Comfortable room in a great location with excellent breakfast!

Wonderful location! Next to countless stores and restaurants. Very comfortable bed and an excellent AC. The room had a beautiful view of the courtyard. Breakfast options were great and the service flawless. Would recommend this location without hesitation.

If you’re excited about the swimming pool, I’m sad to note that it didn’t look particularly clean. I didn’t care for it, personally, and later saw kids swimming in it, so there’s that!

Ok, a bit expensive since real service did not match advertisement. Picture a bit misleading from actual room.

Customer service. Deco. Location.

Pool was dirty, not just leaves, and was told that temp would be a bit crispy not cold. Room had no privacy shades, people could see through the window outside in.

Exceptional

Very helpful and friendly front desk staff who connect with guests in an authentic way making stay pleasant and hassle-free in English or Spanish. Excellent location for Uber pick-up and drop-off directly in front of the hotel. Hotel security with intercom and locked front door works very well once you locate the outside intercom on the street for the first time.

Internet can be somewhat inconsistent throughout the day. Breakfast, while included and fresh and well-prepared, is limited for those requiring/desiring items e.g. oatmeal, fruit, baked goods or yogurt. Both Waffle House and Starbucks are close by, however, for those so inclined. Fabulous ice cream store across the street and two doors down. Perhaps, TOO close by for those of us with limited will power? Room balconies, breakfast terrace and large garden patio all well-tended and easy on the eye. Comfy sofa and chairs in living room style lobby offer welcome respite in-between local explorations and and adventures. Water pressure excellent in a reasonably large bathroom.

Overall good! Need new mattress

Location is excellent. I didn’t have breakfast , I can’t have you an opinion

Mattress was uncomfortable, one side was lower then the other one. If you don’t like the room you stuck with it, so be wise! No elevator, I have a knee problem and I was on the top floor, no rooms open, no elevator!! I manage! But ask first!!

We can’t wait to revisit! What a great place and location and service.

The service was amazing. The staff was helpful and friendly and our server for breakfast spoke clearly and fabulous English. A pleasure to have a conversation with. It is an eclectic boutique hotel and I would recommend others to stay. We have found our hotel when we visit and will be staying many more times.

Parking was far away, however it was included in hotel price. So this we understand isn’t fixable because Of location. The hotel frontage should be left available for guests to unload and not for restaurant parking of other locations. Still excellent.

You get what you pay for

The location is fantastic - easy to access the center of Tlaquepaque. The hotel was nicely decorated. I felt that it was very worth the price (especially with breakfast included).

The room that I was staying in was quite noisy. While the staff was kind, it seemed like they didn’t want to go out of their way for the comfort of the guests (example: I have visible mobility issues, and the staff saw me struggling with my bags without offering assistance). The night receptionist was sleeping on the couch in the lobby.

Wonderful Staff!

Staff was very kind and helpful, they allowed us to check in slightly early and helped us get a taxi when we departed. Breakfast was very tasty, water pressure in the bathroom was great. Clean room and very comfy bed. Great location, close to all the nearby attractions!

That it was clean, safe and it was close to everything., it had a wonderful patio to visit. Great breakfast and wonderful staff. They were very helpful.

The employees were very kind, and helpful. The room was very comfortable as well.

The wifi connection went in and out randomly, couldn’t ever establish a connection.
