Completely rennovated Ranch home on the southern tip of Easton Point. New roof, furnace, wiring (200 Amp), heating system, ducting, plumbing. New kitchen, living room, dining room, new Master bedroom suite and 2 other new bathrooms. All new appliances. Central A/C. Beautiful large deck with a Pergola, natural Gas grill, lounge chair and outdoor dining seating for 8. Beautifully landscaped property in a quiet neighborhood less than 200 yards from the Ocean. 10 minute walking distance to 1st and second beaches and a short drive to Newport center.

3 bedrooms - 1 King, 1 Queen and a room which can be configured as a king or 2 twins. Living room has a tiled accent wall with a linear fireplace and a 55" recessed flat screen TV. Finished basement with a family room and 65" flat screen TV, game room (with air hockey table) and a bathroom. Laundry on the 1st floor.

Fully furnished, eat-in kitchen supplied with all the basics and more: dishes, utensils, glassware, pots and pans, coffee maker (Keurig) etc. All linens, towels, blankets, comforters, bed bug protectors supplied for high season short term renters and optional for longer term winter rentals.

We had a great week at 19 White Terrace! The house was very clean and the location could not have been better. Beaches to walk to and lots of good restaurants within walking distance as well. Chuck, the owner, was super helpful providing a thorough pdf with loads of recommendations for restaurants and things to do! He also suggested the Cliff Walk and the reed elephant exhibit which was incredible!

A meticulously cared for home that provides guests with a more than comfortable stay. Seascape is located in a quiet and perfectly situated neighborhood to both beaches and many things to do. Guests' needs are anticipated in every amenity and it is clear the thought and care that has gone into every aspect of this home. Clean and well-kept, this "home away from home" is the perfect place to relax and escape life's routine.

A beautiful home close to everything and the beaches. 4 adults and one child stayed here and it was very comfortable and accommodating. Everything was clean and updated. The fireplace was a nice touch as well as the heated toilet seat! The location of this home is top notch. We really enjoyed traveling from florida to stay here and enjoy the beauty of Newport.

We’ve stayed at a number of VRBO’s in Middletown over the years and this one was our favorite. Great location, close to 2nd beach with an open yard and plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean and we all slept wonderfully in the beds and sheets provided. The AC works great and was a nice touch upon returning back from a long day at the beach.

The property was wonderful. The house is pristine and well appointed. The location is amazing. A short and relaxing bike ride to all of the beaches and nature preserves. Also close enough to Newport’s mansions and cliff walk. The garden is beautiful with a very nice composite deck, lots of hydrangeas and even a “chuckle patch” of daisies (for those of a certain age hailing from the nyc tri state area). The twin beds in one of the bedrooms are separable but we didn’t find any twin sheets so if you want to separate the twin beds you may want to bring your own (unless we just couldn’t find them - it wasn’t a big deal for us, our kids just slept on the combined bed). All in all a wonderful summer get away!

Everything was great from start to finish. The hosts are very communicative and provided lots of information to help with the stay. The house is extremely comfortable and clean and has a beachy feel to it. The location is perfect. Very close to Newport and the beaches. My family and I had a wonderful vacation to celebrate my wedding.

Fully renovated, sparkling clean house close to 1st and 2nd beach!

This great little house was recently updated and has all of the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable and entertaining. The central AC is strong enough to win over the hottest days, and the huge flat screen Smart TVs make movie nights with the kids a true hit! You can walk to numerous paths that take you directly to the ocean, and it’s exaclty 1.1 miles from the main entrance to Sachuest (2nd) beach (walkable or a short bike ride). Uber/Lyft rides to / from Thames St are typically $8-15 depending on the time of day, which is cheaper than what most parking lots would charge. The house has a composite deck and front porch with plenty of seating for meals or just hanging out with friends. The beds are all queens and have good quality bedding. The finished basement has an air hockey table and another huge flat screen TV (great for occupying kids while adults hang out). The 3 full baths are all new and very clean. We loved this house and will be back next summer for the third year in a row!

The house was great! It was updated nicely and very clean. There was a detailed book for any questions one might have or suggestions on places to go. Our family stayed here in May for a wedding nearby and it was a great place to come back to in between all the wedding festivities. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Had a great stay to celebrate 5th wedding anniversary with my wife, myself, and our 3 year old. House was in great condition and nicely appointed. Was cute quiet neighborhood and short walk to beaches, coffee shops, and some restaurants. Backyard was nice in the afternoon too, enjoyed relaxing on the deck getting late day sun. Would highly recommend.

The house was recently remodeled and looks gorgeous and clean. We had some issues with the breakers in the front bedroom tripping frequently but it was resolved by flipping the breaker. We called the owner and they are getting it fixed. The bedroom behind the garage is a little warm so we had to sleep with windows open. It would be great if there are more beach towels and towels for the kitchen. Otherwise, we had a fabulous stay and would love to return. The house is well appointed and very relaxing! I highly recommend this house!

We had a really nice time renting this home with our family. The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay easy and relaxing. We enjoyed being out on the deck, in the yard and hanging on the porch. The location is great and so close to second beach. It's also just minutes to downtown Newport. This house is newly renovated and has a lot of great amenities. We loved the close proximity between Easton (1st) beach and Sachuest (2nd) beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and great for families. The two large flat screen TVs (one on main floor and one in finished basement) are loaded with entertainment apps, and the central air makes for a super-comfortable climate inside during sleeping and hang-out times. The washer/dryer are new, as are the kitchen appliances. The game room and Wii in the finished basement made for some fun times as well! We loved our stay at White Terrace and definitely plan a return!

We rented the house for Memorial Day weekend and were upfront that it was my wedding and there would be guests at the house on Sunday while we get ready. The house was great all weekend, fully renovated and in a great location. However, on Sunday I got texts and emails from the owner saying the neighbors were complaining about cars being at the house, a dog stopping by for less than 5 minutes, and my bridal party bus waiting for us out front. PLEASE NOTE - this is a good family house but do not rent if you are a wedding party or will have more than 3 cars. The neighbors will complain and you will be contacted many times. Chuck is a great host and I would recommend this rental for families or small groups.

We stayed here for the month of February 2018 and it was one of the nicest places we have stayed. The owners were terrific and have thought of everything down to the most comfortable beds immaginable. This location is close to everything - great restaurants, beaches within walking distance and a quiet street. The home is comfy and cozy with lots of great light. This is well worth your stay. It has everything you need. Don't let it get away from you. You will love it.

Our family has stayed at other homes in Middletown, and this was far and away the nicest. The kitchen was impeccable; the fireplace was really lovely, the master suite was perfect.......really a gorgeous home. One of the other aspects that sets it apart is all of the little things------there are USB chargers with the outlets, the kitchen drawers are well organized, all of the baths have separate detachable shower heads, etc. Chuck and Debbie were sweet and helpful. We'll be back!!!!

We have rented from Chuck and Debbie at their other properties in Middletown (also wonderful), but this was our first time staying at this newly renovated house. It is simply gorgeous! The house is immaculate, the backyard is beautiful, and there is a completely finished basement with air hockey table for the kids! Chuck and Debbie also put together a wonderful book with recommendations for local restaurants, activities, beaches, etc. Truly, one of the best spots we've ever rented! We will definitely be back this summer!
