Excelente hotel

En todos lados la vista es hermosa. La limpieza de las piscinas y toallas siempre impecables, la playa lo mismo. La atención en todas las áreas espectacular. Excelentes shows.

-Limpieza de habitación -Demora de trenecito (el de todos, no el VIP) -La comida del buffet no varia en nada, siempre exacta

Pura ilusão!!! Não indico.

Das instalações do hotel e da praia.

O chuveiro e frigobar não estava funcionando. Tive que ligar na recepção 3x para ser atendida, demorou mais de 1h para me dar uma resposta. Ao invés de mudarem de quarto, mandaram um técnico para consertar conosco dentro do quarto. Além de constrangedor foi extremamente desagradável pois o rapaz estava de bota, molhou todo o banheiro e deixou todo o piso do quarto sujo. Foi horrível. O frigobar só tem 3 cervejas e 2 águas, eles não repõe, se vc ficar mais de 1 dia, vai morrer de sede. Fui reclamar com a gerente, ela informou que era regra do hotel, ou seja, continuaram sem fazer a reposição. O serviço é péssimo!!! Os funcionários mal humorados, as bebidas da piscina e praia são muito ruins. Não tem cerveja de lata e garrafa, apenas de máquina. A comida e restaurantes são bem razoáveis. Não indico esse resort pra ninguém. Minha experiência foi péssima.

Overall the stay was nice.

The people were nice.

Well when we got there they gave us crappy room that wasn’t clean, tv was broken and hair the couch. Then we got switched to another room and there was water all over the floor and I slip and fracture my leg really bad, so I will be going to get X-rays done when I get home.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! You will thank me later.

I wanted to spend time with family

The place was absurd, there is NO MAINTENANCE in the entire resort, bathtub was a jacuzzi so high you can break your neck and need someone else to help you get in and out since was no shower, electrical outlets broken and dangerous. Rooms were barely clean and had to call the concierge to finally drop some towels. The last two days with NO HOT WATER, no one could take showers, with the ocean water or the pool. Had to ask to send someone to skim the pool because was so filthy.

Never again the staff members need training in customer service they just doing what the want with no supervisor to repo

The beaches

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. They are only nice when you check in after you are on your own. My room phone was broken during our whole stay of 5 days we only had one tv that worked in our room the power went out the same night for 10 minutes. I contact the management at the lobby they did nothing and told me to download WhatsApp to contact them since my room phone was out. They only answer my WhatsApp one time during our whole stay ,at checkout did not come to our room to help with our luggage had to send my husband to the lobby so someone can pick up our luggage .80% of the staff had an attitudes like they hated their job but that gives you no reason to treat us poorly one guy call us lazy at the pool because we said we don't want an excursion.They only cater to reward members. You are going to be harassed your whole vacation to join the member club and to buy excursions.Same food every day at the buffet it's very hard here to get a reservation at most restaurants here we got into 2 one was the same food like the buffet El Dorado's food was good but the hostess was rude

Grand Palladium Palace - Great Experience!

We loved and appreciated the staff. Caribel (sorry for misspelling her name), checked us in. She was great!!! Saudy helped me prior to our arrival. Our housekeeper was absolutely wonderful and always made sure that we had everything we needed. The El Dorado and Hibachi restaurants were absolutely delicious!

The gnats and mosquitoes were a bit overwhelming. The resort app wasn't as helpful. Our room had several issues (most of the things were fixed). The air-conditioning wasn't as cold as needed, the fridge wasn't cold (that was fixed), one of the sinks drained slowly. The food at Bamboo wasnt very good and it was severely slow. The main thing I didn't like was that I couldn't get in contact with the front desk or maintenance on the room phone. I had to walk down to the lobby everytime we needed assistance.

This Hotel needs work! They need to sit with the GP in Cancun for pointers.

They need to do more to keep flies out. It is hard to enjoy your meal with them flying around the buffet areas.

The hotel needs to do better with the description of the rooms. My husband has a bad hip, climbing up the steps and into a deep tub is a recipe for disaster. I was also traveling with my elderly mother she could not shower due to fear of falling.

Absolutely beautiful stay! We had an amazing romantic trip!

The resort is really large and the garden is beautiful. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were really nice with lots of choices of food and beverages. Also, we loved the bar and coffee shop in the lobby. Animation and entertainment are nice but not intruding at all.

There was a long queue to the buffet for dinner although there were lots of available tables there.

Amazing hotel!

We liked everything: from the variety of the food to the frindly, wonderful staff. We arrived really late and they made sure we could go to the restaurant we wanted. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Very good

Very nice resort, with nice gardens to walk and very nice facilities. Plenty of restaurants and activities planned from the People of Palladium for the residents. The beach was safe and the rest of the facilities (swimming pools, bars, public toilets, etc) very clean.

There was no diversity in the buffet restaurants. The quality of the food was decent but could be improved for both the buffet and the a-la-card restaurants
