After frustrating start, room was comfortable and air conditioning worked on lowest setting only

Arrived from airport 7 pm in a thunderstorm App sign in was lagging and unexpected Phoned service assistant and was given satisfactory solving of a problem Car parking was close to room

No water in fridge, pay machine in lobby Motel nearly full, could afford receptionist on duty Air conditioning only adequate on lowest temperature, bad for the environment.

I needed to sleep, it was a bed, I slept.

Beds were clean. Checking in and out was easy. Good parking. Close to the airport.

Had a laugh the multiple messages sent by the property by email and text on the day even though the booking was made and paid for - too many questions for being in holiday. Window was jammed with rust and would not close. No additional lock from inside on main door for additional safety.

A good place to land.

Under cover car park. Easy to book in to. Location Price on the day was good. Availability.

The bed And some of the foul mouthed tenants having a domestic. That's not a fridge!! And it needed defrosting. The hand basin needed help to go down.

It’s a good overnight stay, even though it’s close to the main road it was quiet.

It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The pool area was ok but lacked maintenance.

The tv didn’t work only half the screen, the room needs a radio and wall covering like pictures as it was very stark. The furniture was fine it just lacked a little attention with making it cosy and inviting lacking wall coverings maybe a lamp or two and radio/music. I would stay again for 1 night.

Comfortable stay, great price!

Close to the Northshore Eat Street was a bonus, plus Fortitude Valley, Brisbane CBD and Southbank were nearby as well. Had loads of places to go within a short distance of driving. Room was awesome for the price, comfortable bed, aircon was a major plus

Tap was broken and leaking in the sink, mould around the shower, the tiles just outside the bathroom was extra hot for some reason, felt like I was standing on a heater.

close to airport

access to room a little delayed as no contact with staff. needed to phone for room codes. No lifts to upper levels, so don’t take big bags up to your room, if you aren’t strong.

Affordable and close to venue.

It was some what dirty and in a very loud location. Definitely could’ve used a more thorough clean and extra towels, toilet paper and pillows.

Practical accommodation, value in comparison to other places

Rooms were clean and practical. Good sized bathroom.

Renovations done recently are adequate but without proper finishing which distracts from the overall presentation of the hotel. Hot water took a long time to reach the top floor, unsure if this is the case on other levels. Stairs only-no lift.

Location was great. Lots of specialty food outlets nearby. Bed was comfortable.

Check in was terrible. No reception but we were aware this may be the case. No phone available to contact them. Pool was out of order and the room was very average. Very dated.

Some things with the bathroom could certainly be improved. Not a great experience overall.

The room was reasonably clean, easy to check into 24 hours. Facilities were generally in line with what you expect at the price point. Parking was good, always plenty of spaces available.

The shower in the room was terrible. The hot water was so hot I got burnt just from the steam that was coming off it. Didn't even touch the water! The tap was not functional. Either got all hot or all cold water, there was no way to have a warm shower. Shower was tiny and drain so small it didn't work. Pooled water through the whole bathroom every time I had a shower. I called the police because of some serious domestic violence in the room next door. Not a pleasant experience at all.

We never saw any staff during our 2 day stay. When we arrived late after a delayed flight,we discovered we hadn't received the text that gave us an entry code. Thankfully 2 helpful guests came to our rescue & rang the number on the door so we could get into our room after a long tiring day.

No interaction with staff. The bathroom floor was so dirty the bottom of my feet were black.
