The location was great, everywhere is within a walkable distance. Including the long stay multistorey car park. A nice sized apartment with basic amenities. Nice and warm apartment, and TV with Netflix was a nice addition.
It was a surprise to find the apartment was a basement apartment. This was not declared in the advertisement. The entire apartment had a persistent weak smell of foul water. Obviously because of it being a basement apartment.
The onsuite bathroom was disappointing. There were no toiletries provided as advertised. So i had to go out and buy the basics. The shower head was full of limescale. It was obvious the showerhead had no attention to remove the limescale.
The thermostatic shower controls were failing. The shower water temperature was either scolding hot, or freezing cold. There was no comfortable temperature.
And to add to this, the water pressure was ridiculously poor throughout the apartment. This is no exaggeration, the strength of my urine has a higher pressure.
The apartment was advertised with a coffee machine (nespresso) This did not exist. The kitchen had overall dirty utensils and utensil draw. I was provided with dish soap however no sponge or cleaning cloth. So couldnt physically clean anything.
A mysterious bag of dishwasher tablets were under the sink but there was NO dishwasher. I found that amusing.
A couple of reviews mentioned the banging noise of the access gate and i am in full agreement, it was very annoying. The access gate clamps shut on your apartment wall. Literally next to the bedroom. Don't expect to get a lie in unless you like the sound of metal gates banging on walls as Residents drive in and out.
One final thing when it came to noise. There was continuous beep coming from the wall in the living area. Turns out it was some basement apartment safety device? It was due a service and would beep every 3 seconds. Fortunately I am hands on and dug it out of the hole in the wall and was able to mute this device. But for the everyday public, this could have ruined someones stay.

the location couldn't be better and the flat was very clean and comfortable.
Maybe they could have coffee and cream for the coffee in the flat. That was the only thing that i could say it was missing.

the facilities were clean and the good.
I thought it was perfect

The apartment was well-equipped and in a very central location. Very comfy bed with good selection of soft and firm pillows, Great colour scheme in the flat. Excellent shower and very comfy sofa for loafing about on.
There weren't enough cleaning materials - 1 j-cloth, no mop so cleaning a spillage meant using the only cloth to clean that up so I bought more to be able to clean the kitchen counters. 2 toilets but only one had a toilet brush provided. Nothing to clean the shower with. Some prior information about what sort of coffee machine was in the apartment would have been helpful. There was no information about where to recycle waste cardboard etc which we were very surprised about. I realise that all of these things I've mentioned are relatively minor however they were irritating and meant we had to work hard to solve some of them when we were meant to be relaxing.

Everything all good. Lovely place.
Nothing

Convenient for city centre attractions
More crockery would have been good, so we could enjoy several cups of tea before washing up
8.0 / 10.0
Location was very convenient for the City Centre and checking in and out was hassle-free
Being on a main road was quite busy and noisy and there wasn't much natural light, but I wasn't there during daytime so it wasn't a problem

Location was perfect right near the shops and close to the bars an pubs. Decor was lovely bright and airy. Everything you need in the kitchen although we didn’t use it!
Only thing I didn’t like was the shower had a fixed head from the ceiling! Bugger if you don’t want to get your hair wet! And take toiletries. Loo roll on offer and towels but need to take soap, shower gel, shampoo etc! And the bed is so small and not very stable! 😉

Great we brought our own
I left a 5 page written statement on the desk in the room for the vendor to look at and get back in touch. I did not want to put a review up as I wanted to personalise and direct it to the owner it but regretfully I have received no response so am resorting to this.

Excellent locatio, Close to the railway station and the city centre.
Three were no bulbs at all in the floor lamp. I complained about this, were promised somebody would fix it. But nobody came. Also, a couple of the ceiling bulbs in the ceiling of the main room were now working.,

The location was excellent with easy reach to many interesting parts of the city
The apartment was very tastefully done and had all the expected mod cons and parking allocated
The owners were easily contacted
The key appeared to be a poor copy and required a knack get it to work
A toilet brush for the second bathroom would have been good
There were empty cardboard boxes left on the stairs to the adjacent flat which was a small hindrance and the communual stair treads were worn and getting towards being a hazard
Directions for the parking were contradicted by the "no parking at any time " sign which was confusing

The wifi code didn't work so had to use all my own data which was costly
10.0 / 10.0
Perfect location, a 5 min walk to the city centre and the place itself was absolutely spotless.
Perhaps the cherry on the cake would be if there were coffee pods ready for use in the coffee machine? Honestly there is nothing bad to say about this property or the hosts

Location was excellent - just 10 minutes walk from the station. Apartment was clean and spacious and well equipped.
The stairs may have presented an issue for someone with mobility issues, but also if you had small children in the main living area you may need a stair gate.

Location
Very dusty underneath the bed
6.0 / 10.0
It was clean. Bed was comfortable and facilities were okay
There is no daylight which can make the stay a little claustrophobic. There is a very limited amount of kitchen ware and I would have expected that wine glasses would have be standard so don’t expect to cook here. I think that if you stay here in the summer you need to be prepared that you cannot open a window and it gets quite warm.

The apartment was centrally located so good access to the station, the shopping centre and the lovely St. Anne's Riverside Quarter with everything else within walking distance.
Everything in the apartment was so clean and new and to a high standard and well decorated in contemporary pale greys and pastel lemon.
The hosts were very accommodating.
The apartment was in a basement on a really busy junction but I should have checked that and didn't so my fault.

The only positive for this property is its location.
It saddens me but I am unable to leave a good review for this property.
On entering this upside down flat you are met with the smell of damp. On this level you enter the bedroom and shower room. Unfortunately there are no windows to open and it was stiflingly hot. There is a floor standing fan but this does not make for the most comfortable nights sleep. When you venture downstairs you will find the smell of damp increases and again their is no ventilation. On our 1st night we took back a takeaway but were astonished to find that there were no forks in the cutlery drawer.
All in all a rather laclustre property. Will revisit Norwich but will not be staying here again.

Apartment was spotless and equipped with everything you could possibly require. Many thanks to Tom & Elliot for providing a first class accomodation.
Nothing to dislike.
8.0 / 10.0
Excellent service, Elliott was very helpful.
Fantastic location
Great bed, shower and kitchen/ washing facilities.
The oven was not fitted properly so you could not open the door all the way, also it set of a deafening smoke alarm as soon as you opened the oven door a bit.
Good to see that the alarm works, but it might need to be moved!
Also can be noisy, but it is in the centre of Norwich so that is the trade off.

Location was excellent, modern contemporary apartment, nice bathrooms, modern equipped kitchen, good parking, nice size, very clean. Felt new and fresh. Ideal for a city break to visit local sights, coast and UEA which was the purpose of our visit. Easy walk to cinemas, John Lewis, Bills, The Ivy and Cathedral. 45 mins to coast. Successful stay.
Comfort factor was missing for us - apartment is very stylish but missing some home comforts such as big comfy sofas/armchairs to relax in after a busy day. Found island stools very trendy but very uncomfortable. Dining chairs similar. TV perhaps would be better on the wall with L shaped soft sofa around. Would expect a higher grade of bedlinen and towels (bit thin) for this type of property. Could not see a toaster in the kitchen.
