About this apartment rental

Quaint 1900 s carriage house 2BR/1BA apartment on historic Shore road in Ogunquit. Just steps to famous Perkins Cove with artsy boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and art galleries.

Each room has a queen bed, dresser and closet. It has an open concept Living/Dining/Kitchen area, which overlooks the pool, located on the property. It is equipped with washer and dryer and dishwasher.

Park your car for the week and enjoy our charming little town by foot. If you get tired just hop on the trolley.

There is plenty to do nearby or you can relax and read a book by the pool.

We walked to Perkins Cove, we walked the Marginal Way, we walked all the way into town. Having a parking spot and a pool was great! My husband, our college-aged daughter, and I would definitely stay here again. The airy 2nd floor apartment was relaxing and met all our needs. Thank you!

The carriage house was perfect for our family of three. Loved open concept living areas with so many windows overlooking the yard and pool. The pool was such a nice treat coming from the beach or on not-so-great beach days. The place was clean and host was super responsive the few times we needed something. Great location one mile from downtown, with plenty of restaurants in between, and just a few minutes from Perkins Cove / Marginal Way.

This is our third time staying at Boriana’s property but first time staying in the carriage house. The carriage house was spacious for our family of four. The grounds are beautiful & the pool is a wonderful addition especially with little ones. You truly can't beat this location. Easy walk to Perkins Cove. Boriana and her husband are very accommodating & responsive. We can't wait for our stay again next June.

We had a great week in Ogunquit in Perkins Cove. Pros - This property is in a great location. Super walkable to the Perkins Cove shops, restaurants, and the Marginal Way. It's less than a mile in to town where there are more things to do with sidewalks to use so you don't have to take your car and pay for parking. The apartment is clean and well-furnished. The bathroom is newly renovated and spacious. Question on parking was answered quickly by property owner. Things to know - This is a second floor unit. Property is located next to a popular restaurant, and four of the mornings there were trucks delivering at 7am.

Heard about this place from a friend and it was just great in every way. Perfect place for my friend and I to stay, and the location near Perkins Cove but also walking distance into town just can't be beat. Rick and Boriana are lovely folks and we're already looking forward to a return visit.

Our family had a wonderful stay for our annual week vacation in OGT. Having the pool as a post beach activity was so great for the kids. A short walk away from Perkins Cove, the location was great. My only tip would be to bring a baby gate for active little ones as there is a set of stairs to get up to the second floor unit.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Walking distance to almost everything, even for kids. The pool was a great addition also. We would definitely recommend to friends and family. The owner’s restaurant was next door and the food and atmosphere was excellent.

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend with our 6mo old baby and had the best time. The cottage was exactly as pictured, and location was perfect - the town was great to walk with a stroller and we barely needed our cars. Hosts were very communicative and such a pleasure. Pool area was a great outdoor space to relax. Would love to come back.

The apartment was adorable and very comfortable. The owners met us at check in and were the nicest couple. The location was central to Perkins Cove and main part of town to walk. We’ve been to Ogunquit several times before but this was by far the best visit. We had the pool and perineal garden view that gave us a private feel with covered bistro seating for sipping a glass of wine during the rain showers. Will definitely come back again!

The Carriage house is such a lovely and quaint place to stay. My family enjoyed it immensely; it was the perfect size for a couple and a teen. Very clean, host was very attentive to any of our needs. The dryer stopped working and it was fixed the very next day. As stated, the location right down by Perkins Cove is IDEAL. there is so much to do within walking distance. If we return to this location, I would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a perfect stay at Boriana and Rick's carriage house apartment steps from Perkins Cove. Our 12 and 9 year old daughters enjoyed the pool onsite, and my wife and I loved the proximity to so many restaurants - our favorite being the one on site owned by Rick and Boriana (we dined there 3 times during our 8 night stay). The entrance to the Marginal Way is nearby, and all of the sites on Shore Rd are just minutes away. On site parking was ideal, and since we were so optimally located, we barely used our car, choosing to walk everywhere. Highly Recommend!

Perfect place for a family of 4. Property was clean with Maine charm and pool was a big plus. You cannot beat the location. Perkins Cove is a few minutes walk away. Walking (or Trolley) distance to everything Ogunquit has to offer. Property is clean, has everything, and a pool, which we used a few days to relax . We went away with another couple for a 3 day weekend and this property was exactly what we needed! It was spacious enough to fit both couples without feeling like we were suffocated. We spent a lot of time exploring so we really only needed space for rest:) It was clean, adorable, and did the job. The location was awesome because downtown, the beach, and Perkins Cove were all walkable. The hosts were super welcoming and accommodating :) We can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed staying at this property in the heart of Ogunquit! The house was super clean and very comfortable to relax in. With the 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living area, and eat-in kitchen, we had everything we needed for a long weekend vacation. We lucked out with weather and were able to enjoy the pool too! The location couldn’t have been better in terms of walking around Ogunquit and experiencing all the must-dos like Perkins Cove, Marginal Way, Ogunquit Beach, the shops, restaurants, etc. Boriana, the owner, was so nice and accommodating and made the check in, check out process easy. Parking was right there too. We would come back for sure!

This bright, sunny apartment is a quick 5 minute walk to Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. The easy access was a big plus for us. We especially loved all of the windows in the living space. The bedrooms are small but each one has two windows and a small closet and dresser for clothing. The mattress in the back bedroom, where we slept, was very comfortable...so important for a great vacation. The bathroom is quite tiny but adequate. The water pressure in the shower is wonderful! Having a full kitchen for meal preparation is advantageous, especially during a pandemic. The dishwasher is a nice bonus! The pool and lawn area are lovely and provide a great space for relaxing outside.

Two adult couples were very comfortable in this rental. Within walking distance of Perkins Cove and Ogunquit Village. Owners very welcoming and accommodating. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Suggestion: information book for site seeing, tv instruction, more games ( adult), and a journal of previous stays. We have found from other rentals we obtain a lot of information from the journal .

The pool was a welcomed amenity on the days we wanted to lay low and not venture to the beach. Plus the restaurant 'That Place' is right next door which is one of our all time favorite restaurants. We had a great time in Ogunquit at Boriana’s place. The apartment is in a great location, a short walk to town, the beaches and Perkins Cove. Great restaurants are nearby and onsite - Boriana was great about making us reservations on late notice! Nice little appartment adjacent to Perkin's Cove and Marginal way. Everything was very clean and welcoming. The bedrooms included beds with new mattresses and pillows (much appreciated!). The bathroom is tiny and would need a little bit of renovation, the door knob kept falling off. Comfortable chesterfields. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would come back. TY!
