ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
From the moment you step in through the front door, you will realise why Diamond View Retreat is so special. With wall to ceiling windows, Diamond View Retreat makes the most of Queenstown’s picture-perfect scenery.

Opposite the entrance way is the open plan kitchen and lounge. The contemporary kitchen with its large breakfast bar has every you need for preparing your holiday meals. The lounge boasts incredibly comfortable seating with a large flat screen TV. To the left of the entrance are two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, and washer and dryer.

The picturesque deck completes the setting with a BBQ and outdoor furniture. The spacious master bedroom has its own ensuite and dazzling views. Watch the sun set or rise from the comfort of your own bed.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
The bedrooms are adjacent and all on one level providing warmth throughout. There are 3 bedrooms as follows:
Master Bedroom:1 King (2 x singles on request)
Bedroom 2: 1 King (2 singles on request)
Bedroom 3: 2 Singles (do not make a King)

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

You will have access to the entire home.

The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.

Diamond View Retreat is conveniently situated between downtown Queenstown and the abundance of shopping in Frankton. You’ll have good access to skiing, boating, golf, shopping and the airport. Private, yet convenient to Queenstown’s attractions and amenities.

There is off street parking at the property plus Uber, taxi and bus options in and around Queenstown.

Nearby you have Sherwood which has everything from fresh seasonal food with their own kitchen gardens. They also have yoga, pilates and meditation as well as live music and more. Certainly worth checking out if you want something right on your doorstep.
House Rules & Rates:
- For reservations that are outside of 14 days to arrival will only require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is then due 14 days prior to arrival.

This 3 bed 2 bath was the perfect choice for our family. It's close to city center, airport, grocery store, and many of the attractions. The pictures online do not do the view justice. Kitchen-- there were plenty of dishes, utensils and cooking gear. Myself and my daughter are celiac, therefore, going out isn't always an option. Everything worked tip top during our stay. Living room-- Spacious with enough room to spread out. There was a couch and 2 recliners that were all in great shape and not worn out. It was wonderful to have this space after a long day of hiking. Also the entire back wall is glass with constant views of the lake and mountains. Outdoor deck-- views for days. Plenty of outdoor seating. We did not use the grill. Bedrooms-- spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, sheets were clean. The master also had views of the lake and mountains. My daughter stayed in the other room with the queen bed and stated the bed was comfy. We did not use the room with the twin beds. Bathrooms-- sufficient space. Great water pressure in the showers. Neighborhood-- very quiet area. Rarely saw neighbors. It isn't walkable to city center, however, there is a bus stop not too far away. We rented a car. Communication with owner was quick, professional, and accommodating. The instructions on how to get in, use appliances, and where to find things was appreciated and accurate. Overall, I'd fully recommend this property.

Amazing views, and a great location. Close to airport, Frankton, and city center. We stayed here the longest during our overseas trip and it was a decision I’m glad we did not regret!

We stayed three nights and very much enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, a great location, and had wonderful views! We loved waking up in the morning to incredible views of the mountains and lake outside the floor to ceiling windows. The terrace was a lovely spot to have coffee in the mornings. The only complaint we had was that there was a very strong cleaning product smell that dominated the condo. We were able to mitigate some of it by opening the terrace doors to air things out.

This property was beautifully appointed with spectacular views. The amenities were outstanding and it was a wonderful place to spend our final three days in New Zealand. Highly recommend!
