Would recommend to others because of view

Beautiful view. We were able to enter the property in the early hours of the morning as owner was very helpful

Tolles Erlebnis in einer Höhle zu übernachten.

Besonders gut hat uns die außergewöhnliche Höhle und die Einrichtung gefallen. Es war toll dort übernachtet zu haben.

Es waren keine Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort verfügbar.

An interesting experience but some limitations.

The location just inside the historic sassi area was good. The room was (interestingly) located totally inside a cave and was well illuminated. There was a good view from the terrace,

There was no window and consequently the room was a bit dank. The room lacked a few amenities e.g. two pillows, no safety bars in the shower, no soap holder. no towel hooks. The breakfast was more limited than at other comparable priced hotels.

Outstanding boutique hotel perfectly located to access both new and old Matera. Highly recommended!

This was an extremely nice hotel! We went with 7 people, including two elderly relatives. The hotel was able to meet all of our needs to make sure that the older people's needs for less stairs and private rooms were met. The receptionist was very kind and willing to go the extra mile to help us out. The breakfast was outstanding. The recommended parking garage was easy to walk to and very secure. We booked three rooms and each one was very comfortable and well-appointed with a great bed and a very nice bathroom that had excellent water pressure and modern fittings.

Sarebbe bello aggiungeres ciabattine monouso, essendoci ideomassaggio e doccia a parte , non è una critica ma un semplice suggerimento☺️

Szuper helyen, elképesztő kilátással nagyon exkluzív apartmant kaptunk. Reggeli minden édes olasz finomsággal elkápráztatott.

Nehezen lehet megtalálni - mint mindent ebben a negyedben. Sajnáltuk, hogy nem barlangos lakosztályt kaptunk.

Colazione molto buona, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Il materasso troppo morbido per i miei gusti personali, stanza non eccezionalmente silenziosa, perché nelle ore cruciali il movimento alla reception (attaccata alla camera) si sentiva tutto.

A cave in the heart of the Sassi.

The room was comfortable and the shower was great.

Frustrating to locate. Staff could have been clearer with locations. i was frustrated on arrival and the joy was kicked out of me. Not the kind of warm hospitality I was expecting. No view from the room unless you open the door.

Highly recommend.

The views were amazing. The room was keeping the grotta vibes but in a modern and minimalist style. Maria Luisa was very helpful providing us information about were to park for free and local recommendations.

The bed wasn't bad , however we didn't really find it quite comfortable.

Matera… i sassi!

La location è unica!!! Anna è stata strepitosa, prima inviandoci ogni sorta di info per trovare la camera ( perché è un hotel diffuso) oltre a tutte le info per visitare al meglio Matera, poi accompagnandoci personalmente, cosa non prevista perché arrivando tardi avevamo già tutto per fare un self check in.

La camera essendo nel tufo era particolarmente umida.. ma per una notte é stata un’esperienza incredibile.

Una struttura magnifica in un luogo dove il tempo si é fermato

La camera é molto bella e molto ampia, comprende una vasca, TV, un divanetto e un frigobar. Il bagno (con ampia doccia) é molto bello e molto pulito. La camera é dotata di un deumidificatore in quanto, essendo nei sassi, altrimenti sarebbe molto umida.

Vi é poco ricircolo d'aria non avendo finestre ed essendo così umida, non la prenoterei per soggiorni prolungati ma per due notti é andata benissimo.

Nagyon jó helyen lévő szállás, a superior szobák rendkívüliek, standardot nem szabad foglalni.

Nagyon nehéz a szállásról nyilatkozni, mert különböző stílusú szobák vannak. Ahhoz képest, amit foglaltunk, mi nem kaptuk meg a szobákat. A szuperior szoba rendkívüli, aki Materaban jár csak ilyet foglaljon. A standard teljesen átlagos. Nekünk egy problémánk volt, hogy mivel családdal voltunk nem egy helyen voltak a szobák. A reggeli a klasszikus olasz reggeli.

Nem tetszett, hogy nem tudták azokat a szobákat biztosítani, amit foglaltunk, illetve hogy a család nem egy helyen volt. A szobák színvonala , felszereltsége nagyon különböző.

Il posto è bello ma la camera invivibile. Meno male che siamo stati un solo giorno.

Camera con una porta ingresso a vetro con uno scuro senza una tendina. Conseguenza o stare al buio o alle mercé di chiunque passava dalla strada. Nessuna finestra. Bagno senza una porta divisoria solo due scalini. Notte fredda perché verso le 11,30 il calorifero si è spento riaccendendosi solo alle sette. Lampadina fulminata. Comodini fatti da due sgabelli. Nessun appoggio per la valigia solo un tavolino con due sedie. Armadio aperto con 4 grucce. Bollitore in camera con due bustine di The. Senza caffè o altro. Una grande delusione. Le foto e recinzioni non rispecchiano la realtà. Infine colazione normale. Unico punto a favore la gentilezza della proprietaria e della ragazza della colazione. Ma non compensa il resto. Non ci torneremo. Assicurato.

Suggestiva location nel Sasso Barisano

Posizione centrale all’interno del Sasso Barisano. La sistemazione è, a tutti gli effetti una grotta, quindi se siete claustrofobici meglio dirigersi verso un’altra sistemazione (non ci sono finestre). Ad ogni modo zero problemi di umidità, grazie anche alla presenza di un deumidificatore. La sistemazione è estremamente suggestiva, ampia e dotata di una vasca da bagno in un ambiente a sé. Tutti i particolari sono molto ben rifiniti. Il personale è molto disponibile.

Può sembrare strano, dato che abbiamo soggiornato dal 4 al 6 gennaio, ma la notte faceva veramente caldo, in quanto il deumidificatore getta aria calda… e purtroppo i condizionatori non si possono utilizzare in quanto d’inverno, così ci è stato spiegato, hanno solo la funzione “caldo”. La colazione è alquanto spartana, almeno per il livello generale della struttura (considerati anche i costi…), e servita in una saletta piccola. Talmente piccola che l’ultimo giorno non c’erano posti a sedere.

Perfekte Lage mit bester Aussicht in der Unterkunft ‘Aria’!

Leider ist die Matratze des Bettes sehr weich und wie es sich anfühlte in der Mitte total durchgelegen. Das war das einzige, was nicht super war. Sehr schade, da wirklich alles andere geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Eine neue Matratze muss wirklich her!

Nice stay in Matera

Situated at the begging of Matera and easy to access. Cinzia was extremely helpful, informative and obliging upon arrival. The room was of a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was very nice.

Our particular room had no windows due to its positioning within the rocks. Otherwise nothing negative to comment about.

Struttura suggestiva, accogliente e calda. Vista la.posizione tra o I sassi nn è molto agevole arrivare ma comunque fattibile.

Unica pecca, colazione troppo tardi se si va per lavoro (open 8,15) e da migliorare perché poco varia. I croissant freddi e mancano le marmellate confezionate.

Ottimo soggiorno nel cuore dei sassi di Matera.

Zona Sassi di Matera. Camera spaziosa, arredamento moderno con originale tetto a cupola. Appartamento dotato di riscaldamento autonomo, aria condizionata, TV, piccolo frigorifero. Pulizia eccellente, prodotti per l' igiene personale. Colazione abbondante con ottimi prodotti : dolci, salati, caldi e freddi. Camera "aria" con vista spettacolare sui sassi di Matera e il parco della Murgia. Bellissima terrazza comune con tavolini e sedie da usufruire nei mesi più caldi. La gentilezza e la disponibilità di Rosalba hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Immediate vicinanze luoghi d' interesse della città. Soggiorno più che confortevole.

L'emplacement, la gentillesse de l'hôte, la qualité du petit déjeuner, la chambre était vraiment top et conforme aux photos, superbe salle de bain. Super rapport qualité prix.

Une chambre très jolie sous les pierres, propre. Une très bonne literie et une grande douche très agréable.

Assez sombre car pas de fenêtre. La porte qui donne directement sur la rue. La matin des gens se sont trompés, ont cru que c'était la pièce du petit déjeuner et ont essayé de rentrer (sans succès)

All'altezza delle aspettative.

L'organizzazione per l'arrivo è stata precisa e senza ritardi. La camera era davvero spettacolare (camera Ghiaccio). La posizione era perfetta per girare i Sassi di Matera. La colazione era davvero ben organizzata, nonostante lo spazio ristretto. Le informazioni ofrnite al momento del check in coprivano qualsiasi esigenza: ristoranti, attività e spostamenti.

Onestamente non mi viene in mente nulla. Come detto sopra, era tutto ben organizzato.
