Fantastic on every level 😀

Very clean, comfortable beds so slept well, brilliant location, pool even better than expected with new clean sunbeds, well looked after grounds, nicely decorated apartment and well equipped. 1 minute walk to Superdino or 2 minutes to Spar supermarket. 5 minute walk to a beach. Or 2-3 mins to taxi rank to go to the grand playas beach and dunes national park (about €9 each way - just ask to go to Rui hotels). A short easy walk into the old town. 1 minute walk to pharmacy with private clinic a few yards around the corner - so very easy to get antibiotics for my son’s throat infection. Very efficient giving me paperwork immediately to claim on travel insurance. Also just 10-15 minutes walk from mini golf and dune buggy excursion office. Met at start by Vincenzo and showed into apartment. He was super helpful with any questions on whatsapp during our stay. Highly recommended.

The environment of the apartment building is neglected. It could be done very nicely though. The pool is cleaned every day, but since the environment is run down, it does not have a pleasant feeling.

Nice location, nice pool..... the rest was not great!

The location of the property was great as you did not need a car to get around as the shops, restaurants and beach were only a short walk away. For that I would give it 10/10 as it was wonderful. The pool was huge for a private complex and very deep. Unfortunately though it was very shabby in places and the there were hardly any sun loungers to use and most of them were broken. Plus there was cat excrement everywhere which just stunk all the time!

We stayed for a week at the beginning of September. From the day after we arrived we had to put up with workmen drilling from 7.30am in the mornings at the property next door. They were gutting the place to the bare brick and were literally in the room next door to our bedroom! They were so noisy, using jack hammers and we had never heard anything like it before. We left it a few days before contacting the owner Giusy as it was getting out of hand and to be honest, ruining our holiday. She did reply and said she would get the man who gave us the keys, Vincenzo, to look into the problem. The problem didn't really get resolved unless it was the weekend as the workman seemed to have the weekend off. It was very annoying but not much could be done. The next issue is that my son sat on one of the outside chairs, which was pretty flimsy, and then it collapsed and broke and he hurt himself as well as smashing a couple of glasses when it happened. I was really upset and angry about this so I contacted the owner again, who then ignored me and never replied. I then got an email from Booking.com telling me I was being CHARGED because the owner 'informed us that during your stay you have not followed their policies. They have reported damages to the accommodation for the broken chair, 2 glasses and the sofa bed'.... I was absolutely furious and very upset when I got this message as it looked like we had been abusing the owners apartment when we had not. The chair broke as it was made of cheap material. We are a family who have nothing but respect for people's properties. It was very upsetting. After that we then dealt with the man who manages the apartment and he tried to smooth it over with us but by then we were very angry and upset and just wanted to leave. All in all the whole experience was not nice and we would never return.

Would love to stay there again and hope for some peace next time.

Excellent location.spotless apartment,freshly decorated and furnished. Vincenzo very helpful.

No towel or linen change although washing machine included. Extensive construction work taking place throughout our stay,the only quiet day was Sunday.Tree felling taking place,under bedroom window and around pool area,chainsaws very loud and no chance to lay in on holiday. Noise was excessive.

Great central appartment

Great central appartment, had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Large pool. Walking distance to everything, loads of shops, restaurants and supermarkets within 2-3 minutes walk. Any question we had were answered straight away.

Very good location next to main shopping street with nice big pool in the garden. We got a key from apartment without compliication. Everything was perfect organised. We enjoyed our stay on the Fuerteventura very well.

we were to stay in the apartment, however it was not up to our standards and we therefore left.

The location of the property was good and the kitchen did have most everything you need

we were to stay in the apartment for 1 week from the 12th Feb to 19th however it was not up to our standards and we therefore left for the following reasons. 1. the balcony did not get much sun and it was not clean. I am aware that there were sand storms before we came but looking at other reviews the people renting the apartment left two day before we arrived and therefore ample time to clean it and I would not expect to go on holiday to clean. 2. the swimming pool has no sunbeds and therefore no where to sit around and relax and given there are no sunbeds on the beach this was very poor, this should be called out in booking.com. 3. the coffee table was broken and was very heavy and fell on my friends leg extremely dangerous and especially if you happened to have children with you 4. The bed in the front room the sheets were not fresh and were stained the bed also has a plastic cover on it which is not comfortable I understand covering the bed but I am sure it can be done more appropriately with some sort of covering that is nice to sleep on. 5. the outside of the apartment is very run down and while in another review you said it was in the process of being painted that was not evident and as well as that the shutters on the windows are falling apart and we were afraid to open them. We left the apartment on Thursday morning and I sent you a whatapp to tell you we left the keys and I called out point 1, 2 & 3 above in my message and you did not have the decency to respond. This is not good customer service. Follow our disappointment we took to read the reviews and it will never be a mistake we will make again, had we read them we would not have booked this apartment and it did not live up to the expectations of of the photos.

Pleasant, spacious apartment well-located for the fabulous Dunes and other areas of Fuerteventura.

It was a bright, spacious, nicely decorated apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. There were sea-view glimpses from the deck and it was a good location for groceries and access to waterfront walkway and beaches.

The local contact was not answering his phone, Fortunately we were able to hail a maid who let us in. We had no sheets on one of the beds, but this was rectified the same night. We had one dish cloth and one set of towels each, for six nights, and nothing was drying outside, so we had to ask for more towels. It would have been nice to have some cleaning products and garbage bags for a six-night stay. The coffee table fell apart. The deck and front steps need proper sweeping. The apartment is close to the beach but is not beachfront.

Very comfortable apartment in a central location

Great apartment! Very organised owner, who arranged keys/arrival times etc via whatsapp. The apartment has everything you could need. Its a short walk to bars and restaurants and its very quiet at night. There were 2 proper double beds as described, I'm 6 foot 4 inches tall, so the proper comfortable double bed was a highlight. The general decor is modern and clean. Theres loads of kitchen utensils & wardrobe space and the washing machine and drying rack prooved to be very handy. I parked out in the street and found a spot opposite the building very easily each day. Theres a hyperdino supermarket across the street thats open till late and a large fridge freezer for all your shopping. Theres a recycling container and bin opposite the apartment for the odd bottle (or two) you may have enjoyed.

I visited in January there were dust storms and rain, it was difficult keeping the dust out of the apartment.

Not a great value for the money

In general the property was nice and cosy. Clean and had everything you needed from cutlery to washing machine. The location was good, very close to the beach.

There was nowhere where to store luggage, as we arrived earlier. We had to walk around Corralejo with the bags. To get to the community pool, you had to go around the estate to the opposite site. Lack of air conditioning (it was very stuffy at night, as the place is small). Last thing, but so crucial, on our last day, there was no water! We could not have a shower before long travel back home :/ For that money… I think my list is too long here.

Absolutely Amazing apartment will be deffinetly booking it again. Five star accomodation from me.

Couldnt have picked a better place, from the location to the facilities it was perfect. The view from the apartment was perfect, well positioned for the beach, local shops and bars and eating establishments. I could Highly recomended this beautiful apartment. :)

There was nothing I didnt like, couldnt fault the facilities, everything was thought of inside. Only thing I didnt like was having to leave. :(
