderful!
We wanted warm, tranquil, and by the sea. Several folks suggested the Cayman Islands, and specifically Cayman Brac.
Secluded Sunsets was a delight. Henry's planning notes were a comfort in advance, and useful in practice. Our 2nd-floor apartment had a great deck, right by the ocean waves, and was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and tranquil. The little swimming pool was a treat, both for lounging by, and for exercising a sprained ankle. Ocean waves—wonderful!
Sasha, the caretaker, is a treasure. From first meeting us at the airport and guiding us on the short drive to the apartment, through short daily encounters, to fabulous cooked dinners. Definitely ask her to cook you some dinners! Conch fritters, jerk chicken, and maybe best of all, fresh, fresh Grouper; with nicely-seasoned side dishes.
The site was also a wonderful base camp for several expeditions, including snorkeling a short drive away, drives and walks along the North and South shores, and a trip to the lighthouse and Boobies and the Parrot Preserve. We also took an excellent free tour with staff from the Nature Tourism Department. They will give you a custom/personalized tour anywhere and everywhere on the Island—anything—heritage sites, nature trails, conch diving, even the island power plant —and our guide was friendly and highly knowledgable. Brochures are in the apartment. Google naturecayman.
We want to come back!
Quick reminder to Henry and Sasha to update the binders in the apartments—restaurant menus, brochures, etc.

Beautiful Spot – Quiet and Friendly Island
We had an amazing stay! The information sent before we came from Henry was excellent and picking up our car at the airport was seamless.
The house was great- lots of room and great view of the ocean, and the pool, from the large deck. Bring your water shoes or dive boots (warn with open back fins) with you for water entry.
We dove from shore and with Brac Scuba Shack and had a marvelous experience. People on the island are amazingly friendly. The house was great to come ‘home’ to and the beach area was great to watch sunsets from.
We used the bicycles and toured around a bit. We also had a car and hiked the trail by the light house a couple of times. We had come from 10 days on Grand Cayman. We so enjoyed the friendly, quiet island and the amazing house that had everything we needed.
We wanted to try the paddle boards but waited too long and the sea got a bit rough to try…..next time!
We used the grill outside for one evening and cooked on the GAS range the other nights- except for our first nigh we went to Barry’s Jerk Chicken and it was great. We brought some food with us from Grand Cayman and wanted to use it.
We plan to flip our trip next time and spend 10 days on Brac and 7 on Grand Cayman!!
Thanks to Henry and Sasha!

Great house, beautiful view and very relaxing
The house is great...very spacious and comfortable. We stayed in the upstairs unit. It has 2 queen beds in the bedroom separated by a curtain, so technically 4 people could stay in one room if you don't need privacy, but for 2 people, the house was perfect. We really enjoyed the pool. Took the kayak out one day when it was calm. Loved the hamocks and the sunsets. My only complaint is that the shoreline is very rocky and full of coral and urchins. It was very difficult to get in and out of the water to go snorkeling right by the house. Water shoes are a must and then you have to try to put on your fins with the small waves and currents knocking you into the coral. If you're not a diver there isn't a whole lot to do on Cayman Brac. Getting in and out of the water for snorkelers is probably easier on Grand Cayman. Next trip we will probably divide our time between the 2 islands. The only reason I gave the house 4 stars is because lounge chairs (both the wooden ones and the plastic ones) are in great disrepair. We didn't try the bicycles so I can't comment on those. Sasha made us dinner one night and it was delicious...highly recommend! I would recommend getting a car which we did just for the convenience of getting groceries and finding good restaurants. Recommend Barry's jerk chicken, Barracuda's Bar for pizza and the Captains Table for Tuesday Taco night. It was a beautiful place to spend 9 days!

The sunsets are gorgeous! Loved sitting on the upper deck! Nice spacious rooms. Everything you need for a great vacation!

Great location and hospitality.
I would highly recommend this property for divers or non-divers alike. It has spacious open concept kitchen/family room with awesome deck overlooking Caribbean Sea. Close to diving, restaurants and airport. Great setup on beach with multiple hammocks under tiki hut. Also has heated pool. The owner (Henry) was very hospitable and allows guests to use certain facilities at his house, eg, paddle boards. Only disappointment (not related to property) is that there seems to be a lack of fresh fish on the island (apparently fishermen don’t go out when surf is rough). Otherwise, this is perfect vacation spot.

It felt like our home
If we lived here it would be in a home like this one. We loved the deck, location and how the property is set up. There is a good set of pots and non-stick pans, even a wok! Tons of towels and a washer/drier. For only the second time ever, I packed too much! The a/c is great. The bed is comfy. Everything is close by. It was fun to plane spot... you can see the tails over the trees. The only down was the wind. But that is not the fault of the owner! He's really nice and easy to work with as is the staff he has working with him. 2 weeks went by really fast.

relaxing on the brac
Henry's place is great. It is close to the few restaurants on the island and near the dive shop, cayman brac scuba shack. The beach in front of the place is super quiet and the reef is great. Many of our dives were right in front of the house. Cant wait to go back!

Best vacation spot to get away from it all.
We were looking for a quiet place to get away from it all...and Secluded Sunsets met all of our expectations and more. We booked the upstairs and loved the deck and the apartment had all the amenities we needed. We used the pool a lot - on days when the water was rough, or just to relax. This was a really nice bonus of this rental. We loved that there were kayaks to use, however we did find access to the water from the apartment tricky as it was rocky. Good water shoes are a must, for here and the rest of the island, especially if you plan to snorkel. The snorkeling was great, but finding the entry points are not well documented. Hit the tourism office as son as you come or read the green binder in the cottage for some of the more popular shore/snorkel sites - there is a 2 page sheet with directions to find the sites. The snorkeling was amazing. We saw turtles, sting rays, squid, a reef shark, tarpons and tons of juvenile fish. The food on the island is amazing (Pat's restaurant was our favorite for local fare), and everyone was friendly. I also recommend emailing the following to get a free tour of the island, the caves, etc. for free. Keeno and Philip did our cave trip and added on many bonuses like seeing the Brac parrots, seeing the bluff and picking fresh papaya from the trees.
Sasha was the best. She took care of every request and question we had. She took care of my request for a special surprise romantic valentine's dinner. Her cooking is superb and meets or is better than the restaurants here on the island. She made us conch fritters (the best on the island), conch ceviche, grilled whole lobster with baked potato with cheese and veggies. For dessert she made strawberry cheesecake for which I hope to get the recipe for :) . She picked us up at the airport with our rental car, later than intended after missing our connecting flight and on her birthday. I cant say enough great things about Sasha and her tireless energy helping guests like us and keeping the property maintained and everything running smoothly. We also loved the offering that Sasha arranges of a free sunset cruise on Tuesday evenings. It was a beautiful trip.
2 weeks was not nearly enough. I cant wait to come back to the Brac!!!

Beautiful Spot, Henry is a Great Host and Sasha prepares the best food on the island.
This location is amazing. Star gazing at night is wonderful. Henry took care of all of our needs.
We had Sasha prepare 3 meals for us, first time we had jerk chicken with beans and rice it was very good, the second time she prepared conch fritters and shrimp skewers on the grill and they were truly awesome, the third night she made grouper and lobster tails on the grill....mmmmm scrumptious!!!! These meals were the best meals we had on the island.
Thanks to Henry and Sasha for a wonderful time.

Andersons Anniversary
We were looking for something off the mainstream but with all the right accommodations – and we found the perfect place - Secluded Sunsets at Cayman Brac. The perfect paradise and the most excellent host & care taker – Henry and Sasha. They turned a great stay into perfection with warm Island hospitality, great attention to detail, all the necessary provisions and a personal touch. My wife and I enjoyed everything about the Brac – the sites, the food, the snorkeling, the sea life, fishing and most of all the friendly people. When we come back to the Brac, we will be prepared to enjoy the diving too!

No need to go elsewhere
After years staying on the north shore of Grand Cayman, we thought we'd give Brac a try. We'll never go back to Grand Cayman and we'll always try to stay at Henry's place! Tips: we only used the Scuba Shack - wonderful people and very helpful. Spent 4 of our 5 dives from the shore. Amazing! As for snorkeling, we'd enter the water at the Tibbits wreck site and snorkel back to the house (about an hour). It was like swimming in an aquarium...beautiful. Star Island and Captains Table were great restaurants. The local grocery store is well stocked. Get a massage on the beach right under the cabana and sit and talk to Cliff if he drops by with his caymanite jewelry. Regarding the rental house - very clean, everything you need is there...don't waste your vacation on anywhere else! We'll be back!

Apartment on Cayman Brac
Our apartment was clean and had all the kitchen amenities needed for us to cook for ourselves. The view from the apartment was lovely. Having the deck to sit on was really nice. So we recommend this second floor apartment.
The bedroom was large, the sitting area was roomy and comfortable. The TV was not connected to cable so was not usable for watching TV except for DVDs. However, we did not miss the TV at all, enjoying snorkeling, reading and relaxing. It is a good place for snorkelers and divers. There are several snorkeling sites on the island. Snorkeling in front of the apartment was difficult due to the rocky entrance.

Couldn't Ask For Anything Better
From being greeted at the airport by Sasha to our New Years Eve Dinner with owner Henry and his lovely Claire this was the perfect X-mas vacation.
The house was as described, an oasis, our neighbors became friends and we hated to leave.
Everything was perfect, from the price to the accommodations.

Truly unbelievable experience.
Countless thanks to Henry, Sasha, and Perry for providing (as many other guests have called) a home away from home on our first visit to Cayman Brac.
Not only is Henry the most thoroughly informative host (his detailed emails will teach you everything you need to know before you even get on the plane), he and his team really have thought of everything. From the bedroom and kitchen to the gear shed, every amenity we could have possibly needed was there and ready for us, and any issues were promptly addressed.
Why stay at a hotel when you can have a home? For your paradise vacation in Cayman Brac, look no further than Henry's rentals. After driving around the whole island, I have little doubt that they really are the best place to stay in Cayman Brac!

AWSOME!
Just wanted to say "THANK YOU", Henry and Sasha for a great place to stay our first time on Cayman Brac.
It was the perfect "home away from home". We had all the same comforts as if we were in our own home in FL, except the diving was AMAZING! The island is not as rustic as some lead you to believe. They have a few grocery stores (cost is almost double, but that is to be expected, since everything is brought over by boat). We vac-packed some staples (steaks, chicken, lunch meat, cheese, etc.) planned it almost perfectly, didn't want to go any where after a day of diving, so we didn't... Grilled steaks and the fully equipped kitchen was great. There is internet, but no cable TV... not that that was a big deal, dinner & a movie... we were in bed by 10PM... ready for another great day of diving.
One request to Henry, can you please order another bed from IKEA? :-) the one in the downstairs 1/bedroom is shot. Wasn't horrible, but we flipped it and turned it around, with no better results. That's about it, everything else was great. Note to future guests, all the information Henry gives on his extensive list was spot on....Rent from 4Ds, Dive at Scuba Shack and bring cash (you get some better deals with cash).
Brac is for the "I want to be alone" kinda couple. If you want to PARTY find another place on Grand Cayman.
We will certainly be back to the BRAC and Secluded Sunsets.

Best Vacation Rental On The Brac
This was a great deal from the moment we booked our reservation on VRBO. Owner Henry got back to us quickly with lots of good information including:
What to bring, not bring
Travel tips
Rental car - he arranged it and had it waiting upon our arrival
Best dive outfit - Brac Scuba Shack (true!)
How the property is equipped
How stuff works
Anything else you need to know
After reading Henry's messages, we had very few questions. Henry responded promptly and fully to all of our messages.
The house is very nicely equipped. Appliances, electronics etc. are quite new and work very well. The kitchen is well-furnished with all the necessities - good, clean cooking utinsels, pots & pans, spices - everything you'll need. Bicycles are nice new island cruisers in great condition, tires inflated and ready to ride. There are plenty of books and games for indoor fun and great collection of movies on DVD.
Henry was happy to provide snorkeling gear - masks, snorkels, boots and fins as well as good advice on getting in & out of the surf there. If there's anything else you need, ask him and he'll happily look into it.
There was nothing run-down or cheesy about this place. Henry was a great landlord and goes out of his way - above & beyond the call - to make sure his renters have a nice vacation.
We prefer to rent a house rather than stay at busy resorts for our vacations. We haven't found a nicer, better-maintained property than Secluded Sunsets. I hesitate to post this review because I don't really want the word to get out about this place. We'll be back!

Two very satisfied, relaxed and sun tanned customers.
A beautiful location for a property that literally has everything, plus great people to make sure that it all works for a truly memorable vacation. Henry & Sasha could not have been more helpful and no effort was spared to cater for our every need. We were blessed with wonderful weather as well as a carefully cultivated climate that made for instant friendships amongst all of the guests. We will be back, and for more than just a week next time.

This was truley one of the best vacations that I have ever had. I was turning 50 and wanted something to look forward to and it was better than my anticipation. First of all I have to say that Henrys emails as to what to expect were all right on the money. The suggestions were very good and appreciated. We brought food with us but the house had a lot of stuff in it. The house was clean and NICE. Very comfortable. It was windy while we were there and the waves were kind of high because of a storm up north. But the days were beautiful and the nights were too.
We went down to the runway to watch the planes come in overhead -- too cool. We went snorkeling at different parts of the island. It is not crowded at all. That was what I was trying to avoid. You could go to the beach and see no one. You do not need nice clothes. Tshirts and shorts and bathing suits are all you will need. It was very casual and comfortable.
On the way back we flew into Grand Cayman and went to 7 mile beach for lunch. It was crowded with people and we knew we had made the right choice for Cayman Brac and Henrys place. You will not regret it if you are looking for some seclusion and peace. It was awesome. By the way, this is the first time I have used VRBO. Also, I never met Henry but his helper met us at the airport and showed us how to get the rental car. They made it EASY! We wish we had stayed for 2 weeks! I heard that there is going to be a pool. That will just make it even nicer.

My husband and I had one of the easiest, relaxing, fun, and romantic vacations together on Cayman Brac at Secluded Sunsets. This was in large part because of the owner's excellent attention to detail and abundantly provisioned rental. He provided an invaluable pre-trip information package that made planning and packing a breeze. He was very responsive to all of my questions over email. He even checked in with me after the trip to inquire about our stay. The home was perfect for us, very clean, very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more toys than we could possibly use during our week. Though were busy diving, snorkeling, hiking, and birding, we enjoyed coming "home" to drinks on the great deck, watching the sunsets, and lazing on the hammocks. Loved, loved, loved being right there at water's edge and fabulous snorkeling so close to the house. We would absolutely book this place again if we ever return to Cayman Brac.

My husband and I just returned from a week in the Brac...WOW is all I can say! We live in the City and were craving quiet, peaceful and low-key place to vacation and Henry's place was right on the mark! First of all, Henry's very detailed advice, information, & suggestions were so appreciated and helpful. Secluded Sunsets is clean and well maintained and someone is always available if we needed anything. We stayed in the downstairs one bedroom and it was perfect. It was spacious and had everything that we needed. My husband was especially pleased at the excellent Wifi connection. For those of you who need access to the internet you will have not issues. We will heed Henry's recommendations more closely in regards to food and clothing on our next visit. We did not bring food down with us other than a few dry goods, the grocery stores had most things that we wanted but, on our next visit we will definitely bring meats to grill. Clothing...as always I pack too much! Swimsuits, a couple pairs of shorts, a couple of t-shirts and you will be good. For the ladies, a sundress of two to put over your swimsuits will work as well. Make sure you have aqua socks to walk into the water. Henry has a great selection of durable water shoes if you do not wish to bring your own. A pair of Teva sandals are highly recommend for when you want to walk the beach. We found that the sturdier soled sandal that can get wet, is best. Your feet will thank you. The other renters we met were great...we all got along perfectly! We did not hang out much but we all seemed to have the same agenda, which was to relax. Henry has a huge selection of books and movies at your disposal. So if you forget or run out of stuff to read or watch you will have plenty to choose from. We ate out at the Brac Reef Resort Bar a couple of times and it was very good. Barry's Jerk Chicken is fantastic, we highly recommend it! Definitely rent a car, you will want it to explore the island but also to take you to different locations to snorkel and places to eat. I could go on and on about what fantastic time we had but I think you get the idea. We will definitely return to the Brac and Henry's place is our number one choice! Thank you Henry for creating a place that gives people a place to relax and decompress for a while...it is perfect!

From the moment we arrived on this spectacular island, it was easy. We were met at the airport with our rental car and drove directly to the guest house. This was our first time using VRBO and we didn't know what to expect, but it definitely exceeded our expectations and more. We felt like we were at home, except for the amazing ocean front view we got everyday - it was truly breathtaking! Everything we needed was there, from the spices to the DVD's to the water gear, we could not have asked for more. We couldn't get over the beauty of this island and all it has to offer. The island hospitality was bar none, home made conch fritters??!! Seriously delicious! Henry has gone above and beyond to ensure that no matter who stays here, you will have a stress-free and relaxing holiday! Thanks, Henry - we will be back!

We had such an amazing time here. Henry was awesome and we found everything to be just as advertised or better. Its truly an island retreat and we would love to go back soon.

Where do we start? The house, location, amenities and hospitably are amazing. Henry went above and beyond to make the stay better than expected. My wife and I stayed for a week and Henry set us up with diving, rental car, and groceries (as mentioned in the profile). There is incredible shore diving and snorkeling (we even saw a large spotted eagle ray cruising around) right in front of the house. Our neighbors downstairs and my wife and I went together and hired the Cooking Musicians one night. Eric cooked some amazing jerk chicken and then jumped on the drums. Perry grabbed the guitar and kept the small group going for the night (we invited a couple folks we met on the island and the neighbors next door). Henry has thought of everything to provide a wonderful memorable experience; if he hasn’t, let him know and he will do what he can to get what you need.

Great place for adults to relax and take it easy. Henry has this place fully stocked. Don't bother packing anything except a swimsuit and flip flops. If you bring more than a carry on you've packed too much. Super comfortable bed and furniture in the living room. The deck has a view that could be a postcard...plan to spend a lot of time relaxing in the sun or use the umbrella and nap in the shade. Fridge was stocked with the essentials too!

Our family of 10, ages six months to 50, visited this house for 10 wonderful, sun filled days just after Christmas 2010. Henry was a magnificent host. It’s VERY helpful having the owner resident on the island. He met us at the airport when we arrived, took us to the house, showed us everything we needed to know, and checked in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. He was a great resource regarding where to go, what to see, etc. He provides a phone with his number pre-programmed so we could reach him anytime. We were traveling with a 6 month old and he even acquired a crib for us! He’s always asking for suggestions on how to improve the quality of your stay.
Groceries are quite expensive on Brac. Availability can be somewhat sporadic. Henry suggested a way that we could bring much of the food with us. That saved us a TON of money. It worked out very well.
The beach is just behind as the pictures suggest. It’s a sandy/coral/limestone mixture that’s somewhat rocky. Within 200 yards of the house is some of the best snorkeling and diving you’ll ever find. Don’t expect to walk directly into the water without wearing water shoes, but it’s great for sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. If you want white sand beaches, there are two of them on the South side; both very nice and quiet but you’ll need a car or a healthy bike ride to get to them. There’s a nice stretch of walkable sandy beach from the house about a half-mile to the West. To the East, it’s rocky but passable. A quality pair of water shoes is a must.
We rented all three units. These photos are good, but don't give the house it's proper due. The entire house FAR exceeded our expectations and was immaculate upon arrival. We could tell Henry had spent a lot of time considering his guest's needs. Everything you need is here. The kitchens are fully stocked; even some hard-to-get items were already on hand. He's got bicycles, snorkels, masks, and extra water shoes.
Everything you need is close, but a car is recommend. If the wind is strong on the North Side, ride 5 minutes to the South Side and it’ll be calm. It’s also worth a visit the East End bluff, all of the caves, and South Side beaches. As you might expect, Henry can hook you up with a good deal on a car. Regarding where to eat, we found good food at Brac Reef. Henry provides a comprehensive guide that will explain everything you need to know.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The view from the deck was fabulous as well as the stars at night. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The property was clean and maintained. The unit had all appliances we needed. The owner met us at the airport and showed us our way and made sure we had everything we needed. We toured the island extensively and found everyone to be very friendly. We bought a few groceries but ate out several times. The service in the restaurants was good and the food was awesome. I enjoy diving but due to time restraints didn't get as much in as I would have liked. What I did see was good. A car is definitely needed. We will return and will definitely recommend this property to others. We stayed on the upper floor and due to the stairs, it may not be suitable for those with disabilities, but the lower floor would accomodate this.
