About this house rental

This 3 Bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath with walk in shower is a newly remolded lake home on the beautiful Pike Lake Chain. You will not be disappointed; the views are fantastic from every room and only steps away from the lake! We have a Large kitchen with all granite counter tops. The huge island is perfect for entertaining as well as the spacious outdoor patio. Upstairs has a great deck off the cozy bedrooms with patio doors to sit and have morning coffee and watch all the wildlife. A Truly one-of-a-kind home. It’s so nice to be able to sit on the lower deck and watch the kids swim and play in the sandy beach and crystal clear water! Fishing is great right off the dock. You can catch bluegill, northern, walleye, bass, crappie and even musky! There is also a 4 person paddle-boat, paddle-board and kayak. Thousands of miles of Atv trails you can ride right from the cabin. A beautiful 20 person Bennington pontoon is also available for rent. Thanks for looking!

From the moment we arrived, we knew we loved it! All the comforts of home and more! Renting the pontoon boat was the highlight as the chain of lakes are beautiful. Can’t wait to go back.

great location - all you need to do is pack your clothes and food - everything else is there. Great outdoor areas - firepit, grill, patio and deck. Nice pontoon to rent also paddle board and peddle boat to use - decent swimming area.

Loved the lake access. Location approximately 45 minutes from Ashland and Bayfield made for easy day trips to lake Superior, Madeline island, and golfing. Went to the Delta Diner twice and the Tap Shack once - we love the Delta Diner. The cabin had everything we needed, comfortable, and clean. It was nice having laundry access. If you want to rent the pontoon, Tanya made it easy to do so. Was easy to drive and had way more space than we needed. We loved everything about our stay. Thank you!!

We enjoyed our long weekend at this cozy, lakeside cabin. It rained every day we were there so we didn't get to use the pontoon but were able to have a fire in the fire pit one clear evening. It's quiet and lake/changing fall colors were beautiful. We appreciated the fall/Halloween decorations, extra blankets, and electric "fireplace heaters" mounted in 2 of the bedrooms. Had some trouble with the gas fireplace in the living room - maybe the remote was getting low on batteries - but did get it to start. The owner was responsive and directions/notes around the house were helpful.

This was our 2nd time staying here. We enjoyed ourselves as much as we did the 1st time. We already booked again for next year. Great location, lots to do for the kids and adults. We enjoyed cooking in the gorgeous kitchen that has everything needed and had fun using all the water equipment provided. Nice and quiet location as well if looking to just get away. It has everything you could possibly need. Love this place.

We truly enjoyed the large and comfortable deck and firepit area. The water and beautiful sandy beach area was a big plus for us. Loved all the modern conveniences (dishwasher)!

This is by far one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in the northwoods. With the stairs without a barrier on both sides and only backless stools for dining chairs, this isn’t the most family friendly, but it was so clean!!!! The owner was great to communicate with. We’ve already booked a return trip.

A great spot for a bachelorette weekend on the lake! Beautiful cabin and location, great swimming right off the dock and easy access to the lake! Highly recommend, we had a great time! 😎

A little something for everyone in our family. We have three teens. My son enjoyed endless fishing off the dock, fishing from the kayak, and fishing from the pedal boat. Plenty of bass, bluegill, crappie, and even a small northern. The weather was perfect for the rest of us to swim and float around. Kids enjoyed jumping off the swim deck/float. Husband and dog enjoyed sitting in the shade on the deck and watching all the action. Fireplace area was perfect at night with nice big log swing. Mosquitos were aplenty but the tiki flame seemed to help. House was immaculate, beds were comfortable , and everything stocked and handy. No central air but the ceiling fan in the master bedroom helped a lot. Can’t say enough good things about the place. Check in was smooth and this was the best VRBO we’ve stayed in. Would love to return.

This cabin and the entire property was absolutely gorgeous. Cabin was clean and very comfortable, with spectacular views. The amenities offered were amazing , paddle board , peddle boats, kayak - and we rented the boat as well , which was in perfect condition. Our family had a blast! We will definitely be back, favorite Iron River cabin so far!

We stayed here for 2 nights on a motorcycle trip. It was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The beds were great, the kitchen was stocked with essentials, and same with the bathrooms. We’d recommend this to anyone, especially those wanting lakeside fun. There’s a beautiful pontoon for rent, a great dock and the water was clear and calm. We will return when we can stay longer. The property manager was a great communicator.

We had a fabulous fall stay at this perfectly appointed cabin! Beautiful views from the deck and nearly every room, especially the primary bedroom, which also has a very comfy bed. We loved the outdoor firepit area too. Communication with our hostess, cleanliness, amenities and even seasonal touches were excellent. The huge kitchen island was great for playing games and snacking and we watched several scary movies on the huge HDTV. We took a beautiful drive to Bayfield to visit the shops and found a few orchards still open too. We wish we could've stayed longer as we didn't get any fishing in, but clearly this is a perfect spot. We're looking forward to returning again!

Great fall weekend get away with 6 of us. The house has everything anyone could need. The view is just amazing! Wonderful firepit for late night campfires. The house is extremely clean, and cozy. The pontoon boat is a lovely way to see the chain of lakes. We will for sure be back and tell our friends about this gem in the woods!! Thank you for making our weekend so memorable!

This house was beautiful! Everything was so clean, comfortable and well stocked.. and the location on the lake was so perfect! I have rented many houses over the years and this is probably the nicest place I've stayed! The host was also very responsive. I will absolutely go back!

This was our second year here and it was very enjoyable both times! Great cabin, beautiful lakes, amazing fishing, and very relaxing!! Loved the campfire area and abundant firewood. The weather was gorgeous! We had the pleasure of meeting the host, Tanya, in person this visit. She was very pleasant and helpful! Highly recommend! Hoping to get back here again!!!!

The property was exactly as advertised. The house was very clean and well stocked for our needs. The outdoor spaces were wonderful. We really enjoyed the kayak and paddle board and the use of the pontoon was amazing! The lake access was easy (quite a few stairs but they were solid/safe). The area is beautiful- so much water access with the chain of lakes and good hiking a short drive away. Hosts were great- quick and easy communication for the whole process. 100% would stay here again!
