Es un lindo sitio
Tuve problemas con la estadía pues la expectativa de la habitación reservada versus a la ofrecida fue muy diferente
Adicional, solicité mi factura a nombre de la empresa para la que yo trabajo y no acataron mi solicitud
Es el primer hotel que no emiten la factura como yo pedí en mi solicitud al momento de la reserva

The staff were very gentle, the hotel is pretty and big, the infrastructure is great, theres a lot of bars and rests, and it has a really nice beach
They don't explain everything at the check in, like how the reservations for restaurants works, also our room was not cleaned the last day, the food of the buffet can improve also the desserts they don´t taste as good as they look,

La playa del hotel muy bien cuidada. Los restaurantes de desayuno y almuerzo muy variados y buena comida. El complejo del Hotel es grande y puedes caminar mucho o correr sin peligro. La atención del personal masculino es muy amable y cordial. Solucionan los problemas de forma rápida y atenta.
La cena no es tan accequible a la reserva, son pocos cupos en los restaurantes y muchos huéspedes. La piscina le faltan sombrillas en las sillas. No todas tienen. La habitación, no me gustó la división del baño en vidrio opaco hacia la habitación, porque no te da privacidad. La atención del personal femenino no es tan amable.

The staff was very nice, courteous and helpful.
Not something I didn’t like, but would recommend the property had more housekeeping staff who spoke and understood English as a second language.

Beach and pool are was nice.
The villa/ linen smelled like mildew and the water didn’t get hot. Had to switch rooms. We also got sick from the food and we had to stay in for a day and a half.

The food was horrible, Same selections daily at all of the buffets. We Weren’t able to go any of the restaurants because they were all booked up for our entire stay.

Our stay was for 5 days and none of the specialty restaurants were available to book a reservation for any of the days that we stayed. The buffet wasn’t good and the same food was served everyday. The refrigerators didn’t work in any of our rooms. I would never stay at this location again. I was highly disappointed.

Only think I like was a clean hotel resort
I dint like the staff the buffet food not fresh and hot not to much good food plus the lobby resection was not professional and aducated no good communication and you ask the employee where his some place they dont send you to the correct place I am so disappointed. I flight was delayed. I didn't maket july 7 7pm and came on july 8 2:45 am and they charge complete price....

The one single thing that I can think about this resort that was good was that the bed was comfortable, and the beach was clean and nice. That's it!
Anything in this resort is good. I don't even know where to start🤦🏽♀️
1. The ACs in the rooms are awful. A country where is tropical weather. ACs should be something that you take into consideration.
2. The food is awful and has no variety at all.
3. The staff is awful. They treat you like they are doing you a favor. No customer service at all. They make you feel like you are bothering them. Worst costumer service that I have seen in a hotel.
4. Their lobby does not have AC. When you are doing the check-in process, it feels like you are burning in hell. The check-in process took us 2 hrs (worst and slower process that I have experienced in a hotel). At the time of payment, their credit card machines were not working, and we had to move from stations three times. No empathy at all in the process of offering seats, drinks, or so ever because of the situation.
5. The transportation from hotel to hotel is awful. Sometimes, they just transport whoever they want.
6. The cleanliness of the hotel is 4 out of 10.
7. The rooms are outdated. There's nothing to die for. The bathroom is awful and so difficult to shower.
8. There are a lot of mosquitoes all over the hotel. Where it leaves you to know that they do not exterminate constantly or they never do. (Keep in mind, I'm Dominican, and I used to mosquitoes. However, because I had about 40 or more mosquito bites. I ended up in the hospital with an extreme allergy because of that).
9. The entairtament is vague and awful as everything else. Again, nothing major or even important.
10. Overall, I have the worst experience ever on a resort. I wasted my time and my money. At the checkout time, I wake up at 6 a.m., and I'm not an early person, but I just wanted to run out of there because of the terrible experience that we had. (We were a group of about 20+ people, and again, we just waisted our money). Also, as I expressed, I was in pain because of the allergy from the mosquito bites.

I want to start off by saying god bless Jesus gods bless deiri heriberto Fernando rosenda Clara David rudelanya god bless the young lady who gave me her own lunch after I passed out and did not leave my side I can’t remember her name but she works at the main lobby as a bartender waitress and hostess she is wonderful such a beautiful soul these people mentioned above plus a few more I can’t remember were so genuine so kind so loving they do their job no questions asked about it no complaints no excuses no rudeness they made my stay here possible I was going to actually cancel my stay and leave ! but because of them I stayed they deserve a raise and they deserve to work in better hotels in pristine conditions these workers are elite sufficient professional outstanding with wonderful bedside manner !
the room was extremely dirty bathroom non working fan non working ac non working they actually turn the ac off without your consent we basically have no ac because they control it also the fridge doesn’t work I actually had an asthma attack my first time here and fainted also all inclusive is a lie and a scam they also false advertise and lie my stay was not worth the money but again due to the people and a few more mentioned above I stayed another thing the other half of the staff are malicious unprofessional rude disrespectful hostile and menacing

The location was good and the bedrooms are ok.
The ambient in the night things to do are not that clear or not at all. no music on the pools at 4:00 pm. The hotel is too big and the trolley is not always available and they ignore you to get to another restaurant or pool you need to walk a lot. The restaurants reservations are always full and it would be nice to have more activities

The rooms of that hotel were not properly clean and had an unpleasant smell. Honestly speaking, this hotel is not a 5-star category hotel since the rooms are not suitable for habitation. On the other hand, the air conditioning in the room did not work.

Honestly it was a great hotel with very great service. Amazing rooms, great views, and nice pool areas as well. Always clean and very attentive staff. AMAZING SPORTS BAR BTW, favorite place.
Felt kind of dead at night, there was barely anything open at night and very few activities. Also, this resort is huge and offers trains to ride you around, the issue with this is the train barely passes through and by the time you get to catch one you are already at the location you wanted to go to in the first place.
