The hotel will be nice when it completes. A as kid should give a discount for inconvenience.

Close to shops and restaurants

They were renovating, so much noise in the morning, they told me the noise start at 8am but I could here the banging and drilling at 06:45. On booking nothing was mentioned that the hotel is being renovated. So did not give me a choice to decide if I wanted to stay while working in progress.

Disappointing. Not value for money. I should have chosen another hotel.

Only plus is the location - and that's it.

Bathroom door doesn't lock. Room too small. Noise at 6am! (apparently there is construction going on in the building - but c'mon, starting at 6am???!!!!). No bottled water provided. For the money I paid, I'd expect at least 1 bottle of water.

No car park Valet. Staff not advise process procedure in Parking the Car. They showed the Photo after we got car out. ☹️

Sur l'ensemble des Ibis visités dans le monde celui-ci est le plus défavorable

L'emplacement est OK

La propreté laisse à désirer: les tables du petit-déjeuner sont collantes, la moquette des couloirs est pleine de taches, l'apparence globale niveau propreté n'y est pas

Ok & value stay for the location. A bit small but ok if just a 2 to 3 nights.

Good location in Perth CDB. Was easy to get to from the airport.

Rooms were very small and my room didn't get clean despite putting the sign on my door to clean. My room was only cleaned on the 2nd day and I had to inform reception about it.

We had a fabulous time and will definitely go back and wander more.

We picked the Ibis for the location as it was right near the venue we were visiting. Location was incredible. It was a tuesday night and there was so much going on it was fabulous.

The bed was uncomfortable. Because the window was so small it made the room claustrophobic.

$300 for room 607 and breakfast for two was far to expensive.

The toilet, shower and bedding were clean

Level 6 - Time the corridor carpet was cleaned, rough white marker arrows pointing to room direction, room was too small for two adults with suitcases and back packs. Curtains were different colours. TV remote was unreliable. Shower is jammed into the corner of the cubicle. Breakfast was expensive.

Very noisy

The hotel was ideally located in the centre of Perth

We were situated on the 9th floor. At night, there was a lot of noise presumed to be aircon fans which made it extremely difficult to sleep. On checkout, we mentioned this noise and another worker implied it was fans. This gave us an indication that the staff had received complaints before.

It’s convenient but could be better in terms of facilities.

The property was clean and tidy. Convenient location and staff were helpful.

I had no help to get my luggage up to my room on the first day. The air heating doesn’t work & i was cold most of the time even after they changed the rooms for me. TV never worked. There was no microwave! Bit inconvenient if you have leftover food.. i was glad i could use the laundry facilities but it wasn’t even at a discounted price since it was part of IBIS..

Would not recommend this hotel.

A/c did not work in our first room. We were moved to another room still no heating. Curtain blind let all the light in. Fridge kept freezing up.

Perfect location.. easy walk from the train station. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

staff were helpful close to trains and Perth city

1st room asked to move as poor water pressure, minimal hot water and shower leaking 2nd room also poor water pressure, to have warm shower could only have warm water running to have water warm and shower base leaked and shower head dripped continuously so that half of bathroom floor covered in water for stay

Location was good

The kettle kept surging out the power outlet to the fridge, they ended up replacing the kettle with a mini coffee machine. After my first night all my power outlets weren't working had to call reception to get it turned back on. My account got double charged, waiting on the reimbursement. One of the days the housekeeper forgot to leave towels in my room. The bathroom is just a poor layout. The shower is questionable.
