Super Super nice, beautiful, clean, well-equipped, pleasant place. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The owners were great and very accommodating - the condo is perfect. Roomy, pretty, clean, comfy, nice linens, beach towels! 2 master bedrooms, great balcony and view. Very very nice and we enjoyed the entire property: pool, tennis courts, easy parking.

True to description! Great condo. Exceptionally clean. Excellent furnishings & supplies. Binoculars, beach chairs/umbrella, books, etc. Obvious the owners take pride in property! Location can’t be beat! Park at door. Pool & beach quiet & well kept. Walk beach or miles of island paths. Tennis at your front door. Begin & end day on balcony. Trouble-free paradise found!

Very nice condo, nice layout for 2 couples. It was updated several years ago with quality appliances and furnishings. I do a lot of research to try & be sure that what's listed is accurate - we like staying in updated places & on the beach! Paradise 2 was The One! The view of the sand dunes & the ocean - hearing the waves Love it! The carts to bring your things upstairs & of course an elevator are wonderful. It's a bit of a trek to the beach, but that's part of staying in the dunes. The beach is flat though - we loved it! This was our first visit to Amelia Island, but we're already talking about out next. Thank you Harvey & Shannon for sharing your beach home! Paula H.

It was a pleasure to vacation at this lovely condo. An updated property with spectacular views, it was spotless, pleasantly decorated and provided comfortable beds with high end linens. Management was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Everything about this experience was excellent. The condo is spotless and the neighbors are quiet. It has high end features throughout. The lights are labeled so you know how to turn on which light. The view is gorgeous. And let me tell you about the comfy bed! The bed is so soft and the pillow so excellent that I melted into it and the lock ups I usually get in my upper shoulders went away. To me, a good bed and fluffy pillow are essential to a vacation experience. You are going to want to rent this place - but I beg you to take good care of it during your stay so we all can enjoy it for years to come!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo is up to date with beautifully appointed bathrooms, including walk in showers, luxurious, comfortable king size beds, big closets, a fully stocked, great kitchen with high end appliances and lovely furnishings throughout! Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella are available for time at the ocean, which is just a short walk from the condo. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, and it was equipped with high top table and chairs for enjoying our coffee in the morning, meals and the incredible ocean views.

Attended a family wedding at the Ritz Carleton and this condo was the perfect location. The views were amazing, the unit was clean, comfortable and the area was peaceful. Enjoyed the beautiful sun rise every morning. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed.

We had a meeting at the ritz next door. We opted for this location. The space was great, bedrooms and bathrooms are so nice and the porch was a nice way to start the day. The owner was helpful and communicative. Was a very easy process and great location.

We had a wonderful stay. This was our 3rd visit in as many years at the Surf & Racquet Club and our first staying in this unit. The unit was as listed. There were a few things that needed attention. Nothing major, just minor details. Burnt out light bulbs in kitchen overhead and hallway, drain plug in one bathroom sink that didn't work. The kitchen is adequately stocked if you don't plan on doing a lot of cooking from scratch. The view from the living room is wonderful. We watched dolphins playing in the surf for a good while from the balcony. Our hosts did a fabulous job of communicating all necessary information before we even arrived. I sent a couple of messages while we were there and Harvey replied very quickly each time. We returned home totally relaxed and refreshed!! We're looking forward to visiting again next year :)

This is our second year at Paradise Found and it is a beautiful property! Immaculately clean and stylish. I thought it was perfect last year, but the renovations put it over the top! The beds are so comfortable with crisp sheets and down comforters that you can burrow into. The kitchen is very well stocked with Cuisinart knives, lots of cooking gadgets and upscale Bosch appliances. I did a lot of cooking while there and always had what I needed. Of course the view is spectacular, and since it is an end unit, there is lots of natural light. The balcony chairs are large and roomy. Plus they supply binoculars so you can watch for dolphins, beach chairs, beach towels, and a brand new beach umbrella that we broke in. But even with all this, I think the bathrooms are some of the best features of the condo. Modern open showers with exquisite glass tile work and hand held shower heads that are high enough for even the tallest traveller. I just can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. We were there with a large group of football fans and I think our condo was the best by far. Thank you for a perfect week!

I've stayed at the surf and racquet many times and this was definitely our best condo. Everything is clean, modern and the condo is beautifully furnished and also very comfortable. The little touches are obvious. We loved our stay.

Everything was nicely appointed and very comfortable. The location, near both The Ritz Carlton and convenient to the Omni’s Amelia Island Planation, were ideal. The beach was just a short stroll from the condo which also included a swimming pool. Somethings to highlights: the beds were very comfortable! Not always the case in rentals, but the owners selected very comfortable furnishings. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would rent from the owner without any hesitation. The unit was very clean upon our arrival and we did not have any issues. My only suggestion is that at night the bedrooms do get warmer as I do not think individual rooms have return vents. There are ceiling fans however in each room and we remedied this by leaving the doors cracked which helps. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The Amelia Island Parkway cascading live oaks are amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, walks on the beach, shopping downtown, plenty of restaurants and a grocery store only 1/2 mile away.

This unit is beautifully renovated and has a spectacular view. Parking was easy, elevator was convenient and we love everything about the island. The beds were firmer than we’d prefer, but I suppose everyone likes something different. We would definitely stay again!

Very happy with this place. The home came fully equipped with a little extra than expected. The host was very easy to contact when we try to see if we can get in earlier. Amazing view of the ocean as well. Will definitely book here again.
