Hôtel magnifique

- l’hôtel est magnifique est très bien entretenu. Belle plage, il y a des chats partout ( bien traités et gentils ) - le personnel est agréable et souriant - large choix de plats au restaurant - quoi qu’un peu cher - service de taxi boat à l’hôtel qui vous emmène à kho phi phi ville en 5-7 minutes. Sinon chemin escarpé à pied 30 min - petit dej simple mais correct

- chambres qui méritent un bon rafraîchissement : nous avons du changer de chambre à cause d’une Clim qui fuyait et qui n’a pu être réparée et dans la deuxième chambre le frigo avait fait de grosses flaques , et c’était la pataugeoire dans la salle de bain à chaque douche car les joints étaient défectueux. - les taxi boat vous font patienter jusqu’à ce que vous soyez minimum 4, si vous êtes que deux il faut souvent patienter… et vous payez 150 baht le trajet à partir de 18h au lieu de 100 bahts la journée, sauf avant 8h du matin ou une règle a été inventée on a du payer 150 bahts ( alors que c’est écrit nulle part ). Un peu moyen.

Cadre magique !

Le cadre de l'hôtel est magnifique, les repas sont très bons, le bungalow était très propre et confortable ! Hôtel qui donne sur une très belle plage (long beach)

Assez éloigné de la ville, 30 min de marche ou prendre un taxi boat pour s'y rendre (payer en plus si hors horaires indiqués)

I hope they make small improvements.

This hotel is located right on long beach so it’s quiet and beautiful! The room was two steps to the beach! The staff allowed me to put my bag behind the counter on check out day while I figured out what I was doing for the day after check out. Clean inside/clean towels each day. Yummy food/drinks at the restaurant, and beautiful views.

The AC was the worst I’ve had since in Thailand and I woke up from discomfort multiple times. The shower although was nice to have a colder shower, didn’t give the option to go hot. The handle to my balcony was broken. Some of the staff seemed unfriendly especially when I asked for late check out and was confused why they said no.

Paradis på Phi Phi

Fantastiskt läge på Phi Phi, underbar strand och bra restaurang och frukost. Stannade bara 2 dagar 3-5 hade varit trevligt för att hinna snorkla och njuta.

Bra och stort familjerum men lite dåligt tryck i duschen - allt annat toppen.

Piccolo paradiso come dice il nome

Un bellissimo resort immerso nel verde, nel punto più tranquillo di Phi Phi island, lontano dal trambusto di Tonburi. La spiaggia privata proprio davanti davvero bella e ben tenuta. Bello il bungalow, ampio, pulito, confortevole, pieno di alberi di frangipane intorno. Una meraviglia. Nel resort si trova tutto: banco escursioni e barcaioli per il servizio taxi, ristorante, servizio lavanderia, piccolo market, ATM. Consigliato

Il prezzo per la Thailandia non è proprio economico, anche se va considerata la zona e la posizione isolata.

Entspannt am Traumplatz

Die Lage am vermutlichen schönsten Strand, perfekt.

Die Leitung(Rezeption) sehr strikt mit ihrem Tun. Kommen einem nicht entgegen.. der Bootsverkehr vor der Haustüre.. es gibt sehr wenig Schatten und ist sehr heiß in der ganzen Bucht.

Im grossen und ganzen traumhaft!

Wunderbare Lage direkt am Strand. Schöner Blumengarten. Ruhig, da nicht im Hauptort wo ständig Party ist.

Ein kleiner Pool für die Kinder wäre schön. Im Meer hat es doch viele kleine Quallen und meine Tochter getraute sich deswegen nicht mehr ins Wasser.

Amazing hotel

Amazing location, beach is stunning that the hotel is on, the only thing I can fault is the restaurant staff are extremely miserable and the food isn’t very good, we had 1 dinner there and it wasn’t great. Breakfast edible. If they could sort those things out it would be outstanding.

Udany pobyt

Obiekt położony przy najpiękniejszej plaży na Ko phi phi. Hotel zapenia transfer z przystani, co jest na plus. Bardzo nam się podobało, że w zasadzie nie dotknęliśmy walizek od momentu kiedy odebrał nas pracownik hotelu. Biorąc pod uwagę, że transport odbywa się łodziami jest to bardzo wygodne. Pokoje są duże i przestronne. Na miejscu mamy restauracje z bardzo dobrą kuchnią w przystępnych cenach. Jest też SPA z bardzo dobrymi masażami, sklep oraz bankomat.

W pokojach a w szczególnie łazience jest bardzo ciemno. Trzeba się nieźle namęczyć żeby się ogolić. Nie ma też gniazdka przy lustrze. Personel w obiekcie jest raczej obojętny dla gościa, co jest dość dziwne jak na Tajów. Restauracja oraz sklep są tylko do 22, biorąc pod uwagę że do centrum trzeba dopłynąć łodzią jest to uciążliwe. Śniadania ca dość ubogie.

Les blattes énormes chaque soir et chaque matin dans le bungalow mais ça doit être l’effet « nature », ça nous a quand même un peu gâché cette ambiance de rêve car nous étions sans cesse aux aguets .. Le personnel très froid Chemin très abrupte pour aller au centre ville mais c’est le prix à payer pour de la tranquillité

Everything. Excellent location, great restaurant on site, own longtail boat stop, free longtail taxi to/from Tonsai, free sunbeds with umbrellas, great terrace, massage and minishop on site, smooth check in/out, etc etc etc

Great location and beautiful gardens on Long Beach

Great position by beach

Restaurant staff never smiled. The beach is excellent but the near constant coming and going of long tails meant that 2 days was enough.

Excellent location, a memorable stay and I must come back and enjoy the location.

I traveled along with my family and booked a Bangalow. The bungalow (P1) is in excellent location and just on the beach. It was neat and clean. Room facilities were good. Restaurant food and location was very good. I loved the bungalow. Next time I shall stay in the same hotel. The staffs were very friendly.

There was no intercom in the bungalow, on query the hotel staff informed that the line is under repair. It should have been done prior arrival of the guests. Room water pressure was very low. Room should include an iron. Reception wash room should be improved upon.

Top Unterkunft, nette Gastgeberin, Top Lage,

Hier hat alles gestimmt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl Gefühlt Kivi. Sie hat sich sofort um uns gekümmert und uns die besten To DOs mitgeteilt. In der Unterkunft kannst du bequem Touren buchen zu einem Fairen Preis. Draußen bekommst du es nicht günstiger. Kivi hat unseren Motorroller Zurück gebracht, weil wir es Zeittechnisch nicht geschafft haben. Zimmer waren schön und Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und das Bett gemacht. Die Lage ist perfekt, von hier aus kannst du gute Restaurants, die Altstadt und den Nachtmarkt besuchen. Der Pool ist cute, haben wir leider nicht genutzt. Wenn wir wieder kommen, da hier her. Danke Kivi

Location is great.

Getting there requires a taxi with a longtailboat (similar to other accommodations), this is a bit challenging at the moment you have an injury or not too steady on your feet. At the same time this is also part of the charm of the location.

Big dissappointment

Nice beach area with monkeys who steal stuff from your bags when you go into the ocean.

The staff was not happy and being friendly or helpful. Anything you asked, asked a lot of energy from them. It's the first time of one month in Thailand we didn't feel welcome and felt like a number in the hotel. (Only the main receptionist lady did her best.) The beds were horrible, no, pure horror! And infants stay for free... but they do ask 400 baht per day for a simple babybed!? Also all the Instagram girls ruining the ocean view all day. If you want to go to town, you have to take a boat. Or walk 45 minutes. The food was the worst on Long Beach. On the other end of the beach you have way better food plus super friendly staff. They can get our tips for sure. Phi Phi The Beach Resort.
