sehr empfehlens wert

Strand sauber und fast für uns alleine, sehr ruhig. Gute lage, zum Dorf 10min zu gehen mit sehr tollen Restaurants die eine sehr gute küche haben.

etwas besser putzen auch auf den Balkon. Kaffee wurde zu wenig aufgefüllt, da wir 3 Personen waren gab es meist nur 2. Aber beim Zimmerpersonal bekamen wir dann jeweis noch mehr

Great pool but lacking good vibes

The kids facilities and the pool was great.

Lack of halal food! Cold showers some nights. 30 minutes away from the town Center (AoNang)

Wasn’t a good or pleasant stay at all.

The place is beautiful and impressive

We booked 6 nights and left after one night. The pools were HOT and not refreshing at all. there was no shade anywhere, the place was not suitable for small children, the bar and restaurant prices were over the top and the reception staff were very unwelcoming. The hotel wanted to charge us extra for our nanny that came during the day. We waited for over an hour for our check in despite arriving after check in time, and every 15 minutes we were told it would just be a few more minutes but in fact it took over an hour. We asked for two rooms with baby cod which didn’t arrive until much later in the day. Will not return

Devine experience

Gorgeous facilities, rooms, amenities and staff. Truly and experience where attention to detail is unmatched. Extremely clean and accomodating. We were a couple and really enjoyed that there were allocated adults only pool areas. Family friendly areas looked very well equipped for families. Fantastic dining options and activities.

We noticed other guests were very rude and abrupt to staff.

Perfect paradise

The property is beautiful with lush garden and a huge pool. The room was huge and beautiful with a garden area and beautiful palm trees. The staff was super kind and helpful. The breakfast was next level, the food was extremely delicious. Loved the restaurants there, great concept and great food. A good place to stay.

Sofitel Krabi- A mixed adventure

Everything is very good. Services are fine. The manager and the reception staff is also very good. Pool is amazing!!

Food quality is horrible, especially the breakfast restraunt and the Asian restaurant. Only the Italian restaurant is fine. Spa needs major improvement in terms of the massages, but the staff is fine. Maintainaince is poor.

Beautiful hotel

We loved everything. Everybody was really kind and helpful. The room was nice and bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was one the best I’ve ever had in a hotel, we loved to wake up every day knowing there will be this amazing breakfast. The restaurant at the pool had some really nice food that suits with the beach. Can’t say the same about the buffet dinner, or the Italian restaurant. Pizza was not the best.

The bedsheets had a weird smell. We asked if they can change it. But even after they changed it, it still smelled sweaty. The golf course is really short and there is no driving range, but other than that everything was perfect.

The property was dated. Overdue for renovation. Housekeeping needs to be more thorough in their checklist of items to replace/change/clean.

Nice hotel, great for families

The facilities were great: we used the kids club (with our 15 months old), pool and concierge for some trips in the area. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very nice, they were very helpful with all our asks and very friendly with our baby as well.

We found it very pricy. We missed that our reservation did not include breakfast so we had to buy it individually and for us it was not a good value for money because we don’t eat enough to make it worth it. Also food in the restaurants was very expensive, we basically paid Singapore prices and more, but the quality wasn’t always there.

Beautiful expansive property with golf course. Attentive staff enhanced the experience. Great breakfast with loads of options and choices. Super pool area and pool bar. A great quality resort, well managed with great staff.

Only a restaurants in walking distance from the hotel, others are a short taxi ride away.

Breakfast was very poor. All egg dishes except omelette, pre cooked and cold. Children running wild in restaurant. They touch food but ot take.

Very high class, rooms are great, fitted well our family ( 3 big kids and a 3 years old)

Very far from the city, require a cab if you don't take the hotel shuttle service bus (last shuttle bus back is at 4.30 pm) Prices at the hotel for food and beverage are high compered to the local prices.

Very good

Breakfast was wonderful. Room big enough for our family. Pool is nice, kids were happy to play over there.

Location of hotel is that we haven't expected. We normally prefer beach and sea to swim, but this beach was not as we expected. but this mainly because we have never been in Krabi and didn't research properly. In fact nothing wrong with hotel.

The pillows are great The pool is lovely

Booking.com let us down We booked near to the event and had wifi issues in Thailand while booking. Our filters were 5*, breakfast included. There are deals for the Sofitel with Breakfast included but we learnt on arrival that our offer did not include breakfast. To buy breakfast was £22.50 pp and with a family of 5, this would have been a considerable amount. We could have chosen other 5* with breakfast included for less. The staff and indeed the food manager knew about our predicament but did nothing to assist. For example they could have offered to match the other booking.com deals with breakfast included which we showed them on our phones. The hotel was busy so I think they don’t have the capacity to manage individual guest experiences. All the food and beverages are very expensive- London prices. It is very difficult to find shade around the pool. If you want to avoid the sun it is hard. The beach is FULL of plastic. Sofitel say they use a beach comer every day. There is no way this happens. after every shell you will see a plastic straw or other single use plastic item. Some of the plastic items at the bank with the road look like they’ve been there for months

the staffs lied to us that we have chairs on the beach, which we didnt have the rooms were dusty and not cleaned properly. We ask for check out at 1 pm and the reception was rude and refuse to allow us an extension till 1 pm, lying and said that they needed the rooms BUT the occupancy level was not even 50%!!! so much of lies
