This beautiful home met all of our family's needs and then some! We were so comfortable and loved both the interior decor and peaceful neighborhood. The cottage was super clean and stocked with all of the essentials. We brought our two dogs, and the fenced backyard was perfect for them. The cottage's convenient location allowed us to take day trips to both Zion and Bryce Canyon, as well as other cool destinations like the Best Friends Animal Society. The owners were very nice and promptly responded to communications. We recommend this home without hesitation and hope to return in the future! Many thanks to the owners for their hospitality!

We liked this location! Very safe neighborhood and my dog loved all of the room in the back yard. There were some minor things like a lot of lightbulbs being out, quite a bit of condensation in the fridge that got some of our food wet, and no laundry detergent that usually comes with an extended stay but overall it was enjoyable. Very quiet safe neighborhood and when we did reach out to the host she responded very quickly!

We had a very nice time. Our dog loved the yard. Everything worked and was clean. We only wished there was a window covering above the claw foot tub as the sun shone on our faces early morning making it hard to sleep in. We recommend.

We stayed at Copper Top last year and scheduled this year's trip to Kanab around available days so we could stay there again. We love the grassy yard for our dog since the neighborhood has many unleashed dogs and goat's heads. We don't have to take her out of the backyard for her walks. It's also only a couple of blocks from our son and his family.

We were so pleasantly surprised at this VRBO. The house was modern, well equipped, clean and well located. We truly had a relaxing time with our friend. Our little 5lbs toy poodle loved the grass too and she was such a good girl! We did notice there was a tiny water leak in the fridge from the freezer. Other than that, everything was perfect. We would recommend this VRBO to friends and family and would stay again if we are ever back to Kanab.

We were doing a bucket list of parks, and this house was just perfect for two senior folks, and their three fur children. Having the green and lush lawn made the visit much better especially for the fur kids!

This was our second stay in Kanab at the Copper Top Cottage. The house, like with our first stay, is very clean, and comfortable to stay in. There is a Keruig coffee machine and a basket full of pods provided. In the cabinets were a variety of spices for cooking. Great selection of kitchen equipment and tableware. Downtown and local grocery stores are no more than a couple of minute drive. The neighborhood is very quiet and dark. The latter one of the reasons for staying. We spent the day as volunteers at the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. I would certainly reccomend looking into staying here if you are planning to spend some time in Southern Utah and Northern Arizona.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Kanab. The weather held up for great 5 mile hikes in the area, the two bedrooms were perfect for two couples and our dog. The fenced in yard and back deck was quite nice and fully equipped kitchen was perfect! Highly recommend staying here!

Went to visit my daughter in Kanab for Thanksgiving. There were 3 of us and her place was too small for everyone. Found this cute little gem. Not only was it adorable, it was clean and very comfy. We had our little dog with us and the fenced backyard was great! We were pleasantly surprised to see all the deer and so close. Literally right next to the backyard fence and one was a buck. The beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of dishes to support out Thanksgiving meal. We look forward to coming back. Michelle is an amazing host!!!!

We really enjoyed this little home. It was perfect for 4 adults and our little labrador Ruby. It felt like home after our adventures every day, cosy, comfy, easy to cook for ourselves, and lovely and clean. Beautiful fluffy towels were much appreciated. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a great property for two couples or a small family who want to visit the local National Parks. The host thought of everything and provided it in this cozy rental. I would highly recommend this property.

What a lovely little retreat!!! We spent four nights at Michelle’s rental home while we explored and hiked in the area. What a wonderful home and a great host! The decor is lovely, the furniture and beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The house was absolutely spotless and well cared for. We would be delighted to stay their again.

We loved our stay at the Copper Top house - nice quiet neighborhood and house had everything that we needed. Nice neighbors also. Do bring your own shampoo and stuff for the shower, but more than one could need or expect in the kitchen. Michelle was a great host and very quick with communications!

Copper Top Cottage is amazing! Everything you need for a get away: well equipped kitchen, gas grill, cozy living room and dining area although the back porch is perfect for coffee, lunch and dinner! The backyard is great for pups. Master suite with access to back porch and second bedroom and bathroom allows for privacy. One of the best VRBOs I have stayed at.

This cozy little cottage was the perfect place to call home for 5 nights! We loved everything about it! The claw foot tub was added bonus as I soaked each evening after taking long and scenic hikes each day! The location is ideal!! So many sights and activities to choose from in this area. Rocking V and Wild Thyme Cafe we’re both were excellent dining choices! We also enjoyed Big Al’s as a not so healthy option - which reminded us of taking a step back in time. We would highly recommend Kanab and this property.
