Great hosts, great food, great room

Lovely warm welcome and helpful throughout. Food was great, we had an evening meal as well as the breakfast. the room was clean and well equipped and a very comfy bed. Thank you

Delicious stay at the Black Horse Inn.

Spacious room, large bathroom, all very clean. Best part of the stay was the food, we had our evening meal at the pub, it was superb! The steak and ale pie was the best my husband has ever had, I had the stuffed chicken, also delicious. Breakfast was lovely too, highly recommend staying here or even just visit to sample the food. (photo, we ate every morsel! haha)

As some one who attend the racetrack it is very conveien, and owners very helpful

I have stayed at the Black Horse a number of times and it just gets better each time. The owners have done a lot of work on the property, and they very helpful at all times, and food tops..

A very enjoyable stay

A very friendly welcome and well liked after, the evening meals were lovely, proper cooking, my compliments to the chef. The location was convenient for the event at Cadwell Park.

Ace for Cadwell.

The Hosts, Victoria and Adam are wonderful. It is located in a quiet village and situated perfectly for Cadwell Park race track. It is closed to the public from Sunday afternoon after 4:30pm and Monday and Tuesday, but if you are a paying guest staying there, they will provide an evening meal and drinks from the bar. The food was excellent. There is loads of off-road free parking.

I found my single twin bed quite comfortable, but it was a bit rickety and the headboard rattles. My friend whom is 6ft 2inch and 19St, did not find the bed comfortable, but he seemed to sleep well enough to me because of the snoring! There is a flagstone that needs repairing on the way to the rooms, as it's a trip hazard.

Excellent for an 8 man cycle group. Comfortable twin rooms. Room for bike storage. Traditional pub for food and drink. Friendly staff

Exceptional

As usual everything is perfect , nice room big and quiet , Shower very hot ... Large parking . Restaurant for dinner and breakfast were very good. Staff were very nice as usual.

Lovely little pub

Unfortunately we didnt get much sleep due to the Uncomfortable mattress. So they really need to be updated.

Exceptional

Lovely quiet village and great pub with a great beer garden, we used this hotel has we was on a track day at Cadwell Park which is basically just up the road. The food was lovely i highly recommend the steak and ale pie The owners are very friendly and will cater for your needs , we needed to be at cadwell early which meant missing breakfast , they made sure we had breakfast buttys to take away with us which we all thought was great. I will definitely be booking to stay here again on our return to cadwell park
