Superb property!
Has character and is modern too. Location couldn’t be better.
I didn’t like the parking location and the parking surroundings.
4.5
Location, style and comfort of rooms, elegance of the building, access to the bar and restaurant
room clean in the morning was not complete

clean , spacious 2 room apartment , comfortable bed, good location for market,Rundle Mall.
We only had a dessert at the restaurant but it was lovely .
Shower was over the bath which is never the best , soaker shower only no hand shower or adjustable height options.

It provided a lovely last minute solution, great location ,the building is wonderful and reception helpful.
Would have liked advice about how to approach and park to book in, in CBD setting at night . And better bathroom.

Auf meine Beschwerde wurde sofort reagiert und uns wurde ein besseres Zimmer gegeben
Nach der 1. Nacht hatte ich wegen einem sehr alten und kaputten Bett (total durchgelegen) extreme Rückenschmerzen

Beautiful property right in the heart of town. Tram stops close by, easy walk to restaurants or use restaurant at hotel. Staff left a lovely card and bottle of champagne as it was my birthday.
Nothing!

Room (suite) was good
Lady in Breakfast room was not happy

Great location with a beautiful courtyard to keep the kids busy. Our rooms were large and clean and had plenty of space for the kids to run around
Walls are a little thin, our room was located on the ground floor next to a public walkway. At night it got a bit loud with people walking by or sitting on the benches near our room

It’s a very clean self-contained apartment with facilities such as a kitchen, which was handy over the Easter weekend as nothing much is open in Adelaide city. The city itself is probably not a great place to stay over Easter as it’s so quiet, the best restaurants and shops are shut and it’s like a ghost town, otherwise it’s a good spot near the terrific central market.
We got caught out by using Booking.com as you actually need to pay a $50 supplement each night to have a seperate bed for any child under 16. That was an unexpected nasty and quite ridiculous to think a teenager would be sleeping in your bed! We were lucky the hotel was able to find one for us. It was also quite dark in our room and we had to have the lights on when we were in it during the day. There was no cleaning over Easter but we were able to get fresh towels which was fine. The pool towels weren’t topped up regularly enough though so that was a bit inconvenient when you’re dripping wet and there are no towels.

Such a beautiful
hotel in an historical building. Location was close to everything,Beautiful spacious room, Coffee maker, comfy bed, couch, armchairs, small balcony, washing machine.
Step in shower tricky but a handhold and rubber mat helped a lot.

Ideal central CBD location, easy level walking including to Central Markets and Rundle St Mall. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Reception team very pleasant and helpful. Good a la carte breakfast at Treasury 1860.

Has to be best hotel I have ever stayed in. I got the one bedroom apartment. There was so much space and everything was so comfortable. Bed was excellent, good shower. There was even a laundry.
The food I ordered for room service was disappointing. I tried it a second time with same result. Something is not right in the kitchen.
4.0
large rooms, high ceilings, spacious, stylish. Quiet and calm.
The mattress was a bit soft - uncomfortable. Often, hotels provide an extra blanket - this wasn’t done here, and would have been appreciated.

Location and ambience. Bar food meal and staff were excellent.
Tv didn’t work properly and shower was low pressure

very comfortable- good bed and lounge/kitchen. Comprehensive mini bar- not that we used it . Downstairs restaurant breakfast is very nice. Thanks
The bath is very slippery to get out of and ideally you would replace with walk in shower.

It was so close to everything and in an incredibly charming building.

Stayed at the Adina for a week long work trip. I was really impressed with the Premier 1Bdrm Apartment that I booked. It was furnished with everything I needed for my stay, the apartment was large and well appointed, especially the kitchen. Bed was comfortable and heating worked well. Apartment was cleaned daily and staff were very helpful and friendly. WIFI was reliable for the various video conference calls. The Adina is centrally located, close to malls, grocery and loads of restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful old building transported with care into a magnificent hotel. Comfy room, great pool and gym. Wonderful staff. Lovely restaurant attached. Went for the tour through the old rooms and tunnels. Thank you.
Too short a stay. We will be back.

The history and charm of the hotel provided a real point of difference . Staff were very welcoming and pleasant . Our rooms were very clean and quiet and we appreciated the detail in facilities such as complimentary bathrobe and well equipped kitchen .
Location was excellent and we were able to walk to nearby Rundle Mall and local bars and restaurants .
Would have liked to stay longer as accommodation certainly was outstanding in every way .

We were welcomed by Sima who could not have been more helpful the room was spacious and very comfortable. The bonus of a pool heated and well located
4.5
Treasury building was elegant and beautiful. The court yard was a small oasis of tranquility. Bed was enormous and comfortable. Location was walking distance to the Writers festival and CBD.
There was a building site across the road and unfortunately someone started banging with a hammer from 6.30 - 7.00 am Sunday morning. Prices for accommodation at Adina were pretty eye watering.
