Pleasant and relaxing. A home away from home

Excellent accommodation relaxing and zen-like, away from the bustle of town but a convenient 15 minutes shuttle ride away. Staff was top notch, hats off to VJ and Mex. I would highly recommend this property .

WIFI NEED A LOT OF WORK!! Marginal at best.

Great relaxing location and excellent facilities!!

The facilities were exceptional! Loved the store and restaurant. Great having washer and dryer. The boat taxi was always reliable. The people were so nice!!

Housekeeping several times forgot to restock items. The spa hadn’t provided pedicure supplies so worker provided on her own. Would have been nice to have a complimentary golf cart ride to anywhere on the north side.

All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast was very tasty. However, I believe that they could have at least offer refills on the coffee.

There is not another place I would recommend staying.

I loved the atmosphere as soon as we pulled up on the water taxis. The white buildings and lush green palm trees were a welcoming site. The amenities were very modern. The condos were spacious with up to date dishwasher, refrigerator, tv and furniture. I appreciated the time spent on designing condos that fit an active lifestyle. The overall resort feels spacious enough without feeling too spread out. Never was outside noise a concern. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and promptly answered any questions we had. They also helped in scheduling our water taxis, massages and any reservations requested. Jairo was exceptionally helpful when planning our trip and again answered all my questions promptly through the WhatsApp. I would highly recommend this resort for a unforgettable getaway and look forward to returning soon. They have even more great things planned for the resort that I don't want to miss.

Beautiful seaside location + a great condo + the most hospitable staff we’ve ever encountered!

PLUS: Near new super clean condo, three pools and a 1st-rate gym, outside bar, and regular ferry to Caye Caulker village. BIG PLUS: Every staff person was friendly and helpful!

Love the size of condo, spacious and modern. Staff excellent, beautiful views, comfortable beds overall a great choice

Stairs to condo. Pots and pans, no bake wear. I also didn't like the times between boat Rides to & from zen to other side. Too much time between. Pools cold to swim but beautiful to look at

This was a perfect getaway, just what was needed to start the new year!

The service was great, the pre-arrival experience was wonderful. All our questions got answered quickly and the welcome team was great.

I liked everything about the property but I would suggest welcome beverages. It would have been a nice touch; given the journey to Blu Zen.

Best place to stay in Belize keys

Everything at Blu Zen is perfect. Beautiful apartment, very well furnished and comfortable. Staff was very nice from Charlenne and Priscillia at the front desk to Captain Charles on the katamaran. I would definitely come back without hesitation.

Beautiful resort but still has some kinks to work out

BluZen is a beautiful, newly built resort with modern amenities and a modern aesthetic. Our 2-bedroom suite was clean, new and comfortable with a full kitchen, laundry and living room. We had an ocean front room with a large front balcony overlooking the water. The restaurant was delicious - every meal was yummy and even my picky eaters (kids) were happy with the meal options. The pools where absolutely beautiful - one is salt water, one is fresh water and they were both equally wonderful. The facility offers free bikes - which are worth taking advantage of to explore the other areas of North Caye Caulker.

Unfortunately, Belize, in general, has a sea grass problem. It is particularly horrendous at BluZen where the water in front of the resort is the most putrid brown you've ever seen. It also smells terrible at certain spots. You cannot go into the ocean at all at this resort - or rather, you wouldn't want to. Their staff works so hard to clear it every day, but it's a losing battle as it just washes up again overnight. To see that beautiful blue water, you need to go down the road to Koko King Beach for the day, or get off-shore in a boat and go snorkeling or diving. Additionally, the restaurant is not part of the resort so you cannot order room service or have anything charged to your room. It would be beneficial to have those two connected. There is also no phone in the hotel rooms, so you cannot call down to the front desk for anything - you have to physically walk down there. These are inconveniences they should work to fix.

BluZen was amazing!

BluZen is the experience of a lifetime. It truly lives up to its name, Zen. You have an oasis away from home and a paradise where you can relax and enjoy your vacation. I will recommend to anyone who wants to vacation with staff who are friendly and willing to go the extra mile. BluZen is amazing!

The condos are beautiful and everything is kept exceptionally clean. The staff is very friendly and so very helpful. Having a kitchen and the onsite marketplace was very convenient to cook breakfast in the morning. I also liked the proximity to Caye Caulker to get other groceries and try out the different restaurants. You can also rent golf carts to go check out Koko's Beach Club and El Ben restaurant.

The wifi was a little hard to connect to at first but this was minor. Everything else was great!
