Lovely quiet location. Comfortable beds. Dog friendly was a bonus.

Love the location, its just a shame that it can't be hired for less than a week, all we need it the build up and come down Fri Thunder in the Glens. It lways feels l7ke a waste havingbto book somewhere for the Thursday/Friday nights then give up on the rest of the rest of the week from Tuesday/Wednesday
As above

It was dirty, my mum and me didn’t use the shower as it was all black, and the bathroom was filthy dirty

Location was great and the views were amazing .
Despite the weather being in minus figures every day the chalet was incredibly warm and we were able to dry our clothes easily.
just the noise from the trains

Excellent location close to eating venues - one just at end of the road and within a 5 minute stroll to the heart of Aviemore yet you felt like you were in the heart of the countryside. Off street parking for easy access. Comfortable beds. Lovely view from upstairs sitting area and balcony to relax and unwind. WiFi provided.
Decor getting a little tired but the chalet was clean and it did not detract from our enjoyment of our time there.

Great location. ideal
size. Warm and relaxed feel to the chalet. More or less everything you need is provided.
Some things could be doing with a little tlc eg cooker not great. Shared garden was fine but would be better if fully enclosed.

The central position of the property was ideal with amenities close by, in fact within easy walking distance. The layout of the accommodation was very relaxing. It was clean and very comfortable. The two bedroom sleeping arangements was very comfortable and provided adequate space. There were extra beds available, but we didn't use them. The heating throughout the Chalet was very efficient.
We arrived in the dark, and found it rather precarious as there were steep steps leading to the entrance door. The bulb in the outside light was not working which made it dangerous descending the steps. I noted that a previous guest had commented on the same issue, and it clearly hadn't been fixed. Disappointingly the heating wasn't on for our arrival, but it did heat up fairly quickly - not the ideal welcome. The kitchen panel heater was defective and wasn't working during our stay. Several bulbs were not working in the upstairs accommodation. Although these were minor issues they were annoying as they could have been easily rectified, and were a distraction from a very comfortable overall stay. That said the forgoing would not deter a return visit.

The location and views were amazing!
The lights outside were not working espesially the one outside the front door. It was pitch black when we arrived, the steps were really steep and it took me FOREVER to unlock the key code box!!!! The shower needs a slip mat as i am recovering from a broken shoulder, it was VERY slippey and it scared me.

Location was great and the number and size of rooms were ideal for us.
It was lots of little things that let it down. Gate was broken, shower drain was clogged so you only had a short time before it started overflowing, kitchen heater didn't work, no cooking utensils, pepper but no salt, no washing up liquid, TV had subtitles that you couldn't switch off

Amazing location! Very spacious and warm. Shame it was too cold to enjoy the balcony/upstair decking. Must be amazing in the summer. Everything you need for a home-from-home. And friendly chickens in the garden too. Great propery - highly recommended
