This newly renovated condo is walking distance to downtown Moab shops, restaurants, and bars, even the Moab bike path is right next door! It's a mix of everything you need to make you and your crews experience in Moab complete! With new construction and clean spaces you'll feel comfortable in the convenient location.

The building is made of 4- Condos 5,000 sq ft of Convenient Accommodations in 1 building-
Inside the Inn there are four separate condos each approximately 1200 sq ft. and includes everything you'll need for your stay except the food. Full Kitchen, 60" TV's, plenty of comfort for your whole crew. All units are equipped with roll out sofa beds, WiFi, A/c and heat, big screen TVs, full kitchen setup for cooking, linens, towels, bedding, pillows, laundry pods and dryer sheets as well as shower essentials.

Deadhorse has 2 Private King Bedrooms (1 Master ) and 2 full bathrooms. The loft has a Comfortable Queen sized bed and the sofa pulls out into a bed. This condo comes with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay except the food! Both bedrooms have ROKU TV's and a 60" ROKU TV in the living area. You will have a stacking washer and dryer inside your condo, that is private for your use only.

This building is NON-Smoking and No Pets.

Deck/ Patio area-
Perfect for a quiet night of star gazing or resting after a day of fun. There are 2 Hot tubs available and cleaned all year, as well as 2 BBQ and 2 seating arrangements for entertaining. Quiet time is 10PM-6AM.

Outdoor Unpaid Parking- There is plenty of free street parking right around the Downtown Inn Moab. Just across the street is great trailer parking!

Everything about this property was stellar. There were loads of towels, cooking equipment, plenty of beds (super super comfy beds), extremely convenient location to main Street, restaurants, and stores. And the host was very communicative about when the property was ready and if I needed anything to text her. I absolutely would stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful property within walking distance of shops and restaurants and a short drive to Arch's National Park. I would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Great location, one block from Main Street. Very clean, newly constructed condo. Will definitely stay here again on next trip to Moab.

This property is exactly as it is described in the listing. Parking is easy. The location is fantastic. The AC works. After busy days of exploring the outdoors, coming home to this clean well-laid out apartment was a joy. We had a great stay here and would return on a future trip to Moab. The only reason I marked cleanliness a 4 was the loft viewed the top of the bar over the kitchen which could use a good dusting/clean. Tossed candy and dust on it is invisible from the ground, but visible from the loft. I'm sure the owner will attend to that soon, as the rest of the place was immaculate.

Check in was easy, property was very clean and in great shape (fairly new). Had a couple of questions and were answered promptly. Great location, 3 minute walk from all the restaurants and shops. Would stay here again.
