Plain and a little run down, but they are actively renovating and replacing furniture right now, and that will help a lot. Very nice staff. I would stay again!

This was my second time at this hotel/motel. Like the first stay, the room was clean with lots of clean towels in the bathroom. All of the rooms have a good size refrigerator so you can empty your cooler for the night. The ice maker in the lobby works so you can add a little ice to your cooler in the morning. After a good nights sleep, soap and shampoo are provided for your shower. The free breakfast is really good. There is something for everybody there. There is a waffle maker, a buffet with egg patties, sausage patties,great bisquits and gravy. If you don't like any of that there are mini danish,mini bagels, yogurt, cold cereal, hot cereal, apples or oranges,apple juice, orange juice and , of course hot water for tea or coffee. On the down side,this motel, like all other motels like it,could be a little noisy due to the basic construction of it.However, the front desk, both stays, did a good job of spacing out the tenants so that the noise factor was little or none, quite unlike a Motel 8 that i stayed at in Leominster, Mass where me and my neighbors could share conversations through the paper thin walls. On this second stay the AC/heating unit was a little bit noisier than the first stay but still in the acceptable range, once again, quite unlike the Motel 8 wher the AC was very noisy and I had to run the AC on max so that I could get the room cold enough so that I could shut the beast off when I went to sleep.

Hotel closest to National Park, right off highway. Fortunately my riom faced parking lot so quiet. Room a little small but clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Ice machine was broken. Front desk provided ice upon request but not sure how many people knew. Only down side is no restaurants within walking distance. Restaurants a distance away

Good: service by the front desk at check in and assistance by staff during our stay. Poor: filthy windows and corridor carpets, room smelled like cigarette smoke and was “musty “, no elevator. High price given the very basic amenities and poor condition.

It was surprisingly good and a great value. Staff was very friendly at desk and at breakfast. Even had a workout room. One of the better complementary breakfast I encountered on the CNO Trail. Highlyrecommend and I would return.

Highly recommend this property for everything to see at Harpers Ferry and surrounding area. The Hotel had everything we needed. The Staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. It is walking distance (30 mins) to the Town where there are restaurants, shops etc. It is hilly though and not particularly easy walking. Drive and pay $20 for parking at National park visitors centre and trips on bus for an easier option.

Great basic hotel for staying in Harper's Ferry, walkable to the town. Friendly staff and useful bike wash area at parking racks at the hotel - they even had a small towel for drying my bike! Free basic breakfast. For one night whilst biking the trails, was perfect!

I was here on my way to visit a few attractions in Harpers Ferry WV. It was overall a pleasant stay, the front desk reception was very polite in conversation with her. Room was clean. The carpet in Some parts looked a little on the older side but I would stay here again.

Short walk to historic sites, or catch the transit shuttle that runs hourly through town with pickups at the hotel. Would return. Common areas see alot of foot traffic from hikers on the Trail, but rooms clean.

Nicely surprised about this hotel. Simple, but more that adequate place, very good breakfast, tea and coffee around the clock, washing machine, exercise room and staff with a wide smile. Convenient for access to Harper's Ferry, you can even walk there on the Appalachian Trail.

Very friendly, helpful staff, big clean room with everything as stated, very conveniently located to visit Harpers ferry historical area. Breakfast had a lot of variety, but it would be nice to have whole milk plain yogurt.

Checked in, went to downton Harpers Ferry (Beautiful) came back to the room and the TV would not connect, we were told to disconnect from the box and plug back in, which we done at least 4 times and then gave up. So we had no TV in our room, which reall sucked :(

The Quality in was easy to get in and out but watch out they steep driveway and it’s really hard to see on coming traffic left or right when you exit. The room was okay but the windows and screen were filled with bugs and spider webs. Air units and windows are probably still original from day 1. Staff was great and helpful.

The room was a little “dated” but very clean and well kept, location was very covenient to everything. The entire staff was very polite and catered to our every need, my wife lost an ear ring and Debbie (from the cleaning staff) helped look for it, she asked several times if we had found it and she found it right after we left, they called us and we went back for it. I would definitely recommend this inn.
