We absolutely loved staying here, Wayan and his family were very kind and accommodating. The whole place is maintained beautifully. It was a little piece of paradise.
It wasn’t the best location for a family with young children, we needed to use taxis daily to get where we wanted to go.

Great stay and great hosts 10/10

Very clean, full equipped kitchen, comfy beds, very good value for money
Some music from the gym next door, but with ear plugs no problem
3.5
Great value for money, lovely pool, shared spaces with kitchen to cook in etc. facilities were clean and most of the hosts were friendly. Great value if you’re on a budget!
Bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable and not enough bedding. The location wasn’t great - we’d often get waken up by the CrossFit gym classes next door from 6:30 in the morning that went until 8pm at night. Also feel bad for the poor chickens in tiny cages.

Really great value for money. I appreciate the little kitchen and how well maintained the pool area was. All basic needs were met - bed was good too. Friendly helpful staff. Nice area to walk through back streets and rice fields away from busy road. There is a good supermarket and bakery down the road to the left. ATM at bank to the right beside the Ascai Shop to the right. would stay here again.
There is a gym next door playing music, but it didn’t bother me. rooms have good sound proofing.

Very friendly and cosy place. Location is good, it's next to some of the busiest traffic areas but hidden away so it's not noticable. Very good value for money.

Rooms were very clean, aircon and wifi worked well and the owner was very helpful. Overall one of the best stays we had in Bali for such a cheap price.
Everything was perfect. Location is a bit further outside but since you cannot really walk in Canggu and need a scooter anyways that did not really bother us.

everything was perfect. a small oasis in the chaos of Canggu. wayan goes above and beyond in every aspect. this place is such excellent value - it’s the best budget accommodation I have ever stayed in

Perfect place to stay especially for a longer visit, I have been here for a month and it has been perfect. The family are so lovely and helpful. It feels like a home away from home. There is only 4 rooms here so it never feels overcrowded. Would definitely recommend!
Nothing, just bare in mind areas nearby can be busy and loud so if you are a light sleeper, I recommend ear plugs however it didn’t bother me in the slightest during my stay.

Really good location regarding to utility (not noise); ATM, clothes cleaner, pharmacy, supermarket and some shops nearby. Beach is a bit far though but still probably doable with motorbike (I went there by car) but know that traffic is quite bad in canggu. Staff is very helpful and nice. Bathroom was clean enough and the swimming pool was very nice.
The only drawbacks; it's next to a sporting center so you hear that start after about 7am and it ends at let's say 8pm. This does mean that you can sleep perfectly fine but can be annoying during the day if you care. Also the sheets had yellow stains on them, which might be because they're bamboo (?). But the sheets don't smell and are regularly washed.

It was a value for money accommodation and the hosts are very helpful
The lighting in the room is a bit dark

The owners are very polite and smiling people. They helped me to carry my heavy luggage case to my room, because there were too many steps on the territory to cross. Clean kitchen.
Extremely loud music from the neighboring gym starting from 7.30 am. Very small room and no wardrobe for clothes - just a narrow niche in the wall with a rail and 1 shelf. Very slow internet. The driver could not drive into the street where the guesthouse is located from the main road, so I had to roll my luggage case around 100 meters. The car access is from completely another side which is a bit hard to guess. The shower hose is at the height over 2 meters. I am 162 cm. I tried to get it and could not. I had to bring a chair to get it. Very noisy AC.

Handy and Putri are amazing hosts. They are eager to help and communicate well. Great location - walking distance to Pepito supermarket and a few gyms, and this area feels safe. Decent kitchen. As a solo traveller, there is a warmth to coming home and seeing the friendly faces of Handy's family and also the family pets :)
Music from the futsal stadium next door can get quite loud sometimes in the morning.

Very clean room at a really great price. The family was SUPER helpful in helping me get situated. SIM cards, food, and cafes are within walking distance, and the property is easy to find for GoJek drivers when you're coming and going.
You'll hear music from local gyms in the morning, but personally it didn't bother me very much.

Perfect location, great atmosphere, very good owner.
Everything was perfect!

Very friendly, clean, comfortable, nice pool, and amazing people.
Thanks for everything.
Loud in the day because of CrossFit wanderlust.
The dog at night can bark when someone come home, and that can wake you up.

But the host made sure everything worked out fine and ran well again, so that didn't really matter. The noise from the sport centre (as other guests disliked) didn't really bother us, even I was staying with my toddler; we all slept well. All in all, the premises was a good experience for people who want to stay at a real Balinese home.
A little hiccups in our arrival due to electricity cut.
