The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff amazing. Particularly Alice in reception who was very attentive to our needs, as was Janine in Campsie bar. We will definitely be back *****

Close to town centre and had restaurant and bar in hotel breakfast was delicious
The shower wasn't working properly had to hold the shower head to get a wash but the rooms are in the process of getting renovated so I'm sure it will be nice once done

Restaurant and bar area were nice.
Bedroom was a bit old and dated, had a very strong smell of bleach when we got in the room, however over all room wasn't very clean, dust everywhere, black mould in shower that came off when wiped with finger, no bin in bathroom also no towel rail to hang towels after using them.
When we were down for dinner we received desert which had a hair in it, staff took desert back removed hair and tried to serve to us again.
Couldn't get the drinks we wanted for a number of reasons such as no ice.
When checking in we were told breakfast would be served until 10am however on are last morning we came down stairs just after 9am to be told breakfast had stopped and we couldn't get anything even though we had paid for bed and breakfast.

The toilet wasn’t clean when I entered my room. The bathroom also had a least one light out. Also the heating was not on in the room yet the outside temperature dropped.

Friendly staff, restaurant for dinner and breakfast was great. Stayed on a Saturday night and there was entertainment and great atmosphere in the bar. Very comfortable stay and good value for money.
Nothing much not to like. Rooms were comfortable but bathroom a bit on the small side.

The rooms just need updated, the bathrooms especially, the rooms haven't changed in twenty years,

Restaurant, outdoor area, location.
Bed linen and towel very good quality.
The bedroom seemed a bit dated, the matress would do with a replacement too.

Staff very friendly, food in restaurant very good and service was quick. Evening entertainment in bar was excellent. Room, although small, was clean and bed was comfortable.
Room on the small side and ensuite shower room was very small for 2 quite tall people. Traffic noise most of night so unable to open window on a very hot night.
