Lovely setting. Breakfast and restaurant meal were very nice. Staff friendly.
Room wasn't very sound proof, sounded like an Elephant on the floor above. Electric door didn't work that well. Coffee machine was useless and a old tv, no Hd or iplayer. Also water went off on one occasion and a few issues with furniture, broken knob etc
4.4
Continental breakfast was included and there was a fair display with different items of food. There was also a la carte menu but I didn't order anything from there.
There seems to be and extra service charge included in your bill. For example I ordered a prosecco at the bar and was charged £1.25 just for the service? My friend ordered as G&T and was charged £1.00 - Also I ordered a glass of water also in the bar and charged £5 !!!
There was a charge included for diner. So it is not up to you to give a tip as it is already included regardless.

Everything was great and as expected. The pictures were very accurate. We loved the food and our room. A really lovely setting.
The coffee machine in the room didn't produce much coffee. We are pretty sure we followed the instructions but we couldn't get a decent amount of coffee in the cup so we gave up!

Lovely well decorated hotel with friendly and helpful staff
Food a bit expensive

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was luxurious and ideal for what we wanted. The communication before the stay was also very good.
Prior to arriving we were asked if we'd like to book into the restaurant, which we did. The food was exceptional but a little pricey in comparison to what we paid for the accommodation which was about average.

Luxurious hotel, the history and lovely grounds and gardens
Too many stairs! Not ideal for older people with walking problems

Very stately, clean, great location.
The covers on the bed felt a little scratchy

Lovely stay, revisiting this hotel where we last stayed 35 years ago to mark a special occasion. We were very well looked after.

We had a 2-night stay at Weston Manor Hotel and we had a fabulous time. We had been looking for a manor-style break, with a lot of character and a fine dining restaurant, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The room was cute, spacious and very comfortable, and the main building and the grounds are absolutely gorgeous.
The surrounding walks and villages (including Weston on the Green) are quintessentially English and beautiful. Another good point is that it was easy to get to by bus from Oxford. We will be back!
Nothing, we loved all of it

Beautiful location and fabulous newly renovated hotel.

Extensive breakfast , room very nice, lovely dinner.
Lots of stair climbing.

The hotel was luxurious from the building itself to the furnishings. We had a small problem when we went to our room as the heating wouldn’t switch off and the room didn’t have a mirror but the manger moved us straight away to another room in the main house. The food was very nice, quite expensive but a hotel of this calibre I’d expect it. The day we arrived the sun was out so we managed a nice walk round the grounds with a drink on the patio.
Although the hotel was very opulent the atmosphere and vibe was non existent another guest who we chatted to before dinner said she felt like she was in a doctors or dentist waiting room, the background music didn’t raise your spirit or give you a feel good factor .. don’t get me wrong I wouldn’t want it loud and booming out but something chilled would have been more apt.
The staff although very pleasant were too attentive .. hovering around waiting for us to finish each course then whipped our plate away, we finished a 3 course dinner within 1 hour, we did tell our waiter we’d have dessert in a while when he offered us the menu but 2 minutes later someone else came and gave us menus to choose.
At breakfast our tea was delivered and while we were helping ourselves to the hot buffet someone came and cleared our table so we had to request tea again.

We asked if our son and his two year old daughter could join us for breakfast, which of course they did, and it was lovely for us all that they were able to join us as our guests. They only live a few miles from the hotel so didn't need to stay overnight with us.
The room was lovely, but we were rather hot, even though we did open the windows. We didn't notice until the following morning there was a fan in the wardrobe we could have used during the night. Its not really a dislike, it was my fault for not noticing it.

It was a beautiful hotel, the staff and service were excellent. The afternoon tea was lovely.
The room was boiling and we couldn’t sleep . I tried to find someone in the middle of night but there were no night staff. Spoke to reception next morning who was very nice but explained there was nothing they can do as the council won’t let them put air conditioning in. It felt like the heating was on full. Very uncomfortable.
They don’t do room service and my daughter has autism so could’ve manage another restaurant visit, which was small.
There isn’t anything in the way of facilities here and nothing walkable nearby.

The building itself and the gardens are beautiful
It was not very clean. Our room was very difficult to get to as it had many stairs and some very narrow and difficult to get luggage up to.

Staff was very helpful
Breakfast seemed a little unorganised with certain parts of the breakfast missing and a while to re supply .

Beautiful location - lovely rooms and delicious food!
Unfortunately my room was by the kitchen fan which stopped at around 10pm but started up at 6am and did wake me up and prevent me from going back to sleep.

The gardens are amazing here! Location is perfect - not too far from Oxford and close to Bicester village for those looking to say near. Staff are amazing - helpful and informative. Breakfast was included and was fantastic. Dinner looked very nice although we were off to somewhere else. Highly recommend.

The staff were so helpful as soon as we arrived, we were taken all the way to our room, which was beautiful and clean. The evening meal was one of the best meals we have eaten. Breakfast was was made to order and was delicious. We will be returning again in the future.
The room wasn't very warm, but it is an old building so hard to warm all areas

Staying at Weston Manor definitely feels like a special experience. A historical building with a story behind it, outstanding room decor and facilities, an excellent english breakfast and a very clean hotel in all areas. Located 3 mins drive from Bicester village and about 10 mins from the nearest park and ride into central Oxford.
We are normally very fussy with our hotels and can be very critical of imperfection and faults. We honestly didn’t find a single one! Should be a 5 star hotel all day long and this place is also fantastic value for money!
4.4
Room, staff, breakfast excellent, Fab location.
Shower leaked over bathroom floor. Also, didnt like having an adjoining door to next room at all! we could hear every single word the occupants were saying !!!
