Convenient & for Southbank location the rate was reasonable for one night.

Location to access NGV for exhibition on a Tuesday. Reasonable rate for location & room comfortable for short stay. Able to access early check in & baggage storage. Friendly & efficient staff.

Common to large hotels - the Air con could not be adjusted & fan on low generated a bit of noise. Temperature was good. Bath towels very flat not fluffy!

Comfortable stay - definitely stay again.

Location is obviously spot on as I had a function to attend on Southbank. Parking right next door was perfect. Room was comfortable and had everything I needed for an over night stay.

Bathroom had hairs (not mine) on the floor so wasn't super clean.

Great Southbank hotel at a good price.

Great staff who are cheerful and helpful, great location on the Southbank, close to a lot of things for an out-of-towner, clean, comfortable rooms with very little noise from the City, (and black-out curtains). Restaurant/cafe/bar onsite, short walk to many more. Good price point for a clean, decent hotel in this location. Lastly, Wilson parking (discounted) right next door is great for travellers.

Good location, good price for the location .

Beautiful reception and welcoming and helpful staff. Elevators were quick. Location was great for the price.

Our room was a good size but unfortunately the shower was a bit grubby and had mould which needs some serious attention . Unfortunately the bed sheets were awful and everytime somebody moved you heard it , I could describe it like we were sleeping in plastic like sheets was awful . Check out was easy . We got the room that faced construction so that wasn’t the best in the morning but we left by 8.30am . I think it would have been nice if reception has of mentioned that or given us a bit of a discount due to this .

The TV in my room didn't work. I wanted to rest, but I had to wait for the repairman to fix the problem. There was also no coffee in the room. The cleaner forgot to check that the tea and coffee boxes were full

Breakfast was included and it was good. The room and bathroom were a little underwhelming and I don't think four star.

The room and bathroom, whilst clean and comfortable, wasn't what I would have thought for a four star hotel. There's just free to air TV with no movie option etc.

The cleanliness of the room was great. The breakfast was one of the best buffet breakfasts I have been to.

I didn't like the self service check-in. It was very impersonal. I also don't like how any information in the rooms is only available on the TV. Bring back the brochures. I feel for what we got it was a bit over priced.

Location Room Food decour staff.

Fridge ice box needed defrosting badly, also an empty shoe box on wardrobe from previous customer. No tea towel to dry cups etc .Small details but i have worked in many hotels in my time and would have been pinged for the fridge especially, it shows lack of detail by the room attendent. Overall really good .

Great Stay - Great Location

Great location and just a short walk to Flinders. I did not get to see much of the city but I reckon it will be a good stay for people who will be traveling for work or leisure

A lot of tour groups and a limited number of staff at check-in. You need a key card to access the lobby after 10 or 11 pm and I was waiting for the person before me to check in.

The room was big, that was good. Fantastic location.

I was travelling with my adult daughter and asked for a room with two beds. We were offered two single beds with rather too soft mattresses. I felt like rolling out of bed during the night. The bathroom was not very well equipped. There were two low sitting rails, one for the tightly folded dry towels and the other one for the floor mat It was very inconvenient to change as there were no place to put clothes. No hooks for clothes or for the wet towels , to dry them out. We had to put them on the back of the chairs in the room. Also, the shower needed some deep cleaning to get rid of the mold.

Great location and decent size rooms

Great location, decent size rooms, car parking is very close by and easy to find, friendly staff and they have self serve check in.

The air conditioning wasn't working so it was very warm in our room. Informed staff, and they were apologetic. Bathrooms are outdated and they need new towels, very thin and worn out.
