Enjoyed the deck overlooking the creek in downtime Moab

This property is one block off the shops and restaurants. Once we parked the vehicle we didn't get in it again until it was time to leave. We walked to eat, shop and to rent utv's. This property had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths which was really nice. We didn't use the kitchen so can't comment on that. This property would have received 5 stars except we experienced ants all in the property. However, we contacted Vacasa and they wanted to help with the situation asap. Just maybe verify they treated the property and you won't be disappointed with the location.

Location was very convenient

We traveled to this house with another family (9 people total) and this place was absolutely perfect for us. 5 kids who loved the bunk room, the dead-end street (almost no traffic and so safe!), and the bike park and creek across the way. The 4 adults loved the private bathrooms that we didn't have to share, the wonderful covered porch, the proximity to downtown restaurants, and the general comfort and cleanliness of the house.
Was it modern with every bell and whistle? No. But it was PERFECT for two young families. It was better for us that it was basic while still fulfilling every need and want.
We would book this house again in a heartbeat. Just wonderful!!

Right in town, walking distance to shops and restaurants, right on the Millcreek Trail. But this was absolutely filthy. Floors were filthy - I got about a cup of dirt, old food, dead bugs, and dog hair when we arrived and I swept up. After sweeping, I found a bunch of sticky spots that I am telling myself was bait from the ant traps I found under cabinet kickplates. Dead bugs on the inside of window screens, dust and crumbs inside dishes, and questionable cleanliness of linens. Washing machine was so loud on the spin cycle we couldn’t shout loud enough to hear each other.

This house is perfect for anyone who like to walk or bike around town. Centrally located on a dead end street.
Nice small yard and clean hot tub.
Vacasa is good at responding to guests.
Plenty of room in driveway for my SUV.

We really loved the location in central downtown, and it was very quiet as we were here in the off season. The hot tub was warm and well-maintained and the kitchen was fairly well-stocked. Loved having 3 full baths. Grateful it's also pet friendly (yard is not fenced, however). Since it's winter, the tile floors were awfully chilly and it would be great to have an area rug at least in the living room in the winter as tile floors are cold, as well as a couple of more functional places--hooks, a chair--to put things in the bedrooms. We tried to request a 3:30 check-in as we were early, but were told we had to wait until 4:00 for the cleaners. Check-out time is early at 10:00 a.m. We truly appreciated the cleaners as we left a pair of eyeglasses and were able to cach them before we have left town!

Great home for a great price. Will stay again.

Our family of eight adults were in town for exploring the local parks. The space was easily large enough for us and the location very easy for walking access to the Main Street. And ice cream next door!
4.5
Clean, convenient and had everything I needed. Did a mountain biking trip with several friends and everybody seemed to enjoy staying here. Proximity to restaurants and downtown was nice as we never drove anywhere except to trailheads and parks. Layout is perfect and the big washer and dryer are nice especially after a hot sweaty day on the trails. If I come back in the future with a few friends this place would be #1 on my list to reserve.
4.5
The location was exactly as I wanted. My bed was very comfortable. The surface cleaning was good. The place needs some better deep cleaning. The entry was dirty and NEEDS a new door mat, as it gives an ugly appearance on first sight. The coffee pot has a horrid taste. But upon opening the windows, which I had to keep closed, appeared to have mouse poops all along the bottom. I have photos if you want. I was charged for the hot tub, yet it was so dirty, one cannot imagine using the outdoor space.
Not sure this should be printed, but should be used for future cleanup.

Location was great. Close to grocery store, restaurants, shops and Arches National park. Home was clean and great pet accommodations. Kitchen could have been better stocked. No way to keep leftovers…e.g. baggies or plastic containers. Very roomy and clean

Absolutely perfect location! Quirky, cozy and clean space literally blocks from everything. We adventured every day in Moab, so noise didn’t bother our sleep. Three full baths and a great kitchen/dining area was awesome! Would stay here again a heartbeat.

We would stay here again. It was very nice being able to walk into town. That stated it can be noisy from the neighboring businesses - think garbage truck at 6AM. The house layout was nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and covered porch in the front. Pets are allowed to stay and it smelled like dog, but we bought Febreeze and that helped. The house was otherwise clean. The beds were comfortable. There are no dressers. The kitchen was sufficient. We based our entire Moab trip from this location easily. The house decor was a little outdated but the location and amenities made up for it. Thank you for a nice stay.

Really nice house with great bedrooms, kitchen, and common space. The downside for us was definitely the noise. This house is located just behind the diner and tavern, and close to main street. The first night we were there there was a lot of noise from glass being emptied into recycling, and each night car alarms went off and there were lots of slamming doors just outside the bedroom windows- often loudly shaking the window panes. Really nice house, but I think I'll be looking for somewhere a bit quieter next time. Couldn't get the wifi to work, and while we texted with Vacasa didn't hear from the local contact. House was really nice and clean.

Home with central Moab location. Close to walking path, perfect for walking the dogs. Bedroom/ bathroom combination made adult family vacation comfortable. Loved the hot tub after hiking and rock crawling! Small private backyard.
4.5
Clean and very nice. If you have a trailer good luck. Not much parking but the house was great and located close to everything downtown Moab.
4.5
This house was not fancy and lacked a few things we wanted but it’s worth the money for the location and dog friendliness. Even a quiet dog park just over the creek from the house. The three bathrooms were nice, and they supplied some toiletries. The dog dishes were a nice touch. House rules and expectations were very reasonable also.

Everything we needed was within walking distance.

Despite all the prior negative reviews & comments, after communicating with Vacasa (the management company) we booked this place for a week. Vacasa assured us everything had been addressed and we could book with confidence. To those people who read the negatives, you can now use this review as the current residence status. 1. The place was immaculate when we arrived. 2. ALL appliances worked as they should. This includes, TV, microwave, grill, refrigerator, washer, dryer, AC, dishwasher, internet, etc. 3. The place smelled fine. 4. House was well outfitted to support our 5 adults. Adequate dishes, silverware, linens, garbage bags, pots & pans, kitchen tools, hair dryers. 5. GREAT location in the heart of Moab. 1/2 block from Main St. You can walk to almost every restaurant in town. Market is just up the street. Everything is close at hand. 6. 2 comfortable master BRs each with private bath and shower. Plenty of hot water. I just wish there was a dresser of some sort and a chair in the bedrooms. No biggie, just a suggestion. 3rd BR had 2 sets of bunk beds with full bath across the hall. 7. Kitchen easily seats 8. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.

Each year our group of friends takes a getaway to Moab. We’ve been trying to figure out the best way to do lodging as Moab gets busier. This house was perfect and met all of our needs. It’s right in town, had all the necessary appliances and a spacious kitchen perfect for hanging out. We thoroughly enjoyed the patio space especially during the late afternoon rain storms. We definitely are saving this place as a vacation spot for next year too!

Really nice spacious, refurbished older dwelling in the heart of town. Well done interior with everything you need including washer & dryer and gas grill outside. Very clean except entry & kitchen floors could have used a bit more attention.

We drove 15 hours to get to Moab. We were all really tired. We just wanted to get to the house and rest so we could enjoy our time. The first thing we had to do is clean. Bathrooms were dirty, kitchen was dirty, we even had to wash our bed sheets to be able to sleep comfortably. In the main bathroom the tub is clogged. It was 7 of us and only had 2 bathrooms. This house wasn’t so cheap to rent, the least whoever is in charge could do is make sure the house was clean. Also the pictures don’t look anything like it really is. We will not come back and stay at this place. I hope after this review things change and whoever stays here has a better experience.

I think the biggest appeal to this place is that it is right smack dab in the middle of downtown Moab. Pluses - can walk to all the bars and restaurants and shops. Minuses - a good bit of road noise, and some banging around early in the morning at a nearby restaurant. Appealing Southwestern colors and decor. Fairly comfortable. No cable, so you have to be good and finding what you want to watch on the internet. I would book it again.

Great location and great house. Poor internet, so if you need to work, you will have a hard time. 12.00 was the download speed, otherwise it’s a great place.

Roomy and comfortable house. However, kitchen was not well supplied. For instance, there were only three coffee cups.

First thing that hits you upon entering this house is the smell. Is it stagnant water under the house or a sewer line leakage?
There were three coffee mugs in a house for 8. Two were stained and one was chipped.
Location is literally right off main street, next to a diner, across from a motel and a car wash! Not a residential neighborhood.
The pluses. Plenty of space. Good location for exploring Arches and Canyonlands. House stayed cool on the hottest days. Despite it’s proximity to main street, the house was quiet inside.

In our humble opinions, VRBO should be embarrassed to have this property in their inventory.
In 75+ vacation home rental experiences over the past 15 years, this property is the absolute worst we have encountered. The place was filthy: empty beer cans and trash in the front entryway car port, filthy dirty BBQ grill, the privacy fence between a public parking lot and the side of this house was dilapidated with broken/missing slats, there were dead bugs on windowsills, sunflower seeds under beds and living room furniture, mildew in the showers, large dead tree limbs left haphazardly in the back yard obscuring the "creek view", and many of the mismatched dishes provided were chipped and greasy. Oh, and they provided ONE wine glass!!
Certainly most upsetting and disruptive was the discovery that, contrary to the VRBO description, direct WiFi service is not provided to this house. The property manager admitted to us that the house next door has WiFi service and that they use "signal boosters" to borrow service for this house. The results for us were totally unreliable and slow connections to the extent that we could not conduct necessary business or stream television shows because of constant buffering. We complained to VACASA customer service headquarters about the horrible conditions and they moved us to a much better property the next day but that was little solace for having to endure this nightmare for an overnight.

Difficult to contact owner, it is maintained by vacasa.
Ac doesn't cool home below 77. They
send HVAC tech who changed filter but it still didn't get Below 77 degrees
Strong pet dander, smelled like a dirty litter box. Dog fur in corners and under beds.
Tv cable was out but the maintenance guy gave us his Roku that was awesome.
Otherwise the place was large enough for 6, plenty of bathrooms, beds and bedding was clean, excellent location.
Downtown.
