We loved this property. It had plenty of room for all 8 of us. It was wonderful to be right on the water with a place for our boat. Amy was wonderful and very quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Biggest pluses for us...coffee in the morning on the porch and the quiet! Fishing on the dock with the grandkids, they loved the competition. Wish tho that they had some seating on or by the dock.
We played cards and games inside and that was fun too.

The house was in a nice neighborhood and was equipped with what we needed. My granddaughter caught her first fish off the dock! She was very excited.

The house was perfect for our group of 9 adults. It was comfortable, clean, relaxing, and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay there again if we make it back to that area.

Enjoyed being able to look at the lake in the early morning and spend time with friends on the screened in porch. Amy is a great host and very responsive. Will definitely try to come back.

Had a wonderful stay! Family from around TN joined us - relaxing - fishing - canoeing - even a huge Thanksgiving Dinner. It was great!

We certainly enjoyed being right on the lake, we walked down and sat on the dock in the evenings. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. We ate every meal on the screened in porch, very comfortable with no bugs to contend with. It was a 20 minute drive to Nashville but we didn't mind it, we went to Ryman's and walked across the pedestrian bridge right by Nissan stadium. We rode the General Jackson riverboat and shopped at the mall right across from there! It was a great vacation. Amy would have been available if we needed her, but there no problems to deal with!! We would definitely stay there again!!!

My husband, our three children and I spent a wonderful week at this beautiful lakeside home. Amy, the owner, was such a pleasure that I was comfortable before we even reached the property. The house is gorgeous and so spacious! We were thrilled with every aspect and have already discussed returning. I could not have been happier with this vacation! Thank you, Amy. For anyone searching for a Lakeside retreat, you will NOT be disappointed!

Amazing time ! Close to the airport and close to the touristy part of Nashville but when in lake house you feel miles from nowhere . Very relaxing . Kids loved the firefly’s , kayaks and canoes. Very clean and plenty of room . We will definitely stay again. We are already planning a trip with two other family’s. Amy was so kind and accommodating. I would give 10 stars .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fun for kids and adults. Close drive to restaurants and grocery stores. The dock and canoe were used daily. My son caught a lot of bluegill around the dock. Very peaceful neighborhood.

This place was awesome. Beautiful looking at the lake. It was in a convenient location for our plans. We had plenty of room ; no one was on top of each other. It had a great screened in porch that we hung out on when we returned in the late afternoon and had breakfast and supper out there. We would definitely go back if we’re in that area again!

Nice house with a great dock for fishing or swimming. A very good place for a family gathering.

This was the first time we stayed outside of Nashville when moving our college. It was SO worth the extra drive! We spent all of a Saturday afternoon on the screened porch playing games, chatting and enjoying dinner together. There we're so many birds to watch and listen to-- it was like we were in a tree house. The location was quiet and beautiful. The home had plenty of space and brought back a sense of nostalgia from growing up and visiting family at the lake house. It was such a relaxing stay during our busy week and the owner was so kind when we had question. I just wish we had found it sooner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lakehouse. The property was beautiful and the house was extremely clean. Amy was a wonderful host. She responded quickly to my messages and answered all of my questions. She sent us a list of restaurants and places to visit locally and in Nashville. She helped make our vacation extremely enjoyable!!

Our family and our families BFF wanted a long weekend getaway for Spring Break. This was the perfect place for us!! The home was big enough for 5 kids (6-12yo) & 3 adults. We went canoeing, fishing, played ping pong, games, & just relaxed and had fun! We were close to Nashville, but really enjoyed both Lebanon & Gallatin.
The house was set up great! 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths on main floor & basement set up with a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom & cabin style beds. Both floors had access to outside, bathrooms, family areas, kitchens.
Our trip started out with extremely inclement weather with tornados throughout the Midwest, our host was great to work with and answered all of our questions. Our kids are asking to go back already!

We had an amazing time at this property. Tons of beds and all the things you need to get started. Remote location in a beautiful spot.

Host went out of her way to take care of us! We had a wonderful and relaxing visit and would definitely stay here again!

Great family vacation located at central location for all of us since family live in other states. We loved there was lots of space in the house for 7 of us. Large dock where we all could fish at the same time. We took a beautiful picture of the house walking up the hill from the dock. The picture that is listed has trees blocking it, you don't see the beauty of it. Very quiet, pieceful and clean. Close to downtown Gallatin. We will definitely come back for another family fishing trip.

This was the perfect place for us to wind down after long days at the tattoo convention. Great for early morning reflections. The beds were pretty uncomfortable, but we made due. Everything was clean, great value for what we paid for.

The house was comfy and roomy. The highlight for the kids (9-14 years old) was having their own area downstairs. They loved that! For the adults, the highlight was the screened porch on the lake-side of the house. It was surprisingly comfortable, even with 90 degree temps, because of the shade and the fans. We spent much time on the porch, eating, drinking, talking, playing games. And watching the rain on the lake (fascinating for us rain-deprived Texans)! The lake itself was kind of disappointing, owing to the debris and trees in the water. Not sure if that was b/c of low water levels or from the recent flooding in that part of the country, but it did impact our fun on the lake. Owner/host Amy was always responsive, helpful and pleasant. Overall, a most enjoyable stay.

This property was fantastic. The owner was incredibly helpful and easy to talk with and the house was perfect. Plenty of space for 8 people, private dock with easy to get to access. Loved the stay!

Relaxing at the Lake House
Great property on the lake. Enjoyed the view. the house was a little too big for the four of us, but our plans got changed at last minute and our older children couldn't come with us. It was relaxing and we had a good time.

Lebanon Lake House
Great experience. Stayed here while my daughter was playing in a softball tournament in Gallatin. House was well kept and was conveniently located to Gallatin, Hendersonville and Nashville. Kids enjoyed the lake and the property owner was amazing to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Sisters vacation
We had a wonderful time lounging in the river and visiting Nashville.

Rented the property for extended family to stay nearby. Property was clean with a nice view of the lake and we enjoyed use of canoe and fishing from the dock. A minor plumbing issue was taken care of in a timely manner and communication was prompt. There was plenty of sleeping room for everyone and the open kitchen living/dining and screened in porch area was a favorite gathering spot. One suggestion: secure slats in downstairs bed and upgrade mattress. All other beds were comfortable with no issues.

Our stay here was amazing. My niece was getting married and we luckily found this property so close. Amy the host was terrific. We traveled from Texas and stayed there with family from WV and Tennessee. So much more sleeping space than we needed even with 10 of us. The only regret I have is not being able to enjoy the lake. It was February but the view was gorgeous and we got a surprise visit from a huge flock of migrating white Pelicans! That was phenomenal. Hopefully we will get to visit again in warmer weather! Thanks Amy!

Tennessee Christmas
Spent Christmas week in Tennessee with extended family.
Home was well equipped for our stay and Amy even provided a few toys for the littles that were a big hit.
The home is set up very well for a summer visit on the river, and was very comfortable in December with the screened porch and group spaces.
Great trip
