Overall a great stay, with helpful staff.

Clean, bright accommodation in a great location! Kitchen had everything we needed.

Could have used a bathroom garbage can and a holder for the toilet paper.

Cristina our host was a lovely, helpful lady who met us at our boat stop on arrival, she provided us a map and marked on

Great location, close to touristy sites eg: St.Mark’s Square approximately a 10 minute walk away. Clean, comfortable and sufficient for self catering. Umbrellas and wellies provided just in case - very thoughtful ☺️

Cozy place in the heart of Venice

Excellent location, good space, all necessary appliances for a cozy stay in Venice, the staff was really helpful and received us in the Vaporetto station to properly indicate the place and give the info and tips about the house and the city.

The cost is really high when compared to other cities, but it is a “problem” of every stay in Venice.

very very small things but no toaster, no soap / wash for shower and the shower is tiny. these are small things and overall the property is great and close to everything!!

Neat and clean nice location tiny shower.

it was clean and had everything we needed as a family of four. the host was lovely.

The shower is tiny - we are average sized and just fit. not a dislike but be aware there are several flights of stairs.

Good host, good location, perfect property but be aware of a flooded courtyard outside the building in the mornings.

it’s clean, comfortable, well decorated and centrally located. The host Cristina is very friendly, helpful and quick in response to any questions.

the living cum dinning area is a bit small - the small sofa is only enough for 2 people to sit down. the property itself is perfectly fine, but the courtyard outside the building got flooded in the mornings. It was not due to the rain as we had sunny/dry weather during our stay - it seemed the water came out from the drain…. The water receded when we left the block (at 9 am) on Day 2; on Day 3, we had to walk on the edge of the courtyard and on wooden pallet when we left the building (one of us walked barefoot on the flooded courtyard to put down the wooden pallet for us); on Day 4, we left early (before 9 am) for the airport so just managed to avoid the flooded courtyard (though we saw the water start to come out from the drain). We understand the water starts to come out at about 8.30 am and starts to recede at about 9.30 am.

A wonderful visit to beautiful Venice and a special place to stay.

It was brilliantly located close to all the important places to go in Venice, but was also lovely and quiet. the hosts were extremely kind and helpful.

Nothing, it was well equipped and clean and the two bedrooms were perfect for us.

Lovely and Central Apartment

Cristina met us off the boat and brought us to the accommodation. The apartment was very central and close to everything. It was lovely, bright and clean. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Great comfortable clean well located apartment.

Location is outstanding close to Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. The host was very easy to reach, very helpful & accommodating. facilities were good, AC terrific, kitchen well stocked with basics. Apartment had good size rooms with large comfortable beds. It is an excellent rental.

The only complaint we have really is minor. The shower stall is very small so for a large person, it is uncomfortable to bathe.

Beautiful two bedroom apartment with kitchen/living room. Located in a very quiet neighborhood in Venice. About a 10 minute walk to San Marco Square and about a 10 minute walk to the ferry dock. We were met at the ferry dock at arrival and walked to the apartment. Apartment very modern, appears to have been recently renovated and well furnished.

Great place to stay

Everything is great in this apartment, we love it! Great space, good location and very clean. We have an apartment with a nice living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. It has enough space for 4 people although we are only 2, and there are enough stuff you need in the kitchen, can prepare breakfast even dinner by ourselves (some good supermarket nearby). Location is great but not that easy to find, not a problem that host wait us at the stop and bring us to our apartment, just you need to remember the way back (difficult to find via google map)

No elevator and narrow stairs although it is at only 2nd floor, it is still ok if you have quite some luggages but please consider if you have a lot of luggage AND cannot move freely (like old people or any other situations)

Best experience ever!

Everything was awesome! Mrs. Cristina was very nice and explained everything with details. Gave us tips to go around town and good restaurants to eat. This cute apartment has everything we needed and more. Exceeded my high expectations. Loved every minute.

Venice at a glance

The apartment is nice and the landlord was very helpful. The location is perfect, two minutes walking from Giglio water terminal, near the main tourist sites, but in the same time very quiet. We immediately felt at home. We spent four nights, we visited a lot of places and really felt the spirit of this extraordinary city.

We had all we needed !

Excelent location. Very nice, spacious and well equiped appartment. Looks newly renovated. We were four - had plenty of space and really enjoyed the stay.

A good place to stay in Venice for a few days

Great location and very convenient appartement. Excellent for a family up to two kids

Heating system cannot be fine tuned, it is either hot or cold, not just warm. A suggestion: please buy a microwave. But overall a good experience.
