The breakfast was amazing, a wonderful choice of food in a lovely relaxing atmosphere.

comfortable room, nice staff
we paid a lot in advance for a room as we were in town for a concert - my partner paid £400 for the first night and we were disappointed this did not even include breakfast. I booked 30 Aug and it was half that but sadly still didn’t include breakfast. we feel the hotel price was hugely inflated as Coldplay were playing

Stunning hotel and facilities. The room was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable.
Being charged for parking

Excellent
Loved it

Beautiful hotel, clean and staff were so pleasant. Breakfast was hands down one of the best, if not the best I’ve been had straying in a hotel! The staff couldn’t do enough for you. The selection was extensive and everything was fresh, replenished and delicious. The park was so nice and there were many restaurants nearby. Loved it!
Absolutely nothing!

I was repeatedly well treated by staff. An upgrade and multiple cases of assistance
GPS service sends to an inconvenient location on the property

Really lovely room. Very comfy bed. Very clean. Lovely food especially the breakfast
We felt we were let down a bit by the service. One day our room wasn’t cleaned so we had to ask. We asked at the reception for some more milk and it didn’t turn up. There was no decaf tea served in the restaurant. Also the water in our bathroom was brown.

Location
We were in room 320 whilst it was very clean & comfortable decor in bedroom area was very tired

Beautiful decor, spacious, great location for Aviva Stadium
Could not find anything to dislike - potentially room service menu after 12am was very limited

A pochi passi dal centro, servito da autobus che in 15 minuti ti portano al centro, lo stesso vale per il bus che porta all’aereoporto, colazione eccezionale con prodotti di ottima qualità. Zona con vari pub e un supermercato servito anche di sera. Letto stracomodo, acqua e caffè fiore all’occhiello!!

Very good hotel in a nice part of town. We've stayed here before so no hesitation in booking again plus very well located for the Aviva Stadium which was the main reason we went to Dublin.
4.3
Great stay, staff super friendly.
Nothing all good

Helpfulness of staff
Breakfast wasn’t included in the stay

Didn't have breakfast, it was far too expensive
The room stank dreadfully. We think someone urinated on the carpet. I was unwell (booked into hospital the next morning) so felt unable to change rooms once unpacked.
4.3
The room was a good size and lovely decor. The show was a good size and the water pressure was good. The breakfast were delicious and never to crowded. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Location was excellent for the RDS.
The view from the room wasn't great but I know that not all rooms can have beautiful views. There was also a fan system beside the window , which was noisy at times.
4.3
The room was very nice and clean
Can’t think of anything

Lovely view of Herbert Park from the room and kind staff.
I have no criticism at all. Wonderful hotel.
4.3
Really classy decor, room was perfect.
Most of the staff were very friendly. I didn't realise I hadn't booked breakfast, I would have thought it was customary to be asked if it was required at check in.
Only for the simple reason that it's difficult to park elsewhere in Dublin.

This was my first time staying here. I thought it was an excellent hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Room costed 194.40 abouts and when I arrived my check in was for 3 room wasn’t ready till 4 when I was ready to pay for the room I was then told there would be an extra charge on the room incase we wanted room service the room then went up to 240 for 1 night this information should be told when booking the room on any website as I was not informed I am now waiting for the money to come back as we didn’t use the room service

Car parking on site. Clean and tidy. Good meals and service. Helpful staff. Very modern. Not ideally located for a trip north the next day.
Location. Wrong site of the city for a trip north. Otherwise all good.

Bottle of water daily. Staff members very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. great location for Aviva Stadium. Convenient to public transportation. Good food in restaurant, especially chicken wings!
Equipment in fitness center needs basic maintenance. All cardio equipment in need of repairs. Did not see a place for used towels.

We were moved from the room we booked to an apartment room in the Herbert Park Residence. The quality was inferior - the walls are paperthin. You can hear people talking in rooms next door, alarms going off and the washing machine being used. You will not get a good nights sleep in the Herbert Park Residence.
4.3
Great location with car park (€12)
Professional and friendly welcome
My husbands birthday - a nice treat in the room. Lovely local eateries and pubs adjacent. Big rooms.
Needs a more intimate bar area as well as the lobby.
4.3
Spacious room, attentive staff
Lumpy pillows, no iron in room, fridge didn’t work. Expected a slightly higher calibre
4.3
I like the location and Natalia in reception was very kind and nice.

Location
Clean
Soulless and utilitarian atmosphere

Lovely big clean room, nice to have water provided daily.
Adjoining room - could hear neighbours through the door. Quite expensive but probably standard for Dublin.

The Herbert Park Food Market right next to the hotel
