Looks old and dirty.
First room had large mold/mildew stain on bathroom ceiling. It also smelled like old mop water was used to clean the bathroom. We asked to switch rooms. Next room was better but microwave was faulty.

The hotel is not in a tourist walking area, it is however conveniently located near DAL, and close enough to some touristy areas. We were there to alleviate our exhaustion after flights cancellations and tardiness. The staff was amazing, they even provided us with two toothbrushes and paste since our luggage was gone. The breakfast was very decent for a continental.

The location
Hotel was not cleaned. The building reeked of sewage as well as other smells. Blankets were ripped and smelled like smoke and did not smell clean

The beds where super comfortable

Nothing really
Terrible terrible place.
- My room smelled like cigarettes even though I paid for a non-smoking room.
- Their system mistakenly charged me for something that even the receptionist said she didn't know why it charged me. She promised I'd be refunded but it still isn't here.
- They had this in-room AC that was no joke as loud as a car engine. If not for noise cancelling headphones I don't think I would've been able to sleep.
- The sink water was coming out in drops. I eventually gave up and had to brush my teeth in the shower
Just all around terrible. Genuinely pissed I wasted money on this place...

24 reception and breakfast friendly crew
Towels not changed and lights too bright at night, room smelled little like cold smoke

The room was large. There was an elevator. The hotel answered all of my messages ( we ended up checking in very late, 1 am the next morning for various reasons on my end). The bed had a pillow top. Plenty of pillows and towels. Very pretty crystal chandelier in the entry way of the hotel. Deluxe breakfast. The sausages were good, the eggs OK. A coffee machine to choose boldness of coffee or hot water for tea. Internet fast enough for me, but not fast enough for our son. The room was clean. Enough hot water. It was 6 minutes from Love Field-Dallas. Amazingly cold air conditioning. We had to turn it a little bit warmer.
We were never in a hotel with 3 sets of drapes. Outside drapes just for show, sheers that stay in the middle, and small opaque drapes to block the light from the parking lot and give you privacy. I figured it out, my son and daughter in law did not. They couldn't sleep with the parking lot light and changed clothes in the bathroom for privacy. Maybe at check in you could tell people about the drapes. The parking lot didn't seem large enough. There were a couple of old stains on the carpet. No fruit juices for breakfast.

I arrived early as I asked the staff at 9 am but unfortunately there were not employees at the reception. there was a long queeu, and the checking started at 4.30 pm one hour and half late. Everybody was complaining about that really unforgettable

The location was good, close to the downtown. It was only $80 USD/night, so I wasn't expecting much anyway. Room was clean and the bed was comfy.
The receptionist was rude. The hotel had a really bad smell. The electrical plugs in the bathroom did not work, and as a result, I could not use the hairdryer. The shampoo bottle given was tiny, barely enough for one person, so please bring your own shampoo, conditioner, soap.

We did not use the breakfast.
The hotel front desk lady was very rude. Not helpful at all, except where to get dinner. We booked this hotel for the free shuttle to the airport but it only ran from 7am to 7pm, which was not listed on the website. Our flight was for 7am. The lobby smelled like sewage, the elevator smelled like dirty socks and the hallway to our room smelled like pot!!! It was gross.

When I walked into the room the light by the door closet was burnt out.
Lights from the vehicle shined directley into the room. I couldn't shut drapes.
sheets had a ass or blood stain on them. I slept on edge of bed.

I liked that is was close to the airport.
The cleanliness and the front desk staff attitude.

Nothing I liked about this hotel
It’s not clean the girl at the front desk was so slow and not professional the room was dirty and loud i want my money back
3.4
The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. We were upgraded a room when ours was not ready at check-in. The housekeeping staff we also friendly and very helpful when we caught them in the hallway needing to borrow a broom and dustpan. One of the housekeepers came to our room and swept up the mess for us.

The entire hotel smelled wonderful and relaxing
I asked for accessible room and was given regular room but was still great

The breakfast was the only decent thing at this facility.
The room we were given when we checked in wasn't clean. The bed wasn't made, trash hadn't been empty. The attendant on duty that evening was very apologetic and gave us a different room. The entire facility needs remodeled. Attempts to make repairs were done poorly.

I love that this place is so close to UTSOUTHWEST and convenient
The sofa bed was molded as was the mattress on sofa bed
shower tub was clogged
3.4
Lots of breakfast options, comfortable room
The hotel cant been Updated in awhile and it shows. There weren’t any usb ports in the room which left me unable to charge my stuff. It’s also right next to a big highway so it was pretty loud but most of Dallas is like that so it’s unavoidable.
3.4
The rooms are spacious
The attitude of the receptionist employees. Very unfriendly and not helpful.
3.4
Location to hospital
Bed very uncomfortable
