My family and friends had such a wonderful time! We were a mixed group of friends and family varying in age from 3-78 years old, and everyone was comfortable and content. Deborah went above and beyond, and was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

We needed a place to stay over our daughter’s wedding weekend at the Stone Manor Boutique. This property was lovely. I was able to sit on the front porch in between activities and take a deep breath to relax. The host was very responsive. The king bed is VERY comfortable. In fact, we slept better here than we do at home. We would love to come back. This is such a neat area. Between the history, nature, and vineyards, there is so much to explore.

Ideal location for walking into town and hiking. Very clean spacious home. Beautifully landscaped property two blocks from a great bakery. Check in and check out is a breeze and host provided helpful restaurant and local recommendations. We were able to walk out back door and directly onto several hikes with our kids (Maryland Heights, Virginius Island). Highly recommend and would stay again,

Our experience with Point of View was 5 star from the booking through our departure. Our host, Deborah, was very responsive and provided excellent detailed information about the property and the surrounding area. Her home contained essential amenities in spacious and comfortable rooms, and was a perfect location for a walk to town or the stepping off spot for any number of hikes. We hope to return again soon!

The house is charming and kept up well. The back screened in porch was an unexpected delight. We spent many hours there.
Good length walking distance to town one way and the Barn the other way for evening entertainment.
House was clean , kitchen modern, highly recommend. You will enjoy your stay.

The property is elegant and a little spooky. I'm glad we didn't read the guest book too early in the stay.

The house was a wonderful place for our family to spend a long weekend together - hiking, biking and spending time together. Very comfortable and within walking distance of everything - but wear your walking shoes - Washington Street is steep!!! The hosts were incredibly responsive when we needed gas for the gas grill - had a new bottle within minutes. Highly recommend this property!!!

Our team LOVES the decor (homey, quirky, one of a kind!). Great spaces for groups to gather (dining room, living room, screened porch, backyard). Highly recommend this place! The host is so so helpful, responsive, and kind. Will stay here again!

Great house, great location
It is a beautiful house and well kept. The bedrooms are all very nice. It is on a quiet side street that is peaceful. You can walk into Harpers Ferry and Bolivar from the house making it very convenient. I would rent this house again.

Lovely home
The home is historic, yet with very modern kitchen and bathrooms. Beautifully decorated and clean. Our group was two couples and had plenty of space. Certainly spacious enough for three couples or a family. We enjoyed the front porch rockers; there is also a nice back patio with table and grill, though we did not use. The Lower Town of Harpers Ferry is close in distance to walk, though very steep. Overall, would highly recommend this property.

A fantastic, cozy, comfortable, and clean property in Harpers Ferry
We rented this home for my family's Thanksgiving dinner celebration and were tremendously satisfied with it. The house is extremely clean and has a comfortable, cozy antique vibe with all the modern conveniences one would expect. The house is well-stocked with everything anyone needs to cook, entertain, and relax. Beds are comfy, as are the antique chairs and couches. Within walking distance to town and the property owner was friendly and helpful. Just a lovely experience all around, we can't wait to return!

The rental was beautiful and one of the best appointed VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed at. We love cooking as a family and everything was available.

Being through trail bikers, we had to negotiate uphill to the property. The difficulty was well rewarded with a Beautiful Neighborhood and great accommodations.

The Harpers Ferry house blends history with updated functionality. The kitchen and bathrooms have all the amenities you need. It is in walking and biking distance of the tow path and restaurants. The best part of the trip was sitting on the front porch. The host was easy to reach and very accommodating.

Fun place, great location
What a great place, a great mixture of old world charm with new world amenities. Our group came to Harper's Ferry for fishing and a quick visit to the casino in Charles Town. Both of which are near by. The house met/exceeded our needs. Plan on returning again in the future.

Where do I begin to describe our experience at this beautiful Victorian home? Four ladies used this house as our base to explore around several of the historic towns nearby. Although the house has the look and feel of a bygone era, it has all of the modern amenities--well appointed kitchen, great air conditioning, and nice bathrooms. It has 2 large porches, as well as a smaller side sitting area and a large table and chairs in the area near the grill. We didn't cook while we were here, but everything was provided if we had chosen to cook. Although the house has several outdoor sitting areas, we spent every morning and evening on the front porch. Although we couldn't see the Potomac from the porch, we could hear the peaceful sound of the rivers merging. We saw fireflies at night and even saw deer 2 different evenings. I would strongly encourage anyone who stays here to save time each day to enjoy the front porch. You can walk 3 blocks behind the house and access the Appalachian trail. If you are in better than average physical shape, you can walk to the lower town and the Jefferson Rock. We were not in such good shape (could have walked down, but not back up), so we drove down and parked, then walked to Jefferson Rock and the shops from there. The location of the house is just as nice as the great amenities. We made day trips to Antietam, Gettysburg, Winchester, Berkeley Springs, and Charles Town. Even though the house was all we imagined and more, the best thing about the house is the host and hostess, Zan and Deborah. Although the pictures on the website accurately describe the house, a picture cannot describe our hosts. I have stayed in many VRBO homes and have never had a host and hostess who even came close to them. Zan stopped by the first day to introduce himself and make sure we had everything we needed. I texted a couple of times during the week and received an immediate response. We looked forward to seeing him and chatting a few minutes each morning as he walked their little dog. If we are in this area again, we will definitely stay here again!
