Very clean, compact and comfy apartment in a lovely peaceful location. Staff were so helpful and it was great to have a serviced apartment with fresh towels and amenities.
Only improvement would be addition of a washing machine.
6.0
Very comfy bed, great location and loved having a washing machine in the room!
The bathroom was tiny, not possible for two people to comfortably be in there.

Friendly staff, good location. Fully equipped kitchen.
No elevator, with 4 floors.

I loved the great employees and their service. Also Ioved that it was really clean. The location was perfect.

The room was spacious and comfortable, great amenities, and very centrally located to some fantastic restaurants, cafes and the jam factory cinemas. The staff were lovely, and the check in/out process was so smooth. Thanks for a great stay!

great location close to restaurants and Chapel Street, friendly staff. Easy checkout arrangements.
I did find the bed a bit uncomfortable - the mattress was on the hard side so it wasn't a great night's sleep.

Central location, bath was great, lots of amazing restaurants close by. Easy to walk around the area and into the city
Some of the furnishings were a little old but great funky apartment. Nice change from a hotel

when the shower was running cold they moved us to a room next door which had a better more comfortable bed & hot water . They were apologetic & gave a box of Lindt chocolates to make up for the inconvience & we moved rooms. They were lovely hosts
parking was $30 extra on top of room cost of $215.

These were once studio Apartments now converted into accommodation.
A 2 minute walk to Toorak road.
I can sleep pretty much anywhere with no problem, but the bed was one of the worst I've ever slept on It was a Japanese futon and I sunk into the bed. 2 days later I'm still suffering from a strained neck and back.
Also I found out upon arrival that parking would cost $30 Overnight. I can understand if I was staying in the city but not in the suburbs.
I guess this studio apartment is cheaper than an upmarket motel, But I would be very careful if you do need a good night's sleep or have a bad back.
8.0
Location. Size of room and kitchen.
AC sound. The size of the bed is too small for 2 people.

Very comfortable
Great location
Reception very helpful
The hot water seemed to take a long time to come through. My wife said the hot water stopped briefly while she was having a shower.
The car parking and associated cost is a little unclear from the website & booking.com info.

location and friendliness of staff
6.0
The location is good! It's near cafes, restaurants, train station, etc. but is still really quiet because it's far enough off the main street.
- The TV has Netflix and other streaming services built in, there's a Netflix account logged in already so you don't need to bring your own but I didn't check the other streaming apps if they had accounts too.
- The shower was great. The hot water became hot instantly and the water pressure was great.
- A/C worked great (including on the 35° day), and it was pretty quiet too unlike other hotel AC units I've experienced where I couldn't sleep with it on.
The room looked nice but was overall very cheaply fitted out, like someone had tried to make it look fancy in the photos but not paid enough attention to making it durable or comfortable. The floor creaked, the bathroom tiles were painted over, the tablet device by the bed wasn't set up correctly and made random notification sounds. The bedside lamps have very bright exposed light globes which are just a bad idea, they need a lampshade or something so they don't hurt your eyes in low light.
The most annoying thing was that the TV had a bright white light that shines across the bed (when the TV is off) and that made it hard to sleep.
It was also hard to sleep because the bed was way too soft and had a noticeable dip in the mattress like it had been used a lot. It was quite uncomfortable and my neck ended up sore from the angle even though the pillows were pretty good.
As for the bathroom, the extractor fan is excessively loud, the door didn't close properly, and there was some dark mould in the shower.

accessing the hotel car park was difficult as we have a bigger car. Tight corner
