We liked the size of the room and kitchenette.
The hotel smelled really bad. I believe there were people smoking indoors. The door was dirty. Our key card did not work and we had to get it reprogramed a few times.

costa poco
nella camera manca posate e pentole, lo ho segnalato alla reception, ma nessuno mi ha risposto.
assolutamente inaccettabile anche la totale mancanza di pulizia delle camere, in 1 settimana mi hanno fatto la camera solo 1 volta

Breakfast was good. Had a lot of space in the room. Like having a kitchen area.
Closet space was small. Couch was uncomfortable with low areas.

We were asked for and received an extra hour for checkout. We were running in a race the morning we were leaving and needed the extra time to get cleaned up before we left. The location was great for our purposes. It was easy to get onto and off of the highway.

The only good thing about my stay was the cleaning of my room and the young lady that assisted me on my departure. She listened to all of my concerns and issues. The breakfast was horrible. It was poorly stocked and unsanitary. The breakfast staff was not available and unprofessional when she arrived. Cleaning staff on the phone in the breakfast area preparing her breakfast. Two of the three hand sanitizer stations were not working. The touchless trash dispenser was broken. staffer re-stocked our breakfast as we prepared it. Upon trying to notify her that it was ours, she rudely stated, "Well, I didn't know" and walked out of the breakfast area! I have never experienced these types of issues before! I experienced all of this just to leave being overcharged for an unsatisfactory stay.
The front desk staff was not at all helpful with my concerns. The option of an early check-in was not available. My request for an early check-in was not considered when preparing for my reservation check-in at 3 pm. My room was not ready at 3 pm and I had to wait 45 min to an hour for my room to get ready. While trying to check in at 3 pm the front desk staff made me wait until it was time for her to clock out after telling me she had to switch computers. She did this several times until the next Front desk attendant checked in and i still had to wait to get checked in. I had an issue with my room rate that I tried to have addressed before my arrival via phone call as well as when I arrived early and everyone just passed the buck. No one was able to address my concern even though there was alot of hotel staff just standing around. The hotel only appeared to have one staffer cleaning rooms (of which she did an awesome job cleaning my room). However, I could not watch local TV without the tv cutting off, there was low water pressure; had to wait for a thin stream of water to wet my towel, the a/c kept cutting off making the room extremely humid and uncomfortable. And to top it all off the breakfast and breakfast staff was horrible. The breakfast staffer was extremely rude and unprofessional. Breakfast was not stocked properly or sufficiently as well as a waffle mix dispenser was broken/not working. Upon notifying hotel staff that was on the phone and fixing her breakfast of the issue... she gestured that she could not speak English and that she was a housekeeper. The breakfast staffer appeared sometime later... I informed her of the issue and She rudely responded "it's not broken!" and proceeded to use her ungloved fingers to unclog the waffle mix dispenser! I commented about the lack of breakfast options and she rudely proceeded to pick up my traveling companion's breakfast that she was preparing and re-stocked it in the case.

The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was great! And the room exceeded my expectations.
The only thing that I wasn't pleased with was the water pressure. Stronger water pressure would've made an excellent shower. Also, would've made hand washing more pleasurable as well.

The room initially appeared clean, but then we realized that the bathroom floor was sticky. The hairdryer was not anchored properly to the wall and fell off. The room had an odd smell -- perhaps from the carpeting. The inside door lock had clearly been ripped off once, and the reinstalled one was falling off. The breakfast was lacking. The scrambled eggs were amazingly good, but the sausage was a morbid grey color. We were told that Sysco supply delivery was tardy. I'm baffled though that a hotel in the Dallas Texas area (where people drink sweetened iced tea morning noon and night) could not have tea or sugar.

its new
staff never cleaned my room during my stay. I requested my room be serviced everyday before leaving for work during our first week there. when I returned in the evening my room was not serviced. front desk staff (Brian in maintaince) told me I could leave when I became upset about my room not being serviced. Valerie in the front desk was not of help and Keland in front desk told me I could vacuum my own room using their vacuum cleaner. we cleaned our room and bathroom while we were there. on December 7, someone cleaned from housekeeping cleaned the bathroom once. it was a headache and nightmare staying there.

Made non refundable reservations for a room a week in advance and upon arrival room could not be found

Paid for a bigger room for 5 people 2 weeks or longer in advance but upon arrival my room was given away that day to someone else. We were out in a 1 bed room with a pullout and roller bed but there was no room to hang out so we only came to the hotel to sleep at night the whole stay. My family was pretty upset about it. And my family complained about the odor of cannabis. Probably won't ever use this service again. There's more to complain about but these things were the major issues I heard from everyone in my party.

“one” of the front desk clerks tried to accommodate us for our stay.
Well to start I traveled with my family to Texas for a graduation! We all booked threw booking.com and one also booked with Expedia needless to say neither one of us got the room that we booked which made our stay very uncomfortable. We had family that couldn’t stay at the hotel with us because of this problem. After speaking with front desk about it we were told it was nothing they could do about it until Monday unless we just wanted a refund all together! Staff blamed it on the websites they we chose to use and was very unbothered!
